I am in plymouth michigan and i have terrible service all of a sudden. I have checked all the settings and restarted my phone a few times. I have also checked the coverage map and it shows full coverage. Any one else having issues in my area?

Data and wifi keep dropping out

For the last 3 days both my phone data connection and home wifi keep dropping out.  Signal at the top of the phone still says connected, but trying to connect to emails or websites say otherwise.  Have had a little better connection after deselecting 2G service, but still having occasional problems.   Router was turned off for a full minute and restarted, and phone has had most apps force stopped, and powered off multiple times.  What's going on?

Why doesn't my Samsung phone receive texts from Iphones?

I have a new Samsung Galaxy phone and as of this week, I have not been receiving text messages from Iphone users.  It is multiple people.  If they get a text from me, it comes through several times to them.  This needs to be repaired ASAP as this is how I communicate with clients.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Anyone else fed up with the spotty coverage?

Had TM for many years and it just gets worse and worse. We got the home internet a year ago and it's been trash since day one, even after they "updated" it. I've had to put my phone into 4g while at home just to MAYBE get a phone call. Am I the only one out there ready to toss TM in the trash can and switch to another carrier?? So frustrating.

Not Receiving calls and delayed text messages

I'm from San Diego and a customer of T-mobile since 2009. Seeing these issues of not receiving calls and texts for a while now even with signal showing 3-4 bars. Sometimes I'm able to make my device receive calls by putting device in airplane mode, wait for few seconds and out of airplane mode. Definitely need a proper solution from T-mobile for this. I'm using an unlocked Sony Xperia XZ.

Hello all- I have four iPhones.  When my wife’s phone loses connectivity to the network it sometimes takes days to reconnect.  It will connect to WIFI and work just fine.  If the phone leaves WIFI we either get zero bars or an SOS.  I have worked with support for weeks now trying to get this resolved.  We have tried resetting everything.  We have tried new physical and eSIMS.  Nobody seems to know what is going on and all they want to do is for us to purchase a new phone.  Ideas?

Replace lost mobile phone while abroad while using E-SIM from T-Mobile

I am currently abroad and was worried if I lose my phone, how can I replace it while not in the US. Can I buy a new unlocked phone and sign-in with my T-Mobile account to reactivate it ? Any advice would be welcome :)  WFATTAH

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

There is nothing worst that your customer service! you have no integrity or respect to your clients ,your promises on the phone are not actually valid for real. each time i have to call 5  times every 3 days and nothing happened! i put my business with your service and it’s the most unreliable i’ve ever had!

Does Magenta Max 55+ plan operate in Puerto Rico same as at home in the mainland US?

So, I seem to come across conflicting info on web searches. Surprise!We will be traveling to Puerto Rico in a couple of weeks. We have Magenta Max 55+ plans that are basically unlimited everything including premium data. I chatted with am agent and the rep first said we had unlimited data “up to” 5g and unlimited text and $0.25/min calls. Later they said we had the same coverage as in the US, but should make sure to turn on roaming. My plan details only say:“Benefit DetailsData and texting while abroadStay connected with unlimited text and data at up to 256Kbps speeds in 215+ countries and destinations.”Does T-Mobile consider Puerto Rico as “abroad” for US customers even though it is a US territory? It looks to be included on the coverage map here (https://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/coverage-map), but that may just be coverage-specific and not plan-specific.At https://www.t-mobile.com/support/coverage/international-roaming-services, it says“A data pass not only gives you access to the h

register a booster?

I bought a used BMW and want to use the wireless charger in the center console. There is a paragraph in the manual about a signal booster (LTE-Compensator) and that it should be registered with the phone company. Anyone know about this?

Horrible Signal/Service

I recently switched back to T-mobile due to cost of home internet & everything being pretty ridiculous else where. I am sadly regretting this choice! I get good home internet service only for about 4 hours a day. The rest of the day it is buffering constantly. I have to reset the internet password on my electronics multiple times a week as well because the internet goes out. I also have horrible cell service where I live. Inside my house it’s decent but once I leave my home I lose ALL signal! I can’t open apps & I have a difficult time making calls because there is no service! I am seriously breaking my contract or whatever to find a better service that I can actually use my phone when I am in town.

How do you return a RS3 Duo+ Rainier Signal Booster A?

I’ve been in possession of my signal booster since 2019 and I’m ready to part with it. Can I just return it to any T-Mobile store, or do I have to ship it back? It’s been so long and I don’t remember the process that was told to me over the phone back then.

T-Mobile coverage - Perry Point MD

This is yet another gripe about the coverage in a certain area specifically the VA Hospital in Perry Point, Maryland. According to this source and others (Click me) T-Mobile has won the government contrast to be the provider of mobile networks for all US VA facilities. Somewhere in the neighborhood of $684 million dollars, wowza.in addition this map (click) shows but one T-Mobile cell phone tower in the area.  I have spoken to several T-Mobile representatives on the phone and online chat and they agree, the lack of infrastructure is at fault for the bad network service in the area.  A few of them have mentioned that they would forward the information to “engineers” but I have little faith that a singular customer will have any bearing on the goings on of a huge company like this. So i thought I would share this information on their forums. T-Mobile needs to step up and do what they promised and provide mobile network connectivity to this VA Hospital. All not good for network cuz Deaf & Hard of Hearing use phone almost everything video face talk, sign language, and must v subtitle CC read word for meet whatever leave message none showing up. Also we use our gps and use for bus app, Uber and Lyft it important for getting to places. Moto G 5G suck hate the phone it wired none like no other phones.

slow internet

we recently switched to T-mobile and  we have T-Mobile plus service for all five lines all cellphones have extremely slow internet speed (less that 3mb even when we have  full bars)

cell spot failure

Just went through Hurricane Ian. Power back after 5 days, however, Xfinity is still down. Since cell spot is dependent on cable modem, no service. Don't set yourself up for thinking you will have phone service after a horrific experience. No mobile towers set up in the area even though Ian sat on top of us for 7 hours. Used Publix grocery store to post this. Now headed back home to no service. No updates from insurance or FEMA. When you are alone and elderly it is awful to have no communication with family and friends, no way to get to internet. Other Tmobile customers have some service, if you have cell spot, nothing. It would have been the right thing to do when transferred from Sprint to tell customers the local towers will be under modification until Spring of next year rather than slapping a bandaid on the problem. This is beyond unforgivable.

Inseego FX3100 5G and MIMO, 3G/4G/5G Antenna (6000451) Omnidirectional MIMO by Netgear

Wondering if anyone has tried this Netgear antenna to connect to the Inseego FX3100?  Just looking for extra signal for N41. Right now I have RSRQ (0), RSRP (-99), SINR (11) on Band n41. Tmobile connection quality is listed at 4 bars (Very Good).  Last Speed Test Download (150 Mbps), Upload (35.7 Mbps)
