So I have been a sprint customer for over 20 years never had a late payment...20 years!! My mom recently got sick n since then I have had some unforseen financial burdens and was a day late on my monthly payment after a text message that my account had apast due amount...when I didn't pay it they susspend3d my account n made me pay an extra $20 per line to get my service Connected again.. 20 years of payments n they do this to me. I'm sooo passed n disappointed that I'm considering closing g my account t n going g somewhere else.spri t has never done anything for me as incentive for being a good customer never a new phone or an upgrade or anything free to show their appreciation. They just take from me n that's it. So my question is...am I being narcissistic or feeling g entitled or just being a big crybaby for being upset about this or do I have a right to be pissed about this. Hi! Currently my phone is stating ‘mobile network not available’. Can someone tell me if the network is down in my area? I’m currently on hold in live chat to get some answers, but still no response. My home internet works just fine. Unable to make calls for both my son and I … our bill is on auto payment so not an issue with that. Ughhhh!
“VPN Not Installed” error message is now popping up when I go to do ANYTHING to my son’s phone on the BS “Family Mode” app, which like others have stated, is no different or better than the original Circle, which we already had. Only difference is that SUPPOSEDLY we have control over their WIFI AND the network. Is that right?In the meantime, the error message says “Internet cannot be paused for this device sa the VPN is not installed on it. Please make sure the VPN is installed, blah blah blah”.How? This is a first! I know my son hasn’t deleted the app, because I have a lock code on his iphone’s app that he shouldn’t know.To make matters worse, as is often the case, I was sold on the “Famliy Allowances” thing, thinking I’d be able to suspend it “as needed” which wasn’t so at all! I mean, why not at least allow us to pause service entirely “as needed”?? We are still going to have to pay for it, so….WHY?? I received an email that as of July 2022 one of my devices would not work with new 5G network. however, the device noted was my brand new Apple Watch series 7? I want to double check to see if that was a mistake and to see if my iphone XR with number 704-614-1691 would still be compatible in July. Thank you.
I was told with the airpod promotion that my account would be billed 10.84 per month, but that I would automatically receive a rebate card in the mail (typically 15-30 days later) and that I could use to then call TMobile and pay them off or use it for whatever else I wanted. I never received or heard anything from TMobile about the rebate care so I called to check on the status. I am then asked if I made a submission. Of course I didn’t because the saleman didn’t not only not mention it, he specifically said it would automatically come. So, I realize I must take action to get my rebate and now I only have 3 days left to do so (must be done within 30 days). It is asking for the IMEI of the device purchased in order to get the promotion. Well, I purchased 2 phones on that same day. I’m not sure which device they linked the airpods to, so how do I know which IMEI to submit with my request? I have searched my TMobile account online and back through the documents I signed regarding
I have had the worst experience I have been a customer for years and I literally wish I could cancel and go somewhere else. I did t know upgrading a phone could be so annoying they have me running back and fourth to ups because they keep making mistakes on my orders it’s really annoying and the representatives do t see how annoying g it is to take time out of my work day yo be returning these orders but when it comes to the bill TMobile is so quick to charge!
