I recently got T-Mobile’s 5G Home Internet. So far, I am pretty happy with the service. The only complaint I have is that the wi-fi signal does not reach to all the corners of my house. Can I add an external mesh router and nodes in the various room? If so, what kind and how do I set it up? As far as usage goes, I basically have like 30 smart light bulbs, 4 iPads, iPhones, and stream TV one or two TVs at a time. I also work from home so I use a lot of WebEx/Teams with video calls. Does T-Mo sell additional nodes that simply extend the signal?
Why am I unable to call my own husband?! I am getting so upset with T-Mobile and no one actually does ANYTHING when you call. I will call my husband and he can't hear me and I can't hear him. He will call me back and we can hear fine. Also, we try to call each other and as soon as the person answers the call disconnects. I can't tell you how many times this has happened. It's pretty bad that we pay all this money for this service and are stuck because of our phone payments and still have to pay for a burner phone to get reliable service!!
Hello, I signed up for T-mobile home internet almost 1 month ago. In the beginning service was well above expectations.. The download speed was around 250Mbps and the upload around 30Mbps. However, after about two weeks. Now it’s borderline unusable at times. I’ve attached a couple screenshots hoping to figure out what the cause might be? Pay special attention to the one speed test with very high jitter and ping… Any advice would be helpful..
Really? Mint is trying to work with you to get linking with them accomplished. Are you unable to do so because your security and infrastructure is unable to support on your end? If so, how can you expect consumers to trust you with their money and leverage your banking product? I will NOT use your banking product until such time that you have successfully implemented securely interfacing with Mint. Please make this a priority on your “Future Enhancements” list(s).
My Family has been scammed by T-Mobile! 1st mistake: In early November we switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. 2nd: Mistake: Fell for the so called “Free” IPhone 13 upgrade scam! I traded in/sent them my perfect condition i-phone 12 pro max for a i-phone 13 pro max and was told I would received $1000 in installment credits over 30 monthsI traded in/sent them my wife’s perfect condition i-phone 12 pro for a i-phone 13 pro and was told I would received $1000 in installment credits over 30 months I’m now being charged $36.67 - 15.50 credit for each phone. So being charged $21.17 for each phone per month. If you do the math they gave me $465 each for my phones. The promotion was $1000 credit on any I-phone 12! They lied!My local store employees verbally guaranteed we would get the full $1000 because that was the promotion!I’m still fighting to get the full credits. Next step is filing a complaint with Better Business and taking legal action filing a class action lawsuit. If
I am looking for recommendations on the best Wi-Fi extender for the 5G home Gateway. I have both a TP Link RE 220 and a Netgear EX3700. They both fail to connect due to MAC address issues… even though they work fine with my current modem/router. I am looking to move away from my Xfinity service but need a Wi-Fi extender in my garage to connect some of my outdoor enabled devices. Thanks!
I have been a customer of Tmobile for the last 16 years and have filed 3 claims 2 damaged phones and 1 stolen. I have paid $4,608.00 in total for insurance on my devices. $42,240.00 for phone service. I am beyond upset and no is not even the amount I am erroneously being charged by assurant through T-mobile. But is the scam that assurant is able to get away with! This is my story, I accidentally damaged my phone in September and filed a claim with assurant for this phone to be replaced, my claim was approved next day and I received my replacement. I sent the damaged phone back to assurant on September 14th and received a notification it was received September 17th in their York PA warehouse. I received a letter in November stating phone was not received, so I called assurant and their Rep stated that they had actually received the phone but the package had not been scanned in. Then I get a charge on my T-Mobile account in December stating assurant never received their damaged device. I
I'm having issues with some Microsoft Office services, e.g., SharePoint and Teams files. Started around 2022-06-15.This is on my T-Mobile 5G Home Internet- Issue: Most of the times I try to open a SharePoint link (Excel, PowerPoint) in a browser (on my laptop, on my home network), it can't find the page. Sometimes after 3 refreshes (F5 button), I get the file, and sometimes not.- Issue: Sometimes when I try to open a MS Office file in a native app (Excel, PowerPoint), it tells me the login isn't working.- Issue: Often when I try to open the Files tab inside a team channel in the MS Teams app, it tells me it can’t connect.- Works well: On another network (same laptop, same apps, same account, but via the phone's hotspot or via a public WiFi).- Works well: On another device (same T-Mobile 5G home internet, but on my phone).- Works well: On another account (same laptop, same T-Mobile 5G home internet, but my personal Microsoft Office account).... This is surprisingly specific to my work l
Mint Mobile has unlimited plan for $30. Right now they have a deal where its $15. I have asked several time for a loyalty discount but T-Mobile doesn’t seem to offer this program. Have any of you made the switch, is Mint Mobile a viable option? Thanks!
Seems like T-Mobile customer service is getting worst day by day.Very hard to explain and get what is needed, sometimes I had to give up and hang up without even getting solution or answer.Their website and application is second worst thing about T-Mobile. I spent 1 hour trying to do upgrade for 3 phones but could not do it. HATED the experience on app and website. The only good thing is the centers they have, people over there seem to handle the problems, but then you have to pay for almost every service. T-Mobile is good, only if you buy you devices outside, dont upgrade via them. Never call customer service, and just use their service to auto pay, so you dont have to deal with anything from their side.
I see it isn't just me who is having issue with T-Mobile's Home Internet service. My wifi randomly drops throughout the day everyday. I've contacted customer service numerous times. We've done all the trouble shooting steps, and customer service has done whatever testing they do. They say everything is working fine 🤷 I've connected my TV using my cellphone's mobile hotspot and it works great. It's so annoying.
Since T-Mobile doesn’t have Customer Relations email or way to connect with them, I am posting my story here.I have been with T-Mobile 17 years, starting with one line and go into multi-line family plan. Recently, I have decided to switch Business plan and add 2 more lines. T-Mobile doesn’t have ability to setup plan online if using company tax id, I had to go through Sales Rep. After talking to rep, I expressed my desire to get a 5 line Business plan, but transfer 3 phone numbers from my current personal plan. I also said that I am looking for a specific offer online ($36/line for 5 lines). Rep explained course of actions as setting up business account with one line and transferring over rest of lines once account is activated. Getting SIM card and activating account took less than 24 hours and next day I called Experts (as suggested by Rep) to do the rest of the process. I have repeated my intentions and even walked Expert through T-Mobile Business website to confirm the prices. It t
