Temporary Unlock

I have been getting a pop up box that says Tmobile temporary unlock expired.  A response box of ok is available for a response, but most often the box does not respond to my clicking okay.  I will then have to lock and unlock my screen or restart the phone to get the box to go away.  It may come back within minutes or several hours from that point.  I googled reasons for the box, but note I never traveled outside my home area, nor requested a temp. Unlock for any reason.  When I couldn't solve this after several weeks I spent time on phone with TMobile support.  The person helping me could not solve it after trying all of his strategies.  Then I went to a TMobile store and they also did not know, but did put a new SIM card in to see if that worked.  It did not.This started when I got a new Revvl 5 phone which has so many other problems I can't  imagine this isn't one as well.  This phone delays text messages, often prevents callers from hearing each other and must be restarted.  It's l

Hello, my mobile phone was originally a sprint operator contract machine. Aren't sprint and T-Mobile working together? Why can't I use the T-Mobile card now? Samsung Galaxy s20 5g

Hello, I have such a question, I was presented with a Samsung galaxy S20 5G smartphone, it is officially unlocked and works with all operators, but eSIM does not work, and at the end of the download it gives an error, and I thought that maybe sim was unlocked, and eSim for some reason The reason was not unlocked by the T-Mobile operator. Sim locked but t mobile says fully unlocked

I bought Iphone 14 pro in September and I moved to Indonesia. So I fully paid for my phone before I came here and when I was paying for the device, t mobile expert said that it has been fully unlocked. On my setting, it still says SIM Locked and it is not working here. I called T mobile more than 10 times, they say that it’s been fully unlocked but my phone says it is still locked! I even tried to scan a new esim on the phone it says I need to contact the original carrier to unlock the phone. Every time I called all they say is the device is fully unlocked. I was even connected to Apple experts but they could not help me with anything. Apple suggested me to reset the phone, which I have tried.  Now I don’t know what to do. It’s been more than two weeks and I’m not able to use this phone that I’ve paid $1000 for.  Please help!!!

After this new update,  when my alarm went off this morning I had to unlock it to turn it off. It used to show the options when you picked up your phone without having to unlock it. I've searched settings and cannot find I can change this.  Anyone???
