I have an unlocked Verizon phone, with T-mobile service. Everything seems to work fine, except the only way I can get my voicemail is to dial 805-637-7243. If I dial 1, I get a message saying the call cannot be completed as dialed. Is there anyway to get my phone to recognize the T-mobile voicemail without having to dial the number and enter my pass code?
4 days ago I clicked on the TMobile upgrade on my phone and that was the biggest mistake. 2 days after the upgrade, my phone (S7) turned off and restarted itself. I know my phone is old but it had been working perfectly before that.Today as I was listening to music, my phone turned off by itself and completely died. Tried to reset to no avail. Has this happened to anyone? This sucks cause I was looking to trade in for a rebate on a new phone and now I can’t do this. Please help.
I´ve bought a used and renewed LG V60 phone at Amazon thinking that would be easy to unlock but nothing is further from reality. I need to do it this weekend because my friend who brought it to me from US to Argentina return to US next monday May 2. If I can´t unlock until then I´ll send it back with pain, cause I love the phone. IMEI is 352577110424034. Please someone in T mobile help me !!!! Thanks in advance.
Can't send sms text messages to certain people who are in my contacts list and not getting access codes via sms text messages
I can't send sms text messages to certain people who are in my contacts list it's says couldn't send message and I'm not getting access codes to verify account via sms text messages either. This all started when I moved my account from sprint to t-mobile on April 1 2022. I have a Samsung Galaxy A 32 5G I got the phone last summer after t-mobile and Sprint merged .
I recently transfer over to T-Mobile. After porting, three out of four lines are working fine. My daughter’s line (iPhone SX) is unable to receive texts from certain phones (Androids). We called Apple and T-Mobile, no help. She has reboot phone, reset settings, reset network, checked blocked numbers, delete current text threads and send new texts. She can text these people, but she doesn’t receive their texts. However, if the Android devices owners are in a group with an iPhone owner, she’ll get the group texts. Please help!!! We’re not getting much help from the “help services.” She’s in Medical School and really can’t miss any text messages.
Has anyone else had a serious problem getting phone replaced under warranty? Ive been getting the run around and have even been told to call samsung direct instead. I have tries to do two warranty exchanges with Tmobile and both times they sent the wrong color phone. Also they sent refurbished phones both times. This is a defective phone, not a accidental damage. I paid $1000 for a black Z flip, and they are trying to replace with pink. They say they cant choose what color to replace with and it is a lottery chance. This is a DEFECTIVE device and I want the same one.. soo frustrated! The store I bought the phone from says they can no longer help me. Where is the accountability and service?
The last two days I have been receiving an error “Your phone’s not registered on a network, so you can only make emergency calls.” when making a calls. This is only the last two days. The error seemed to go away when I took out my SIM card and put it back in for a refresh. It is now not working at all. Please assist as I cannot even call T-Mobile. Much appreciated,Sason Danley
How to remove Verizon branding and bloatware from my Samsung Galaxy S10 G5 phone. I bought a used Verizon branded Galaxy S10 G5 to replace my S8+ and was able swap it in to my T-Mobile account. The phone and my T-Mobile account work fine together. I want to get rid of the V splash page, the reminders that I do not have a V sim card, and the V bloatware, but I cannot figure out how to do that. . (I’ve limited, uninstalled or disabled everything I could from the Apps settings). How can this be done? Or not?
I was very surprised and disappointed that today I received 4 different answer to the same question from 3 of experts dialing 611 and one from a gentleman from the local T-Mobile location in Scottsdale, AZ .I called 611 to upgrade my telephone to a qualified device for Free only pay the Tax, second time I called to confirm my choice of the only two phones available to me, the Lady whom I talked to said my device is not qualified at all. I visited the local T-Mobile store in Scottsdale, after examining my phone the Sales expert at the store gave me the information on two qualified devices and told me that if you get it from me here we have to charge you the setting up fees and the Tax, so I should call 611 and order it on line for free, just pay the tax. So I returned home and called 611 again, this time I spoke to another expert (Ben) who tried to sell me watches and when I said I didn’t want a watch, he said I understand so I had to pay the setting up fee plus tax on the phone. My disa
Does anyone know if the white version of the s22 ultra 512gb is on backorder or something similar? My estimated ship date is now April 22 to May 15, but my son's black version will be at my door this next Monday it's already at my local UPS. Just a little jealous of him lol, and not excited to maybe have to wait 2 more months for my new phone. Thanks
I love Motorola phones, yet this MotoG Stylus is an issue, as the stylus falls out and now I have lost it. I purchased a replacement online, but it was for the 2020 Moto Stylus. I just threw it away after getting it stuck in the phone. Any idea where or how to get a replacement for the 2021? I never use it and won’t, but those icons showing it is not in the phone are a nuisance. Thanks!
I need a wired internet connection to my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Settings>More connection settings>Ethernet is grayed out. I have confirmed that my USB-c cable can transfer data to & from my PC (Dell). I have tried turning off mobile & wifi data.I updated my operating system, enabled developer mode/debugging and every other suggestion I could find.I could use an ethernet + adapter directly from the router, but prefer to connect to nearby PC with wired internet. Thanks for any help!
I have a OnePlus Nord N10 5G phone with 128 GB storage. About a month ago I had only used half that free space, however when I checked the file manager this month I had used 97 of 128 GB. After exploring further, I found my T-mobile app is taking up a whopping 40 GB of my free space! This app can't be uninstalled nor can the cache or data be cleared. Why could T-mobile possibly need that much space for their app? Is there any way to get some of that free space back?
I updated my s21 ultra like a week or two ago. Ever since then any audio I stream while on mobile data gets super jumpy and skips like every 20-30 seconds. I've restarted the phone, deleted my streaming apps, redid the all of my paired audio devices, etc. Nothing is helping. Anyone have this issue that can help me out?
