in this day and age you would think T-Mobile would have 24 hours a day 7 days a week live chat available for tech support account issues anything related to T-Mobile instead they want you to call a number and then it takes forever for them to call you back when life chat would be so easy you can answer whenever you want they answer whenever they want just keep it open you don't have to sign in every time you leave a message now wouldn't that I'll be wonderful? who do we talk to about this?of course it's available for sales. it's always available for sales department. it's like they're saying we'll take your money but we won't help you after that.
As annoying and probably the most infuriating update I’ve seen on any version of Android, I’ve been testing various settings to see if I can make my OnePlus 9 Pro run smooth.So unfortunately, there are few things you’d have to go without which may be a deal breaker for many of you. BUT, it can improve the current broken Android 12 to make it less painful.FACTORY RESET - You’ll to wipe the phone as is; make sure backup data, disable 2FA if you run Authenticator (or export the account), etc. DISABLE FINGERPRINT & FACE UNLOCK - #1 issue I’m seeing with the 12 update is fingerprint & face scanner; especially the fingerprint. Personally, these two biometric scanning methods are something I’d avoid either way but that’s for another discussion. DISABLE APPS YOU NEVER USE - It may not always use a lot of resources but if you can uninstall them or have the option to DISABLE it, do so. Google TV, Duo, etc and things you just won’t ever use. Hello,I bought this phone in September of 2021. In February of 2022, I noticed horizontal cracks appearing along the fold. I took it into a branch, they said it was defective and I needed to take it to a Samsung repair center. Great. Did that, they again said my screen was defective and replaced it.Now, 5 months later, more cracks have appeared in the protector in the same way at the same location.Has anyone else experienced cracks appearing along their fold line on the Z Flip 3? I am terrified it will happen a 3rd time after the warranty is up in two months and am trying to figure out what to do.
Just today I am unable to send/receive calls. An error msg pops up saying your phone’s not registered on a network, so you can only make emergency calls. Can anyone tell my why this is happening? Its affecting all members of my household. 3 phones, 2 dif accounts. The phones are all android and we did restart them.
Is there an application that allows for anything that I do on my phone, to happen on my tablet? I have a samsung A32 and Samsung galaxy 7+so say for example I install a new app on my phone and that happens automatically on my tablet or vice versa? or say I jot down a note on my phone and that happens on my tablet automatically and vice versa?

Highly pissed off this new system update has ruined my phone , fingerprint scanner messing up ,brightness settings doing its own thing ,when watching videos on YouTube on landscape it's not showing the videos , brightness dipping in and out ,cpu lags so many problems with this update 💔😭😡 worst time possible spend so much on these phones and they are not updated properly,WE NEED A FIX ASAP THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE TMOBILE AND ONEPLUS!!!!
Ever since my N200 was upgraded to Android 12 using the phone has been a horrible experience. Aside from having to provide approval to get almost every function to, well, function, some things are simply broken.Example 1: Press the square button after swiping up and the ‘Close all’ button does nothing. If I have three apps open, they have to be individually swiped up to close them. One. At. A. Time. Android makes the right-most app full screen again and displays a meaningless message about my phone being “in optimal condition” if I touch the ‘Close all’ button.Example 2: Responding to text messages is hit or miss. I often find that the keyboard will *never* appear so I’m unable to type a reply.Example 3: Before the upgrade I was able to change the volume of a Bluetooth speaker using the controls on the speaker itself. Now I *must* change the volume using the phone.How can I un-upgrade? T-Mobile’s version of Android 12 is not ready for release.
Last night I broke my phone’s screen and it’s black. But of course this morning I’m getting text messages like crazy and I have no way to view them. I have a tablet and tried installing Digits, but it wants to send a code to my phone for me to see my texts………… there is no option to send it to my email………. any suggestions would be appreciated…….
I just received my phone. I setup text to speech. My last phone read out my text messages when they came in. I had hoped this utility would perform the same way. It does not. I tried the TalkBack utility, but it takes over the whole phone; which is not what I want. Does this phone have the capability to read out my text message to me as they come in?
Well hello. I have bought a new in box unlocked Tmobile compatible LG Aristo 5 from a legit seller on eBay to replace LG Aristo 2 Plus that kept breaking and was repeatedly replaced by bad refurbs via my warranty and now is just bad but still usually works except internet connection now is failing too damn often. Question is: Will someone at the store help me migrate the contents of my old phone to new one? Does it cost? $$$? i am a longtime TM customer, old & decrepit, they always swap my SIM card or test battery etc or troubleshoot it for me in store bc I dont know how to do this myself as I said I am old. But this is moving everything and don't know if they will do that. I bought this one bc I have always had Tmobile and LG Aristos and can't afford the phones TMobile sells now like Samsung or iPhone and no, i couldn't qualify for a free or cheap one by adding another line or trading in my LG even though I had gotten all my old LGs from TMobile; LGs are simply not eligible trade
