Hi,I moved to the Go5GPlus plan / active as of a week ago (per web and phone apps). I received the first bill 4 days ago, again showing I’m on Go5Gplus. I was able to activate the included AppleTV+.The issue is when I go to upgrade my phones, I choose a new phone, and for first few screens I’m told I’ll get ‘Up to $1000’ tradein….when I choose my actual phone, it states $830 trade in and monthly payment reflects this.After declining accessories and insurance, the TMobile system moves to the final screen before purchase and the screen switches to say since I’m on the One Plan, the system switches me to the One Plan Promo and says I only qualify for $300 off total.The One Plan was my previous plan, I’m on the Go5GPlus plan now.On the web, my active add-ons show the Go5GPlus ones.One the phone app (after clearing cache, removing and reinstalling the app, my first line now shows 13 active add-ons including a bunch from the One Plan. I have been on calls for 2.5hrs+ already to try and port-out my iWatch number on T-mobile. I have not been able to get a Transfer PIN yet (app/webapp/phone call with Tmobile support). What’s the way to get this!! Any guidance will be super appreciated!!
My app sends transactional sms messages via Amazon.With the recent Long Code retirement looming, I created an Amazon Pinpoint 10DLC campaign and it got it approved. My 10DLC number went active on August 28th, 2023. So I switched to sending my app’s text messages via the 10DLC origination number. This worked great for other carriers. I’m seeing 0% spam filtering for them.However, ALL messages I send through Amazon SMS to T-Mobile numbers are now being blocked as spam. These messages have only increased in their compliance as we had to update them to get the 10DLC campaign approved. Do you have resources to help me resolve this myself or is there somebody I could work with to resolve this issue?
In May 2023 I traded in 4 iPhone 12 Pros with promised credits of $300 each for a total of $1,200. I never received a single credit. I called four times - the first time, someone said that they will take care of it and I should see the monthly credits going forward - this never happened. Second time I called and the rep in Philippines said that she couldn’t due anything because she couldn’t access the Sprint promotions and she needed to get back to me - promised to get back to me in 48 hours but never did. I spoke to another rep in the Philippines today and he flat out lied to me that there was no such promotion and its not possible to get these credits. I am incredibly frustrated with this treatment. Either I need my old phones back or they need to issue due credits immediately. The reps in Philippines can put you on hold for ever with no resolution! They will exhaust you.
I have a home business and have used a Pixel 2XL and now a Pixel 4a. I get terrible service. I sometimes cannot make calls, send texts, don't receive texts... Yet people can call me, although sometimes the call is dropped. Overall, my service is totally unreliable. However, my husband has a Samsung phone and has perfect service here. My daughter and my friends visit with their non-Google phones and have reliable service here.I buy my Pixel phones directly from Google for the TMobile network. I have been dealing with the issue for 3 to 4 years since starting with T mobile and every timer I have brought up the issue with tech support, I get a different diagnosis. I was pushed into getting a Samsung phone ( TMobile paid half) but I went back to Pixel because I prefer the Pixel phones. Still, I have to deal with sometimes not being able to communicate! Any ideas on why this is happening?
327 phone calls over 2 days from 0600 texas time till 1800 texas time not 1 us rep.Im so sick of being hung up on, questions not answered, transfered to this person and that person, ask for a supervisor oh no we cant et u one.This is ridiculous. I will not deal with over seas call centers with personal or business info.Ive had enough. They add $1140.00 to my bill after using my insurance to replace my phone. Sent old phone back in return packaging. Was taken by ups when they picked up a bunch of packages that went out. There insurance company says they didnt get it and im on the hook for it.Well im not paying for something i dont have. Im done dealing with these call centers and non english que card readers.Im a us citizen and want to only deal with people in my own country.They say they care about your experience. The they do. Tmobile is a joke im just done. Lawsuit being filed against them for this money added to my account as well as the aggrivation of these stupid call centers.
It’s impossible to get a hold some anyone from T-Mobile! It’s like after signing up, they no longer care. I’ve trying to talk to someone numerous times for the last three days, being on hold for so long, but nothing! The rep signed me up for a wrong phone, and I’m trying to get an upgrade before the 30-days period ends. Does anyone have any idea how to request a call back? TYIA
T-mobile Business Internet - Why do you even offer this if you can't remotely access any IOT device behind the gateway?
Basics of any ISP is to allow remote access through the gateways so customers can manage any of the IOT devices attached to their network. This is a fundamental failure on T-mobile’s design and network design for both business and residential internet services.Once a replacement device shows up, no power cords, no ethernet cords, the device shows up dirty with food, fingerprints, and other unsanitary residue on it that makes me question if the last person used it as toilet paper before putting it in the box.The SIM card has to be switched from the old device, no problem. I just got the new SyncUp Kids watch for my son, and I was adding in the different contacts for him to be able to have. I clicked on the little pink + button and it allows me to add in the person. i click in the Name box that is there, and it pulls up a little box at the bottom of the screen for me to choose a contact, so I go through my contact manager in my phone, choose the person, and it fills in their information for me in the boxes there. Then I choose the contact type, which in this case I did Friend, and then clicked the pink Next button to the next screen, where I put the name that my child calls this person (in this case it was their grandma), and then I clicked the pink button at the bottom that says Save and Invite. When I click that button, it takes me to my text messages to that person, and auto-fills in an invitation message. In that message it says that I added that person as a Friend contact, and that I’ve also sent my child’s contact info to them so they can call
so I placed my order from my iPhone 15 Pro Max on September 15 and it’s saying obviously it’s on back order. last night It said my card could not be processed so I called and regave them my card number and it went from processing my iPhone order to now it says “running” what does that mean???
I have a Sonim XP3Plus and it is incessantly asking me if I want to activate T-Mobile Direct Connect. Though I repeatedly select ‘no’ the alert doesn't go away, and pops up on my flip phone outer screen. How do I stop this annoyance? there is an app on the phone called TCD which i think is the culprit, can it be deleted. I’ve also tried force it to quit but no avail. Can someone please tell me how to silence this alert once and for all? thanksalso, it seems that when I press number keys during calls to respond to prompts (‘press 1 for yes’) etc, it isn’t heard by the other party/automated phone tree system. I can hear the numbers as I enter them, and i can see them appearing on the banner on the screen, but its as if the other end never hears it. its an impossible circumstance given how often one must do this sort of thing. ideas? do i just have a poor connection?

I sold my business and the new owner ported out all numbers in late June. I was charged again for August and paid the bill, despite not having access to the bill since it’s only available on tmobile.com. My login was disabled. Calling the support line, I don’t have my PIN, in the past, they always texted a code to my phone, but since that phone is no longer on TMobile, this isn’t possible. So, the phone reps can’t access my account. Was told to go to a store and called again with a phone store rep, but the agent on the phone still couldn’t access my account. After about an hour I left. I challenged the September charge on my credit card. This week, I received a letter indicating that the September bill hasn’t been paid, presumably before going to collections. Not sure why I received the letter, since it was charged to my credit card (and disputed).Very frustrating that it seems I am still getting billed by TMobile yet no one can access my account to tell me if my account is stil
My Bill is way too high after adding the lines.Even there are things in my bill which I already had discussed with customer care agent and they had agreed (at least 3 times in different calls) that this will not come in future and you will get credit for past incorrect billing, those things still keep coming again and again.I need customer care email ID where I can drop the email and get the things correct.On phone it takes hours to get the things correct and post that I dont have proof also what agent has agreed.
Hi, I've spent literally 3 days trying to get this fixed but when I go to start activation for the Google One 2TB + Unlimited Photos it says"You can't activate your plan with this account. To finish activation, switch to the account you used to sign up for Google One."T-Force has no resolution and Google Support says they can't help since it's billed through T-Mobile.Does anyone know how I can get this fixed I definitely do not have any other Google account at all. Google Support was useless and I just get thrown back and forth between T-Mobile & Google Support.
I had TMobile for many many years. I was a loyal paying customer. I left T-Mobile in December when I got married and joined my husband’s account. I tried to login for a final bill but my account had not more access immediately. I never received an email or phone call. My last bill went to a very very old address and was forwarded to me. I paid the bill with Tmobile.I am not purchasing a home after a divorce and was told this shows up on my credit report because I was sent to collections! This is the only hit on my credit report in 20+ years and is dropping my score by 60-80 points! I would love to have this removed or to receive a letter of deletion for this on my credit report. How can I go about fixing this?
UNREAL! I had originally purchased a new phone from T-Mobile in store on 7/26/2023 as my previous phone stopped working. I was charged $113.69 that included taxes on the device(Samsung S23 +) of $859.99 and a charge to activate the device paid in 24 installments with 23 installments of $35.84 and one installment of $35.67. The device that was sent was the S23 non-plus seems that the gentleman at the store selected the wrong device. We called T-mobile to send us the correct device in which they initiated a return and sent me the return shipping label to send the wrong device back. We shipped the device back with the return label that the customer care line created with a tracking number. The UPS proof of delivery states that T-Mobile warehouse received the shipment on 8/7/2023, however my account was never credited back the $113.69 as when I called customer care line they stated that they did not scan the device in as they could not find the device or the package.
