Worst in store experience ever!

On 8/21/24 I went into the T Mobile store to pick up my new phone. Anytime I have called T Mobile and worked with agents over the phone it’s always an easy and great experience. And the wrong phone got shipped, so I called and the rep located a store that had the correct phone. He said it would be easy and only a quick few minutes. I was handed a receipt and the phone and drove away in my car. A few minutes later AFTER I LEFT THE STORE WITH THE PHONE AND MY RECIEPT they called and said there is an error and I needed to come back. So I turn around and go back to the store. This is where it gets bad. I already gave the store the incorrect phone that was shipped to me (which I get it- stuff happens and not a huge deal). For the next 2 hours I got a lesson in first grade math. Literally. He was writing down numbers and attempting to solve basic plus/minus equations but wound having to use a calculator. I explained I don’t need to see the numbers and add and subtract here- I can see the num

 Sadly, I have to leave T-Mobile after 11 years of being a customer. Times are tough and at my current state, can’t afford this bill. I have a total of 11 lines , getting suspended due to none payment really hurts the bill. I didn’t ask for credit just asked if they can reduce the amount and they refused saying it’s a valid charge. Being customer for so long didn’t make a difference.  I can’t complain about the service it’s great overall hence why I stayed for so long but I think T-Mobile should consider loyal customer a bit.

What the heck is credits on the account?

So, I went to upgrade my phone and get the trade in value of only $300, but to upgrade it is going to cost me $700! That is just one phone to upgrade. When I called to find out what is the benefit of trading my phone in when I am only getting $12.50 credit each month then have to pay $700 to upgrade. I was told the reason it is $700 to upgrade is because I don’t have any account credits? And, they use credits to lower the cost of upgrade, and you get them from paying your bill, payments on your things, etc My bill is current and not due till tomorrow….and I only have one device I am still paying for...How in the hell do I get more credits so I do not have to pay $700 to upgrade! WHAT IS THE POINT OF TRADING IN MY PHONE AT THIS POINT! I could sell it on Facebook for $700. The worst part about all of this is that I can switch all three of my phone lines two of the likes with the Galaxy S24 Ultra and one with the iPhone 15 and it is only going to cost me $380 to switch, and they are givin

I contacted Tmobile to cancel my phone insurance in Feburary but they did not cancel

Hi,I have been using T-Mobile since 2020. Had a lot of ups and downs. Today this recently, i got a new 15 iphone pro max and added insurance to be safe as I was traveling out of country. I came back on February and called them to cancel but apparently they did not. I have jobs and college and my family maintains that bill so they did not get the time to check now I just realized they did not cancel the insurance. The operator was like “ok it was your job to check bills every month and make sure they removed it correctly”. So now its my “part time to check if they did their billing correctly?” Just because its money its no their responsibility? Help please! 🙏

Why can't I buy something for sale at TMobile

Trying to buy a phone, I get an error message AND THERE IS NO WAY TO GET ANY HELP!!! And don’t tell me to use a different browser or clear my cache, I’m sick of hearing it!! This isn’t the probem!! I can’t imagine the amount of disappointed  consumers there are, not to mention the loss of customers. No one at TMobile seems to care, so, I will take my money elsewhere. This is the worst online experience I have ever had!

I ALSO SIGNED UP FOR T-MOBILE

I signed up for T-Mobile back in September!! When I signed up I was informed that there was a keep and switch promotion along with internet promotion and my last bill from Verizon would be paid in full and any devices under contract would be paid off since I wanted to keep my phone.  WAS THAT A MISTAKE!! Not only am I NOW RECEIVING BILLS FROM VERIZON FOR 4,000 but yet have I to get anywhere WITH T-MOBILE!! The manager in fact was the one to tell all THIS BS!!  I have been battling back and forth to get what was promised to me!! Not only having to explain my situation to several different people but not getting what was promised!! T-MOBILE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR FALSE ACTIONS!! Something needs to get  done about it. Then perhaps their management would sell lies just to make a commission check!! This is BS!! And I am still looking for something to get done!

My account was just converted to T-Mobile and all my Saved Tuesday offers on all devices were deleted.  Has this happened to you and were they recoverable?

Well, let's start. #1 Your internet that I signed up for, BOMBED. Even your own people said you were have lots of trouble with the internet part of the package? Your sign up quotes BOMBED, Your billing department billed 30 days early, before we even had the service all up and running. Your contracts are too HARD to understand with credits, cards, rebates, Bundle credits, device credits . not being able to keep internet and last but not least, T-Mobile is the most difficult Cellular company, to switch too, I have EVER dealt with! Phone service is good so far is a plus. I think my son has everything worked out with someone at Customer Service. I think? We have dealt with seven or eight different people at T-Mobile .I'm sure you will do better in the future!

Upgrade SmartWatch

Has anyone ever tried to upgrad a SmartWatch? I currently have a Galaxy SmartWatch, but I switched to an Iphone 15 a few months back. I’d like to upgrade it to an Apple Watch, but I can’t figure out how to do it. I click on upgrade, it takes me to a new screen to find the device, I add the device to my cart but there is no upgrade option anywhere. It’s just wanting me to buy it outright or do a monthly plan separately. I don’t want this Galaxy watch anymore because it’s absolutely useless with an iPhone.

Super pissed I was promised a 150 prepaid card for 150 for activation of the home internet and now if been thru 10 reps and no one wants to help me cause they keep saying I did the blink promo But I canceled that one within 10 mins of order and order with a rep whom told me i would get the 150 and walked me through the signup of the promo and now no one is ants to help and I’m super frustrated cause the promo shows approved for the wrong promo help I’m about to call executive services

Sprint customers are being punished

Sprint Customer over 20 years. I was told if I sign up for Auto pay, I could get $5.00 off my plan, now I have to call it in every month to get my $5.00 discount and today I was told, they won’t give me a $5.00 discount anymore for having auto pay and I have to now change my plan which costs much more. What did I do to deserve this when I have been a loyal customer and veteran for over 20 years? It seems people that migrated over from Sprint are not getting the discounts and loyalty from T-Mobile.

T mobile blames customers

I am 9 months pregnant. Less than two weeks from delivering. My husband and I needed to use this paycheck to get the last few baby items we needed before the baby arrives so even though we do not usually we decided to split our payment as T-Mobile allows. I wanted to pay half and the other half in two weeks. But T-Mobile only allowed for first payment in two weeks and the second in a month. Silly I thought, so I made the first payment (unknowingly doing so in an amount that was 1 cent off) through the app and intending to call T-Mobile later to cancel one of the auto pays. As I have done in the past. The customer service rep I got when I did call today, two weeks later was not only not helpful and rude but just kept telling me over and over again how this was my fault and she can't do anything. I made a fuss and she kept putting me on hold but resolved that if I made the minimum payment of $1.50 that would take care of the first payment and they could cancel the auto pay. This I was fi

who is correct about the returning the old phone to UPS? Is the male emplyee JIo correct or the leader is correct?

06/30/2024, I came to the store to trade-in my phone. They didn't have any s24 ultra in stock. So they had to order it on online. The phone came 07/02/2024 without the the return slip for my old phone s22 ultra. So I went to the website how to return the phone. It literally said bring it to a t-mobile store. So I brought it back to the t-mobile store. The female employee said they can't ship it for me. I have to do it because it had to be order from the store. I told her it was order from this store. So she took my phone. 07/07/2024, they called me I have to grab the phone and give it to UPS. I called 611. The male agent told me they should return it for me. The male agent sent me the shipping label. The male agent told me bring the phone and shipping label to them, and they will bring the phone to UPS for me for sure. I went back to the store, and again Giovanni the male employee dealt with me saying I have to bring the phone back to the UPS. I called 611 right there. This time a fema
