This issue with the “T-Mobile app keeps stopping” has been going on for many months. About a month ago, I found out in this forum that t-mobile was aware of the issue & was working on it. It stopped for awhile & started again a few days ago. This is beyond annoying. I have tried everything I could think of - uninstalling the app, updating the app, reinstalling the app, rebooting after doing anything new, etc. At times my phone is almost unusable because the message pops up when I am trying to do something crucial - like making a payment to a medical provider. This can’t be that difficult of a fix. T-Mobile - your response to this issue is unacceptable. When are you going to fix this issue permanently. I am tired of my phone being held hostage to your dismissal of this problem & your refusal to make a permanent fix.
I have a T-mobile phone and I only use it for emergencies. Where I live I do not have any bars, always zero. Every time I need to access my T-mobile account, I am asked for a confirmation code that is sent to my text message. The problem is, that I cannot receive any message because I have a zero bar. My phone does not work at all in my house. Sometimes I have to walk out of the house to get the message. I have Wi-Fi at home and I would like to have the notification sent to my email instead of text message to my T-mobile phone number.
I have a Pixel 4a, and just got TMo home internet. So far I’m loving the speeds and the cost. I have the Arcadyan gateway. I can connect my phone with no issues. However,I never see the network added to my saved network list, and if I get disconnected, I get an authentication problem, and it doesn’t reconnect. If I cycle power on my phone, it connects with no issue, or I have to enter the password to get it to connect. My wife also has a android phone (moto-G) and it works as expected, so I suspect it’s a Pixel problem, although I had no problem with the Netgear router that I used prior to switching. Anyone see anything similar? Thanks
So apparently I cannot connect to sites that need to verify your location because my new tmobile internet service shows me as being located in a State that is different from my actual location.Been on hold for 50 mins to speak to someone, not sure if I will get anyone tonight and this is not looking good for customer service support that you don’t have a different number specifically for tech issues like this.
hii broke the screen to my iphone and the back piece as well. i know i had either a warranty or insurance and my question is im tryna get it fixed but im not trying to pay 378 or whatever just got a screen when theres other phone companys that keep sending stuff saying theyll pay my bill and give me the newest phone if i switch. so is there any way you can let me know if i can get my phone fixed for cheap if not ima just have to leave t mobile especially with everything getting more and more pricey.let me no what i can doplease and thanksTG
How is that this has been a problem for 2 years and not fixed? I just switched to T-Mobile and am starting to think that I may have made a huge mistake. I cannot get my military verification to upload. It just keeps giving an error and says try again. I have tried reducing file size, changing file format, changing web browser and still get the error. I see in the related topics that this has been a problem for over two years. What the heck, two years! You only have so long to verify before getting taken off the Military Magenta Plan and they charge you more. Has anyone actually been able to get their military status verified successfully?
I’m trying to text the following link and while my phone indicates the message was sent, the receiver never gets it. If I use AT&T the message sends fine. https://www.canadiancovidcarealliance.org/media-resources/the-pfizer-inoculations-for-covid-19-more-harm-than-good-2/ How do I turn off the censorship feature?
If you are having trouble, call 1-800-T-MOBILE (1-800-866-2453). If the Representative is unable to help, escalate to the supervisor. Remain calm, don't blame, and clearly explain your side BRIEFLY. Tell them what you expect of them to make it right. Stay calm, don't get mad and keep trying to work it out. If that fails, write a letter to the CEO directly and explain. The problem WILL be resolved and T-Mobile will bend over backwards to make it right! Here's an example you can use as a template. Remember to send a thank-you note to the CEO. They will keep working hard to keep our business if we do these things! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Mr. John Legere, CEOT-Mobile Corporation12920 SE 38th StreetBellevue, WA 98006 Mr. Legere, I wanted to provide written thanks to you & your employees that recently helped me wit

Hi All,I’m currently on the One Plan @ $164 pm. I was looking at the other plans and Magenta appears to be the same with a few extras and it will even save me a little money as its only $160 pm.Can anyone confirm that this is indeed the same plan with extras, I dont want to lose my Netflix etc. TIA.Paul
Is it possible to get a static IP with the 5G Home Internet service? Normally I wouldn’t need it but since my connection dies at least once a week I get a new IP every time my modem reboots. I work from home and whenever my IP changes I have to update some of my clients’ firewalls.
Has anyone ever actually gotten any money back for a trade-in? I’ve been trying to get one for WEEKS now. I’ve called 4 times and each time I spend about an hour explaining it all again to the next person. I get assurances that it will be taken care of, but still nothing!Problem started when whoever sold me the phone that had a rebate, didn’t attach the rebate to that sale. In too much of a hurry to get that sale done and get that commission I guess!I’m convinced these rebates are just a SCAM! They don’t even know my issue so apparently no notes are made to my account or records. Gotta be a SCAM!
Hey guys, I'm new here... I just got my gateway in yesterday... I must say, I'm highly disappointed and I only wish I researched this further before I ordered it...I've already done multiple searches on this topic, so I'm not gonna ask the question I've been wanting to ask which was: "Why isn't my connection open NAT?", or "Why can't I port forward?". I've pretty much answered all of those questions myself by simply searching. I have taken it upon myself to call T-mobile's tech support anyways in the event that somehow a miracle is sent my way.... Fortunately for me, a very kind gentleman by the name of Alex, employee number 786457, assured me that they will be fixing the problem within a 48 hour period. I was told there will be some Beta software sent to my unit "possibly". And yes, that was the word used... Not sure how far I can believe that, seeing as how a lot of you are having issues. But anyway, this is my journey. I will post some updates here n there to let y'all know the outc
My neighborhood does not get cell receiption. When power goes out cannot make an emergency call that bad. I know that company wants to reach people. How can I get to the right department to get this looked at and maybe bring, at least, T Mobile into the neighborhood and being able to start looking at them for other than phones as well?? Thanks a lot, First time Poster!!!
Hello,Last month, I reached out to T-Mobile Customer Service (Richmond center) to add a 3rd line. Since I am on a grandfather plan, the Customer Service rep told me that they can't add a 3rd line to my account, and that the only way to add a 3rd line is for for me to upgrade to the new Essentials plan. I declined because the costs of the Essentials plan did not make sense financially (my monthly bill will almost double by adding a 3rd-line).After I declined the upgrade offer, the Customer Service rep put me on hold and conferred with her supervisor. She came back and told me that since I've been a loyal customer for 12 years, they will honor my original (grandfather) plan. Her supervisor approved it. She will add a 3rd line for $20 more ($10 talk/text and $10 data). I was happy with this offer and told her to add a 3rd line to my account. I also bought a new iPhone 11 via T-mobile for the new line.A couple weeks later, I received the iPhone and activated the 3rd line. I checked my acco
I switched to mint mobile from T-Mobile last month and am still being charged for my TMobile account. But when I switched I lost all access to my TMobile account so I can't go on chat and talk with anyone. I work days and am unable to call at normal hours. Is there an email that I can talk with someone to fix this?
I had Sprint, and fully switched to the T-Mobile network a few weeks ago. Since then, my incoming caller ID has shown some calls as “Scam Likely”, and there’s no way to see the number until it’s in the missed call log. Yesterday, a call came in as “Credit One Bank” and I didn’t answer because I didn’t know what that was. Turned out to be my veterinarian office calling! Didn’t know until I herd the voicemail. Is there a way to just get the phones numbers to display for incoming calls?
We have been using T-Mobile home internet for a while now using the original 4G LTE Gateway home internet device (small white box) which worked just fine. This week we were at a T-Mobile store and upgraded to the new 5G Gateway (silver cylinder) which we were told was amazing and much faster. As soon as we hooked it up the signal strength was weak. Internet service was slow at best and streaming anything online was impossible because the signal kept dropping. I contacted customer service and spent over a hour on line trying to troubleshoot the device (moving it to different locations, resetting the device, etc.). The technician finally decided to send us a replacement device. Instead of receiving a replacement 5G Gateway they sent me a refurbished Galaxy cell phone which is a whole other story, but it was back on the phone with customer service. The second service technician said they would have engineering check our device which would take a few days to complete and they would co
ARC KVD21Firmware version1.00.12UI versionv1.7.0 Got Arc KVD21 yesterday afternoon, got it up and running. Consistent 3 bars and decent speeds. Works well for works and no complaints except…. rose up this morning with no internet access, had to restart router via mobile app and then again around 3:19 PM this afternoon, internet dropped and had to restart. Anyone else having this issue. I recall not being able to update the FW via the setup. I don’t however see a way to for us to update or request an update. Looks like to have to visit the Wizard of Toz and ask them. Any case how can I make sure my FW is up to date?
Hey,so two days ago I received my tmobile home internet gateway router and it works great with one issue I have not been able to overcome which is I also have the cellspot for expanding coverage in my house as there is hardly any to no signal within the house to use our phones. We have wifi calling and everything enabled and it just didn't work at all, but the cellspot worked great. The issue is the cellspot transmits a tmobile radio signal and my home internet wants to connect to the cellspot because it is the strongest signal it can pick up and obviously that wont work because the cellspot is connected to the home internet gateway router. So is there a way to blacklist or block the home gateway router from using the cellspot signal and to connect to the cell towers instead? With the cellspot off the home internet gateway router works great with awesome speeds, as soon as I plug in the cellspot I get nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated
