Canon printer will not connect to T-Mobile 5G Gateway home internet
I have the Arcadyan KVD21 Gateway and a Canon PIXMA TR4520 printer. I have tried multiple methods to connect the printer to the T-Mobile wifi network and am still unsuccessful. Currently, I am attempting setup using the Canon Wi-Fi Connection Assistant. In Network Settings, the T-Mobile network encryption type shows up as Do Not Use. Is there a way to change the encryption type on the network? Would that enable the printer to access the T-Mobile wifi? Any and all suggestion welcome. I have tried T-Mobile tech support, but they cannot help, saying it's a printer issue.
Amazon Prime Video on SmartTV
We have worked with Sony TV about connecting our Bravia Smart TV to Amazon Prime TV through our TMobile Home Internet. It is only our Smart TV that will not connect. Our other TVs that are streaming through Roku Devices (one with a Roku Soundbar) do not have a problem. Sony Support stated it was because the Bravia was trying to connect through IPv6 and Amazon Prime Video will not accept. While investigating, we found that Roku uses IPv4. We also checked with a friend that also has the same model of TV but on another Internet provider. Their setting for IP settings shows as “Automatic” rather than IPv6. This makes me feel confident that Sony support was correct that the problem is the IPv6 through TMobile. My question - is there any way around our Smart TV using IPv6? All other streaming apps appear to work correctly - YouTubeTV, Netflix, Disney+, etc.
Access Home Internet Router
I have no problem accessing my Home Internet router when at home and can connect with phone or computer connected to the same router. But is there a way to connect to the router when away from home and I can’t connect my phone or computer to the router? I am currently on vacation and the router seems to need a reboot, which happens often, to be able to get items still at home to connect. At home I need to do a reboot every few days or I have no internet connection. Chuck
NO IP assigned to Device
I had to create a new network since my printer decided it was no longer going to connect to the default one (even though nothing changed, it gave me a password incorrect when I tried to reconnect it). I even tried changing the password for the defiant network and still no luck. So, I set up a new network with the same settings as the original one. However, all but one of my devices will connect.I have a StarCraft Solo cutting machine that connects via wifi and to the computer via IP. I selected the IP as I did for the previous network (and even changed it) and it won’t assign it. It displays 0.0.0.0. When I switch it back to the original it’s fine. Any ideas? Thanks!

How do I connect a Netgear Nighthawk wifi range extender to the T-Mobile internet gateway
I have a Netgear Nighthawk EX7500 and can’t get it to recognize the new internet gateway. Neither Netgear (3hours on the phone over 2 calls) or T-Mobile(2hours on the phone). The router/modem light on the extender doesn’t light up so I can’t do anything with it. Netgear wanted $149.95 to diagnose on the 1st phone call and $75 on the 2nd call….no friggin way...highway robbery!!!
How to access Expert settings on Home Internet
I just got a 5g home internet router and so far the signal and speeds are good at my home. I already have a wireless router (Amplifi) that covers my house much better than the t mobile device so I’d like to use that, which means I need to put the t mobile router in bridge mode/DMZ and turn off the wireless radios. T mobile’s web user interface guide (https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/web-user-interface-t-mobile-lte-wi-fi-gateway#app8) states that many features of the router can be accessed via the Expert menu (ie DMZ, etc). I can’t access any such Expert menu on my router. Help!
FAST 5688W Home Internet Gateway - for no reason after almost a year - is now unstable - why?
I’ve had this FAST 5688W Home Internet Gateway for nearly a year, no issues. Now, since last week and for no reason, just using it as we have all this time - is now unstable - why?I’ve gone through the “Setup” application from the QR Code again - to get to “It’s Configured”. It offers me to reset the access pw back to default - why would I want to do that? Additionally, since we use a WiFi extender we, thank God, were able to notice that the 2.4G CONNECTS and ALLOWS INTERNET TRAFFIC, but the 5G does NOT. - Moreover, connecting to the Gateway Directly, it’s SSID - not needing the WiFi extender (they have their own ID’s - it “connects” but NO PAGES are viewable. So, all connect but ONLY the 2.4G allows traffic/data flow. Again, nothing changed on my stuff - but noticed some glitchyness and then this about a week ago - NETWORK CHANGES? I see when log into the “Admin” page - “We now have…. used the app” - what app? So, you T-Mobile CHANGED SOMETHING ON THE NETWORK, again - and broke someth
is there a plug and play external antenna for Sagemcom Fast 5688W Gateway
The assigned cell tower is close about 1 mile, but not a good line of sight (trees, buildings etc.) Debating should I try extenders or mesh to use speeds I have which vary from 24 to 11 download and 5 to 9 upload or look into an antenna. I am worried about trying to open modem and install leads. If I stand on a ladder outside and hold modem up I can get 4 or 5 bars. Only 3 anywhere in house/ I did use the app to locate and have tried a few other things that customer support suggests. I need this to work. I use Zoom for work and medical, can’t wait to kick Comcast to the curb, Raised my bill double $125, and will not negotiate.
Stop code: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION
I recently installed a T-Mobile Gateway 5G router to use for my home internet. I am having a problem connecting my PC to the internet using my t-mobile wifi connection. My computer will find the T-Mobile signal but when I try to connect I get a blue screen and an error messsage “Stop code: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION”. Then my PC will shut down then restart. When I uninstall and then reinstall the network adapter and drivers it will allow me to connect a few times and then eventually I get the same result, blue screen watchdog error then restart. When I use the same PC and another wifi connection (Verizon Jetpack or phone hotspot) it works fine. Also I have another PC that will connect to T-Moblie router just fine. Has anyone else had the same issue?
WIFI KEEPS GOING DOWN AND TELLS ME EACH PASSWORD I USE IS INCORRECT.
How do you reset this useless wifi box? It's gone down twice last night and twice today. When I try to log in with my passwords to connect the box, it keeps telling me the login password is incorrect and I've used both on the back of the box as well as the one I setup and still nothing. At least with the old round box it used to give you an option to restart the wifi.

how do i turn off WiFi generation in 5G gateway
I use TMobile 5G gateway (10Mbps) as a failover internet WAN. My prime WAN is from Xfinity Cable (1gbps). Failover is handled by a Ubiquiti UDM Pro which is my main router / firewall. My WAPs are then plugged in to that router through my house. The Arcadian KVD21 i was sent my TMobile used to have the option on the router admin page to turn off the WiFi signal that the Gateway generates, but seems that option isn’t available anymore on the mobileApp from Tmobile internet or on the router page 192.168.12.1For reasons of security and reducing wireless signal interference, I would really like to shut down that TMobile gateway’s wifi signal without having to go in and unplug the antennas within the device, or alternatively have a means to turn down the signal strength, or even get a TMobile gateway that has no WiFi signal generation. Please help if you can. Sadly i wasn’t able to speak with anyone who understands networks at TMobile home internet tech support. Sorry - they try to be helpful
T mobile tech support is just incredible
I had to call 4 times today (all to 844-275-9310) with my new 5G Gateway.First call at 12:01 (22 min) because my new gateway wont connect despite of my cell phone saying it was “activated” (and only after like 12 times). The guy never tried to activate my new sim but told me to move the old sim card from LTE to the new one and it worked… for 3 hours. I called again at 3:59 (16 min) and the lady says I should move the new sim card back to the new gateway which I did not want to do. She then, instead of activating my gateway SIM, inactivated my cell phone! My call was dropped in the middle with my phone saying “sim card not found”. I tried rebooting my phone, reinserting my sim card and no help. I swapped the sim cards between the new and old gateway and neither would work. It appears someone inactivated my old wifi sim card after 3 hours of use and new one was not yet fully activated (despite the phone app saying it was). had to call again using my wife’s cell (imaging if I donot have
TVision relocating to another tv
Here’s what I’m trying to do. I had my tvision device connected to my primary tv. This tv had 2 hdmi ports and one port was connected to my main directv box, the other hdmi port was connected to the tvision. I ended up replacing this tv with a smart tv so I wanted to be able to stream on my bedroom tv. The bedroom tv is older and does not have any hdmi ports. The secondary directv box is connected to the tv with the red/yellow/white cables. I purchased an adapter that was hdmi jack on one end and had the red/yellow/white cables plus an s-video cable. The tv has an open s-video port and I thought the s-video port would allow the connection. No luck. I’ve tried numerous connections with different inputs. Will I be able to use the tvision device on this tv? How should I connect it?
Anyone else had FTP problems using Hone Internet?
I am testing T-M Home Internet and although it has Ben generally good so far, I just ran into a problem when I attempted a routine FTP upload using CyberDuck to a website I maintain. When I try to connect I get an Interoperability Failure message. My ISP says the website is fine and they are able to FTP to it and it t seems I have some kind of communication or network problem. What are other people’s experiences doing FTP on T-M Home Internet?

Is there anyway to get the wireless network IP on the same network as the wan ports. As it is, the wireless is at 192.168.*.* however the wan ports are 172.27.*.* The issue is if I’m using my Sagemcom gateway wireless my house devices do not recognize devices on the other network like using AirPlay the phone doesn’t connect to the TV not being on the same network.
Gateway Configuration via Browser
How do I configure my T-Mobile Sagemcom FAST 5688W 5G Gateway from my Desktop PC Browser? When I try to access the Gateway configuration interface by typing 192.168.12.1 in thebrowser address bar I get the Home Screen only, and no way to move on to theconfiguration settings screens or the Advanced cellular metrics data screen.I very much prefer the browser access over the phone app.Is this possible?
