Tmobile Home Internet in USVI

I use the home internet gateway to work from home. I will be staying in St. Thomas for an extended period of time. Is there coverage there for the home internet gateway that will allow me to work remotely from home there as well?

MLB The Show does not work on my T-mobile 5g internet box.

MLB The Show does not work on my T-mobile 5g internet box. It will say “Challenge Failed” when trying to play an online match. The game works perfectly fine when i bring my xbox to my parents house. But when i bring it back to my wifi, it doesn’t work. I test the NAT type until it’s open, I reset the router, etc. I’ve done everything I can think of and there no solution. Does anyone have this same problem?  This is the only game that won’t work either. This and NBA 2k brought me some issues. But i can play COD or shooters on my wifi… but cross play sports games seem to bring the issue

TMo Inet Allow List

Is there any way to access the allow or deny lists with the TMo home inet box? After recent update have not been able to access certain websites unless I pull my devices off my home inet.

Unable to unblock a device

I am in the process of figuring out the new app TMobile has us using to manage home internet. While I was messing around with the app, I accidentally blocked my step sons Xbox and I can’t unblock it so he can play games online. Is there a way to unblock his Xbox so he can game online?

I just upgraded to home internet plus, and when I go to try adding an access point it does show the option but it makes it so that I can’t click on it and set it up, help.

voicemail tab crash

cannot access the “voicemails” tab in Digits. when i click the button it immediately opens the error message:the application crashed. im sorry, this was fatal. this is all i know: killed=[object Object]when i click OK the program restarts.i was able to reinstall Digits and view voicemails again. but next time i go to see my voicemails, the program crashes with the same error message as before.what is the cause and how can i fix the problem so it doesn’t happen again?

Promo perks

We had service with Hughesnet for 7+ years,and internet speed was slower than dial-up at times. So I called to cancel service,and Hughesnet talked me into upgrading to Fusion plan,not realizing that my ‘contract’ would start all over by switching.We tried the new plan for 2 weeks,but wasn’t happy they said we’d used all our data (200mb)within the first week.So we switched to T Mobile about a month ago. My question is--does T Mobile help with early termination charges? Hughesnet has charged us $400 for terminating our service after 1 month. I thought I’d read that T Mobile will help with this. TIA

Incorrect Location

When I am connected to my WIFI and I am using a site that shows my zipcode, it is never correct. Is this something that needs to be corrected? If so how do I do this? Also, I am thinking about getting a streaming service such as HULU< YOUTUBETV FUBO etc, if I do this do I use the zip code that it automatically puts in, or should I change it to the correct zip code? So many questions about this and not sure if I should continue to ignore it and correct it or just leave it alone.

Internet becomes unusable randomly at night around 10pm-2am

So the tmobile home internet works pretty well throughout the day it almost has no issues at all I get decent speeds and ping and can actually use it for internet heavy stuff.But the problem is randomly every single night anywhere between 10pm-2am my internet will basically become unusable my ping will shoot up to 600+ and my download speed below 1mb. it can barely load up a website when it’s like this.it will stay like this for a hour or two and then go back to normal, the problem is this is when I usually get home from work so it sucks it gets like this at the time I want to use it most.Has anyone else had this issues? anyone know what causes it?

No More Standalone Plans for Galaxy Wearable

I had two watch 4's on the standalone 500 plan.  I just upgraded to watch 7's lte that I purchased from Samsung and now one of them won't connect to Tmobile data.  Keeps getting errors that I am on the wrong plan.  The other one worked fine.Tmobile says the on working shouldn't.  They stop supporting stand along devices older than 2018.  Been on phone with CS and they have been great but it sucks this doesn't work.  They are for my 11 and 9 year old.  The kid watches suck and are not water proof. Come Tmobile! Bring back standalone plans please, stuck with expenisve usely watches.

Smart devices randomly go offline and back online from hour to hour

Have “Trashcan” version of T-Mobile Gateway attached to TP-Link M55 3 Mesh Router system. Suspect that CGNAT to NAT connections is causing smart device (WIFI) addressing issues to come and go from hour to hour on M55 Mesh Router.I have an Orbi 2 Unit Mesh router from our previous condo and have switched it into the system in place of the M55 router with similar addressing issues there also.We used the Orbi Mesh at the old condo with similar very occasional addressing issues.The new condo has double the square feet of the old and three times as many smart WIFI bulbs due to the fact that every light fixture in every room uses 3 bulbs instead of 1 bulb. And, I can often get 2 of the 3 bulbs in the same fixture working fine and one that is offline.I am using Google Home to manage everything. And when something goes offline I can sometimes fix it by going into the appropriate Govee or Feit or Tuya or Lumary app and finagling until it is found and online. (This works most often with Tuya dev

MasterCard prepaid $200. I signed up online for home internet a couple months ago and am wondering where my virtual card is. I go to the “reward tracker” and it says status is ‘received’. Am I missing something? How do I get this card and/or the number?

UNUSABLE SPEEDS during peak times using home internet

I’m getting HORRIBLE speeds during peak times, starting from after work hrs past 5pm and lasting sometimes up to past 10pm or later. Speeds are consistently fine during the day, then would drop to 10mbps on a good day and 1 or 0.5mpbs on a bad day. Y’all gotta fix this, it’s completely unacceptable.

Home Wifi NAT Type issues

Hey everyone,Been struggling with the NAT type issues on my home T-mobile WiFi 5G and my PS4.  I just got this and can’t sync up with my friends, let alone play online anymore.  Does anyone have a fix for this?!  I’m becoming quite desperate and exhausted with this issue and t-mobile tech support doesn’t have an answer.

Honeywell wifi thermostat not able to connect

I have a Honeywell RTH6580WF thermostat which used to work through my Nokia 5G gateway but got disconnected a month or so ago and now cannot re-connect.  I’ve tried creating new 2.4 network, changing wifi passwords, not requiring a wifi password, hidden SSIDs.  Nothing.  Every other device, computer, phone connects just fine.  I can connect to the thermostat’s web interface, choose the wifi, enter the password and then the thermostat produces one of these error codes  E01, E02, and E42.  The thermostat manual and Honeywell support resources aren’t helpful.  Honeywell support suggests it could be that one of ports 443, 113, or 80 are blocked by the gateway or T-Mobile ISP.  I was told by Honeywell that if the thermostat can’t communicate with Honeywell servers during initial wifi setup, I would see one of these errors.   If anyone has had this issue and found a way to get your thermostat to connect, please share.  I’ve spent way too many hours on this.  Even bought 2 new thermostats and

Eligibility for Unlimited

There is an address ¼ mile from my home that is eligible for unlimited but my address is not. There is only one TMo tower here, it’s a very small town in Missouri, so if there’s an opening for unlimited on the tower, why can’t I get it? I can see the tower from my back yard and according to Google Maps, it is less than 4500 feet from my house. The other address is slightly closer at 4000 feet.I am eligible for Lite but If the tower already has so many subscribers that the unlimited is locked, how come they can put someone on the Lite plan? They guy at TMo said the lite would be the same speeds as the unlimited but with a cap on usage. Are unlimited subscribers prioritized over lite? It looks like all subscribers would be sharing the available bandwidth so the more subscribers there are, the slower it would be for each one. As I said, there is only one tower here.Can anyone explain?

I was wondering where you can find your disabled devices on the T-mobile home internet app or website if that still even works anymore. It was accidentally disabled and now I can't find it anywhere and that devices is left without wifi.
