I started with sprint 1998, I am now looking for another cell service, I lost a phone 2019, and still paying for it, I called like 5 times! Also, why can I not go to a local office to take care of this issue? I do not want to speak to aomeone in a different time zone!! I tell them I lost my phone yet it is still on my account! So when I change service I know they will keep billing me!
I ordered. IPad gen 9 on Jan 28th paid for 2 day air should have received the package on Feb 1st. When I checked on the 1st UPS showed they did not receive the aiPad. So this kicked off a daily call to the Experts at TM. The first one told me it was on back order and. Estimated delivery was 2 weeks to mid March. So I ask to cancel, in the following 10 days the Experts promised to help, had my back! Knew how I felt and another dozen of their canned responses. So now after 4 or 5 Supervisors they have promised a refund and a promised call back to confirm. Ok so no call back, no refund no help. so my assessment of TM I believe they try, the actual phone service isn’t as good as Verizon. Pricing may be a couple of dollars less. Customer service both not great. However T-Mobile is more polite when they low you off & don’t respond to your ask for help.
Ordered the Galaxy watch and ear buds. Taped sealed brown box was delivered by UPS. Opened box to find watch box sliced opened and watch was stolen. Buds were in their box intact. Phoned customer service and it will take 3-5 business days investigate, then they will contact me to let me know the next steps. I had to ask the representative to block the IMEI. I purchased the buds on the $99.99 promotion, and then they charged me the additional $70.They won’t send me a new watch although they collected my payment. So frustrated.
Anyone else receive a 20 dollar charge for added protection that you never consented to? I received a text message asking if I wanted it, a day later I received a TMobile text saying “thank you for signing up.” HUH???? I see a lot of complaints with TMobile doing things without their customers consent. We see thru you tmobile ;)
I was a customer service rep. I got the employee discount on rate plan but I was told along with many others that when and if I chose to seperate from TMobile any rate plan I had at the time would start it's discount if it had one from. Date of activation. Mine did I added TMobile one otherwise known as one OnePlus. It came with any line that stayed under 2 GB of data and you paid ur plan on time also was an extra 10$ off per mine. However when. I left August 2022 after almost 8 yrs of working for TMobile the discount never activated. Now I am stuck on a plan with 4 cell phone lines that will expire in less then a yr. So my bill I expected for my 4 cell phone lines to go from 57$ per .month with employee discount to about 110 to 130 per. Month given taxes. However it went to 250$ per month no cell phone payment no insurance bother except 4 cell phone line which I have had almost 8 yrs 1 tablet line 25 and 1 tablet line which was free. Then Netflix . Why was I lied to. Then no one know
Disappointed at T-Mobile for not communicating what was represented by the T-Mobile rep as a system billing issue. The billing issue added services to my account that I neither wanted nor requested. Communication on this billing “issue” by T-mobile was inexistent and it took me logging in and chatting with a rep to get the unrequested services taken off my account. Thinking about changing service providers given this lack of transparency. I get that system issues happen, but as a company I expected T-mobile to communicate how they plan to resolve the issue and issue redress to customers. Disappointed showing by the company.

I cannot log into my T-Mobile account. I have spent 2 days trying to find out how to pay my bill since it was suspended a bit ago. it tells me to use my number to link to T-Mobile but I do not have that number at the moment and it is literally impossible to pay the bill. I am lost and clueless what to do. any help would be great..
So my phone was disconnected dec-jan. On Jan 6th my bill came out and had charges for the Feb -March on it as well. I was told because my phone was disconnected they always have added the next months charges on the 1st bill after reconnection.Never has this happened in 4 years. True or not.?
