All Amazon SMS messages sent via 10DLC number are blocked as spam

My app sends transactional sms messages via Amazon.With the recent Long Code retirement looming, I created an Amazon Pinpoint 10DLC campaign and it got it approved. My 10DLC number went active on August 28th, 2023. So I switched to sending my app’s text messages via the 10DLC origination number. This worked great for other carriers. I’m seeing 0% spam filtering for them.However, ALL messages I send through Amazon SMS to T-Mobile numbers are now being blocked as spam. These messages have only increased in their compliance as we had to update them to get the 10DLC campaign approved. Do you have resources to help me resolve this myself or is there somebody I could work with to resolve this issue?

How to file a complain if hand research team takes over a month to complete invistagation on two lost phones?

It’s been over a month since we have filed a claim that the two phones that we ordered were not delivered and the hand research team still have our claim in queue!!We have spoken to supervisors many times, they all say that should only take a week and they promise that they will get this resolved for us but the claim doesn’t go anywhere. we have lost trust in tech support and would like to know how to file a complain.

Has anyone notice data usage with T-mobile higher than normal?

Ever since T-mobile took over Sprint, I have noticed my data usage skyrocket…and there is no reason for it. Lately, it seems like every time I touch my phone, there goes another gig of data! I have spoken with T-mobile and all they tell me is that I have to turn off my cellular data. Well, never did I have to do that with Sprint. I could stream videos, listen to music for hours, etc., and still barely use any data. Now, with T-mobile, I don’t know what is going. I definitely think something is fishy. I have the same data plan for 6 years and never had a problem until 4 months ago, when Sprint completely switched over to T-mobile. Every month since then, I have exceeded my data limit and I don’t use my phone any more than I ever have in the past. And yes, I’ve gone through my phone, shut of unnecessary apps that may be running in the background, etc. I just don’t get this. I’m so frustrated at this point, I’m ready to leave T-mobile. Does anyone else have this problem?

When I call t-mobile they ask for my numeric code and I forgot it! They said I could reset it online but I need to know how! But I can't order or upgrade via phone without knowing it apparently!

Beware: Login Hijack using misspelled URL

While attempting to login the URL was misspelled. tmoblile.com. Https:// was used. It immediately forwarded to a malicious page with audio claiming my computer had been taken over. The URL changed to: xxxjn6g3w. z13.web. core.windows. net/#. Unfortunately, since Tmoblile insists on requiring Edge, or another insecure browser that I don’t use. This paste cannot be unlinked, but some spaces have been added. It appears the MBA’s have miscalculated when removing communications options where security issues can be reported.

What was promised

I recently switched from Verizon to T mobile. It has been a horrible experience!I was promised switch the three lines and phones from Verizon and get three new phones from T mobile.I was told I would get $1000 per phone turned in and get three new iPhone 15s, and would receive 200 per line to switch.After about 9 phone calls of over a hour a piece, and some being three hours long, I have not gotten the trade in right for my old phones, and not got my $200 credit per line. This is so ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!There has to be someone at T mobile that can fix problems like this instead of every agent I talk to says it just doesn't work that way, (Tosha).If the promotion code is messed up then there has to be someone that can over ride the stupid program or policy. I want the three phones trade in money applied to my account, because you have received the phones, and I want my three $200 line credits put towards my account as well.It is to easy!!! TMobile Customer Care Email ID

My Bill is way too high after adding the lines.Even there are things in my bill which I already had discussed with customer care agent and they had agreed (at least 3 times in different calls) that this will not come in future and you will get credit for past incorrect billing, those things still keep coming again and again.I need customer care email ID where I can drop the email and get the things correct.On phone it takes hours to get the things correct and post that I dont have proof also what agent has agreed.

Please help me cancel my account!

My last phone usage was in September of 2021, I went ahead and paid for October because I had a “free month” elsewhere. I went into store & closed it. Apparently he suspended it not cancelled. I got a notice in Dec. & paid for November (just to have the whole thing behind me). Now I am getting a bill March of 2022 stating $267.10 will be reported to my credit bureau. I have called customer service 3 times over an hour per call, being bounced everywhere. My hands are tied because I don’t have the phone number anymore & so can’t access it. Then I get messages stating system error. Though it is closed now (apparently confirmed by an agent, how do I truly know since I can’t access my account) And there is a lingering balance of $267.10. I am a disabled veteran dealing with severe panic attacks (also PTSD), sending me into the ER. Please any help is appreciated. PLEASE!

Tmobile for business - can anyone get it right?

Hello! I need one competent person who understands basic english language and can switch my plan to T-Mobile Business Unlimited Ultimate ($160 for 4 lines with autopay). Its right off T-Mobile website. See screenshot. I called multiple times and all I got was “credit” where on my.tmobile.com the plan shows a plan I have never even requested in the first place. I want the Business Unlimited Ultimate plan. Nothing else. No credits, no vacations, just the plan.

I think T-Mobile should offer a business hotspot plan for security cameras.

I own several properties and I recently purchased a hotspot to give me remote security camera viewing at one of my properties to test out if this will work for all of my properties. This seemed like a good option because it was less expensive than getting the cheapest internet plan through my cable/phone company at each one of my properties (hint: its not cheap at all). Additionally, I like the portability. If I’m doing a fix and flip or only need internet for a limited time, it makes it easy to grab the hotspot and go to the next project/jobsite. I don’t need to call my cable company to disconnect and reconnect internet at the other property and in remote locations (or for new construction), sometimes service is not even run to the building yet. Anyhow, I’ve realized that I don’t need 5G speeds just for a few cameras streaming. Monitoring full time (which is likely unnecessary, but may be needed for some people) would use quite a bit of data but doesn’t need 5G speeds. I wonder if T-m

Switched from ATT, Now Major Problems

Hello Everyone, I had pre-paid with ATT on a Phoneix LG phone. Since switching to T-Mobile a little over a month ago… -I can’t send images-I can’t reply on group texts-Randomly a few times a day, my phone will not let me text or call until I restart. (Friends who have tried to call are reporting it goes right to Voicemail during these times.) To make matters worse, T-Mobile over charged me on my last bil, but they have promised to restore those funds eventually.
