Apple TV 3rd Gen not connecting to Tmobile Home Internet; it is not asking for password and give connection error.
Apple TV is not connecting to Tmobile Home internet. When I select WiFi, Apple TV does not ask for a WiFi password. And gives error, can’t connect to WiFi. The Apple TV does ask for password if I select other WiFi like Fios etc. Should I create a separate 2.5G network, and what configuration would I need to setup for this. I spoke with Apple and also T-Mobile tech support, no one has a clue, Thnx

T-Mobile, you once pride yourself in providing your customers excellent customer service, network service and no hassle billing.. You honored that commitment prior to merger with Sprint. Many of us switched because of it. What is going lately???!! For the past several months it seems like you’ve now become the old Sprint. For the last 10 months, I have not spoken to a US T-Mobile Rep at all. All my calls are directed to reps in Philippines, long hold and wait times of 2 hours or more, now problems with billing, you’re not honoring promos ie: applying funds for trade in as promised, commitments and advertisements, speak to supervisors, managers, no follow up nor follow through, repeating the same issues several times, no resolve or resolutions, there’s no team of experts, billing issues go unresolved, overseas reps reading off scripts and this has become exactly like what I experienced at Sprint. Bad experience - New Customer
I was been giving wrong information each and every time when i visit their store or call the customer service.I was in a need of Family Plan with 5 lines of which every member of the family plan would like to do a trade-in (on-going promotion at t-mobile on Iphone cell phones) their cell phone to get new iphone 14 series cell phones and join the family plan for the mobile service. So, i initially went to the store and checked on my requirement after doing the soft enquiry on my credit they said it is possible. So, on 6th October 2022 i did take new family plan by name Magenta Max and activated 3 lines initially and did place an order couple of phones under BOGO promotion. The next day 7th October 2022 i visited the same store with couple of friends to do the trade-in and in the process they tell me the trade-in are related to Credit limit and at that point i have only credit limit for one trade-in only and for any additional trade-in i have to pay high down payment, which is almost clo

Just to help understand how terrible TMobile really is imagine creating a "social account" just so I can come here and reflect how terrible they actually are. If it wasn't for the arrangement I'm currently in I would never ever consider tmobile in any way. Imagine any issue you would ever possibly have with a phone company and you can guarantee to have said issues with TMobile. T-Mobile Tuesday app rejecting received code as invalid
I have installed both the Home Internet app as well as the T-Mobile Tuesday app. Home Internet app is working fine. I tried last week to sign in to the T Mobile Tuesday app but last week just as this week, I keep getting the invalid code message. Last week, I had the code resent several times with no luck. This week, I have only tried the one code that was sent, but I deleted it, re-entered it and clicked Finish at least three times with getting the same response of enter a valid code.

Assurant Damaged Device Returned - Not Recived
I filed a claim with Assurant in early February 2020- they denied it at first then after another call they approved it. I received the replacement and returned my damaged phone on 2/7/2020 via USPS using the label they provided. I called after receiving the second notice that the phone was not received as it should have been delivered by then. Turns out it had been delivered on 2/11/2020, but there was no phone inside the envelope. I called Assurant and was told that the envelope was sealed, but that the ends were opened. Sounded to me like the way they probably open these when they arrive and process the claim. Regardless, they said i would have to file a claim with USPS and that if they did not find the phone i would be charged non returned fee for it. I asked them to share there notes with me, so that i could use them when filing a claim with USPS, she said she could not. I asked that the call be escalated and the manager proceeded to tell me that was correct and that USPS h
I have been dealing with the random dropping of my internet connection using the grey Nokia cylinder. I tried the fan, and it works better, but recently I get more times I need to push the button on the back and after waiting a few seconds, power it back on, and internet is back. I wondered has anyone tried the Keep Connect Router Wi-Fi Reset Device, Monitors Connectivity and Resets When Required.it seems like plugging the grey can into this device would work as it automatically does a power on and off when it detects the WiFi internet is down?
I was wondering why despite decent speeds (>50mbps), I get video buffers, web messages not being sent, and long pauses to load web pages. Turns out the latency is horrible. Here’s my test a few minutes ago. 135ms download latency and 208 upload latency. I did an internet search on ‘internet latency comparison’ and found this useful comparison of different services. I guess T-Mobile Home Internet is still better than satellite internet. LOL Latency by connection type2,3DSL: 24–42 ms Cable: 15–27 ms Fiber: 10–15 ms Satellite: 594–612 ms
Anyone else had FTP problems using Hone Internet?
I am testing T-M Home Internet and although it has Ben generally good so far, I just ran into a problem when I attempted a routine FTP upload using CyberDuck to a website I maintain. When I try to connect I get an Interoperability Failure message. My ISP says the website is fine and they are able to FTP to it and it t seems I have some kind of communication or network problem. What are other people’s experiences doing FTP on T-M Home Internet?
