unlock the CAT phone S22 Flip

Hello, I live in Ukraine, I bought a CAT S22 Flip phone (IMEI: 351486511086726) on eBay, it turned out to be locked and I can't use the local operator's SIM card, I can't activate the T-mobile SIM card, please help to unlock the CAT phone S22 Flip

I recharged $100 as requested, but customer service informed me that the device is not in the system and cannot be unlocked. Is it because of the S to T transition? If it is true, can you help me unlock it?

Unable to unlock Iphone 13 purchased from BB, contacted TMobile 4 Times!

Hello,I’m running out of options to unlock my iPhone that I paid in full through Best Buy. I have contacted Tmobile 4 times and its still locked. They said it’s fully unlocked but its still showing Sim locked. I don’t know what else to do because every time its the same process that they will submit the request and wait for approval and then nothing happens.

Lock status confusion

I bought my new factory unlocked phone in Sept. 2022 (Samsung A53 5G). I signed up with T-Mobile a few days after receipt. No problems whatsoever. Now T-Mobile and other providers are telling me my unlocked phone is locked. T-Mobile says it shows in their system as locked but THEY DIDN’T LOCK IT. Advised to contact original provider (there was none). I see nothing on my phone indicating locked status. Today I contacted Samsung who verified definitively that the phone I purchase was unlocked at time of purchase and shows as unlocked currently. Was advised T-Mobile needs to look into this. T-Mobile, can you please look into this. I have just persuaded family to switch to T-Mobile. I hope I didn’t make a mistake. Also the Samsung rep sent proof of unlocked status to me.Thank you in advance. Plz advise what further info I need to provide.

simlocked but t-mobile saying fully unlokced

I bought Iphone 13 pro and  I fully paid for my phone before I came here and when I was paying for the device, t mobile expert said that it has been fully unlocked. On my setting, it still says SIM Locked and it is not working here. I called T mobile more than 100 times, they say that it’s been fully unlocked but my phone says it is still locked! I even tried to scan a new esim on the phone it says I need to contact the original carrier to unlock the phone. Every time I called all they say is the device is fully unlocked. I was even connected to Apple experts but they could not help me with anything. Apple suggested me to reset the phone, which I have tried.  Now I don’t know what to do. It’s been more than 2months and I’m not able to use this phone that I’ve paid $840 for.

phone locked to Assurance wireless, need to activated on Tmobile in order to be unlocked

Can Tmobile help unlock my phone bought from Assurance wireless? My phone is qualified for unlocked, but I no longer has service with them as they told me it would be unlocked automatically which never happened. The phone is Moto G Pure, and it says it’s locked to Tmobile. Do I have to buy Tmoible service in order to have it unlocked.

Carrier Lock (SIM_locked) on iPhone SE (2nd gen) - cannot be removed

I bought 2 new iPhone SE (2nd gen) from Apple when the product was released. Then, I brough them to my T-mobile lines. Now, I am about to sell them so that I can start using new devices. In one of the phones, the Carrier Lock field is “SIM Locked”, which makes me very angry, because I never owed anything to T-mobile on these devices.I talked to 3 technicians on T-mobile side, and 1 from Apple Care. The Apple technician said they don’t set Carrier Lock and they can’t clear it. The T-mobile technicians told me that they have cleared this phone in their system so that I should just live with the “SIM Locked” on my phone, because they don’t have a mechanism to clear it.This is unfair to me in 2 ways: (1) potential buyers may shy away from my phone because it says that the phone is locked to a carrier; (2) T-mobile should have never put a lock on my phone in the first place, resulting in my tedious phone call with multiple technicians to no vail.I wonder if someone has a clever way to clear

Check if Device Reported Stolen

Hello!  I recently purchased an iPhone 11 on Mercari for $60, and found out finally after fixing it that there’s an iCloud lock.  But I am also curios if there is any way to check and see if it has been reported lost or stolen through T-Mobile.  If so, I would gladly return it to the owner, or see if they did not wish for it back, could unlock it.  I know if I were to ever lose my phone, I’d pray somebody honest found it and did their efforts.  Does anybody know how I could go about that?

Esim is locked

purchased my s24 ultra from samsung, and then activated it on t-Mobile.  Hated the service so switching back to another carrier, and now T-Mobile wont unlock my esim, and I cannot use the phone any longer.  They send me to Samsung and Samsung sends me back to T-Mobile, and cannot get any straight answers other than it could take a month?  So right now I have a 1400 phone that is essentially a paper weight.  HELP!!!!!!!

Carrier Lock iphone 15

I’ve recently upgraded from an iPhone 12 to an iPhone 15. While trying to transfer this new eSIM basically transferring the phone number and the cellular plan. I noticed my phone was SIM Locked in the Carrier lock in General settings. I was wondering if I needed to go to a T-mobile location and have them unlock my iPhone or if they could just do it online?

Moto G Pure unlock

I have bought my phone of someone in Australia which turned out to be locked by T-Mobile USA. I never knew it was locked especially to an American company. I have tried to unlock it and paid for it twice to get the code to unlock it. It costed me more than $100 just to unlock it but it never worked. I got emails back from the unlocking company saying the IMIE number is fake which is what  T-Mobile USA got back to the company trying to unlock it for me or I get asked to contact T-Mobile to unlock it or by visiting one of T-Mobile stores which is not possible because I am in Australia. When I contacted T-Mobile they couldn't unlock it for me either.... So what do I do now? Please help if you can...  Attached screenshots including IMIE NUMBER....  THANKS 👍

how to unlock t-mobile carrier lock for iphone 12 pro max

I live in South Korea and my aunt gave me her iphone 12 pro max from USA.She passed away, so it is keepsake from my aunt.After I received it, I noticed that there is carrier lock and sim card is from T-mobile.There are 2 IMEI numbers for each physical sim and available sim.Due to this lock, my sim was not workable here in Korea.Although I asked Apple technical support, they informed that it is carrier lock and it must be unlocked by the carrier, then I can use this iphone here in Korea.Please kindly advise if it can be unlocked by T mobile and can I ask it to T mobile since my aunt passed away who was the original owner. Thank you.

T-Mobile device unlocking SCAM!

My wife lost her phone on 12/15/2023.  We received a replacement phone on 12/17/2023 and provisioned it that same day.I paid off my two phones IN PERSON on 12/23/2023.  I have a paper receipt for this transaction.  The credit card I used confirms the transaction.The device associated with my telephone number shows it is free of carrier restrictions (I can take it to another carrier).  However, my wife's phone (the one that was recently replaced) is still locked to our carrier.When I enquired to have the lock removed, I was informed by T-Mobile that they couldn't do that because the phone hadn't been in use on their network for 40 days!I own the phones.  I have a receipt that the phones are paid for.  I have no outstanding charges.This is a SCAM!

How can I unlink sprint from my device? In shomrt, I bought this device from someone and he told me that after 50 days, the system will automatically open some new network operator mode, and now everything is fine, but the annoying thing is the OMADM system So I need to remove the sprint files I'm tired of the LTE network content as if it's 2G I am now in the Middle East using a local SIM card. All that is required is that I need to cancel everything related to sprint because I simply do not need it here, and every time OMADM programs appear to me in content (Registering the device with the network) Then at the end of it gives me this error (Connection Error (6601)) I can not contact technical support does not support this area,

Request to unlock the device and contact the expert without providing a solution

I submitted an unlocking request to the T-mobile expert on July 17th. After checking with the customer service expert, they said they met the unlocking requirements and were given a 72 hour waiting time to complete the submission. However, they have not unlocked it yet. I have contacted customer service multiple times and contacted online customer service on the website, all of which were asking to wait for 72 hours to fully unlock it, but none of them have been unlocked. After only chatting with Twitter for a few words, I will no longer reply to the message! Why didn't I submit an unlock request to you as a customer of T-mobile and not provide a solution! And my equipment meets the requirements and is clean! I am very angry! The following is the Chat log with t-mobile

Carrier Lock Restricted by TM, iPhone 13 Pro brand new paid in full from Target

Please help. I've had this brand new phone for 2 years now, bought accessories, etc. Set up phone without SIM, logged into my Apple ID and was finally ready to use it with  my carrier and is sim/carrier locked. I’ve reached out twice at the beginning of the year through Chat. Provided IMEI and was told via Chat this phone was not under TM carrier Network. Paid another website to hopefully unlock it, and couldn't because my sims was restricted to TM. Went to Apple Care to see if they could help me. Apple plugged in my IMEI and was told this phone is carrier locked by TM/Sprint Network. I reach back out to chat today stating that I bought the phone brand new from Target, its been 2 years now that I haven't been able to use this phone and from my understanding should be eligible for free unlocking. Instead of help I recvd attitude with the rep keeping track of the two times I reached out prior??? The bullying continued with the chat rep stating TM has the sole rights to deny my request to
