How is it that you can be on the phone for 1 hour 20 minutes, talk to 4 people, 2 of them supervisors to get one name taken off who left the account a year ago and leave one of the remaining people on the account as the head of it? Instead one supervisor said "oh yes we can do that" I asked " it will be left as the sane account just a different account manager right?" Them...oh yes that's right. Well NO! It was not right! After we got transferred to 3 other people it ended that they wanted to make it a new account! Of course they did and charge more, because we are grandfathered in to the account we have now and they are no others like it both price and what we get. So how hard is it to take a name off who has left T Mobile and make one of the remaining people manager?  MUST BE PRETTY HARD! BECAUSE IT TOOK 1.5 HOURS AND NOTHING LIKE THAT COULD HAPPEN!!  You guys are lucky your service is better here than others because I would drop you like a hot potato! All 3 lines plus wifi router!

why is business customer service so horrible?

The worse customer service EVER especially for business customers.  After almost 10 yrs of business service thru my EIN  I was contacted about internet service for my business.  I went in the store got approved for service at my address.  Had an autopsy set for the next day didn't want to get charged twice so I agreed to return the next day. The next day bill paid now all the sudden address not available 🤔🤔🚩🚩they tell me the business department will contact me and set it up after being passed around for several days to 3 different associates over a period of time I was told pay another bill and then we will send the same modem i could have just gotten out the store over a week ago or from every representative that said they were overnighting the modem just a bunch of lies an run around over the last few years. Still waiting on an IPad I was was supposed to receive in a promotion 2yrs ago. Never received.  Will ogle and Keri T are 2 of the nincompoops I had the misfortune of dealing

I’m an international student, can I first join a prepaid plan temporarily to get my SIM card, and join a family plan later? If this works out, what should the primary phone line holder of the family plan do?

Insane Hold Times.......4+ hours before ANYONE picks up....

Why does it take 4+ hours of zero customer service…. Just music.. Spanish.. Music.. Spanish.. Non Stop.. for over 4 hours.. The only time ive ever talked to anyone was BEFORE i was a customer.. Now that im a customer.. Ive NEVER talked to someone on the phone.. `24 hours a day of on hold music.. it NEVER ends..

Hello thereMy name is Gabriel and i am from Austria, visitng the USA somewhat regularly I have a question about prepaid mobile internet and the connectivity with my deviceIn 2019 and 2022 i bought mobile internet devices from verizon (the 2019 got called back) that so far provided me in excellent service However, in 2023, when I visited the USA again, I wanted to get another purchase another 1 time pre paid plan, but this time the nice man at the counter couldn't finish the process with my European card nor phone number (which used to work fine from 2019-2023)Thankfully a friend from the US came over and helped us outEver since the aforementioned events of 2023 i cannot regain acess to “My Verizon”, so i looked around to other servcice providers.When i did an “IMEI-identification” it says :”Your device is partially compatible with the T-Mobile network—you can still use this device on the T-Mobile network, but it's functionality may be limited.”So my question is, since I will visit this

i have been paying for 2 lines only using one

Today I learned that I have been paying for 2 lines for 17 months after removing my ex wife. Thats roughly $600. The person who removed my phone told me that my account would update and I got the notification that it did. But it wasnt the change of plan notice. It was just the phone removal and I didnt know the difference. Tmobile wants to pay me 3 of the 17 months which i find ridiculous. I have been a tmobile user since i returned from okinawa in 2014. 10 years. And now I find they they have robbed me of $600 and want me to be satisfied with 3 months credit. If this isnt resolved im obviously switching companies and taking whatever action I need to get my money back. Ridiculous.

I created an account when I tried transferring from Verizon. I created my Tmobile ID and when I went to log in it told me to check my 10 digit phone number to see if is correct. So I’m thinking I made it with one digit off. So I tried calling customer service and going into the store to see if I can reset my account pin and change the number ( cuz can’t remember either one) and I’m being given the run around. I just wanna delete my account but no one is helping me. They tried charging me for a service I haven’t used yet so I just want to delete my account.

Monthly cost increase?

I just noticed my bill was $67 instead of $60. I thought I was told that the basic home internet wasn’t subject to this kind of stuff like optimum / suddenlink was pulling. Is this something others have experienced with T mobile?

T-Mobile is making me an alcoholic.

I have used auto pay on and off . In April I signed back up with autopay. I received a text message in May saying my autopay went through for 108.90My plan is 50$ month I always end up paying 54.45 with taxes ETC . 54.45 x 2 =108.90 so I I texted customer service and we all know how that goes, FOR OVER AN HOUR. Then I called customer service and we all know how that goes. THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE OVER 3 HOURS. I was told that I could not get that money back until I paid again that day. So you double billed me, you won't give me that money back until I pay you another $54.45.?I got on the website and unenrolled in autopay. Then I paid the $54.45 total. Then I disputed it with my bank. I just was looking at my bank account two days ago and it has been credited back to T-Mobile. I want my money back. Hello, I like to remove a phone number from my Simple Choice Family Unlimited Talk and Text plan, but T-Mobile support says removing a phone line will not lower the monthly bill.  Why does not the monthly service bill be reduced if a phone is removed from the plan? Thanks

Placed order for T-mobile Connect Plan but no order/email confirmation

After just placing an order for a T-mobile connect plan, my credit card was charged, but I received no email confirmation or order confirmation number for the transaction. Is this expected? And then the new plan's SIM card should arrive at my address and I can continue setting up from there?

Excellent Service in Troy, MO!  I am out of country most of the time, so I dont need a regular phone service in the states.  Devin at the Troy, MO location set me up with  two new sim cards for mine and my husband's phones to use during our visits back to the states.  Being an unusual request, he researched a bit and figured out how to get us set up.  He was kind and very helpful and our phones worked great during our stay.  Char & Dave Scola
