T-Mobile Reneged on iPhone Trade-in

On April 1, 2023, I traded in an iPhone 11 for an iPhone 14.  I did this through the Apple website because there was a $400 rebate.  The Apple rebate was $180 and the T-Mobile rebate was $220, for a total of $400. The $220 was to be applied as a credit to my monthly iPhone 14 bill.  Apple paid their $180, but T-Mobile refuses to pay the $220 credit. Their initial excuse was that they did not offer that rebate program.  Then, they said that the rebate was only for business customers, so I was not eligible. Today, July 12, 2023, Apple told me that T-Mobile initially accepted the rebate, then rejected it because there were  “Missing required carrier fields”. I don’t even know what that means.  T-Mobile never told me this over the course of about 15 phone calls to them over 3 months.This is poor customer service to a loyal customer for over 5 years.  I have referred many customers to T-Mobile over the years because of their quality of mobile service and customer service. T-Mobile Prepaid eSim Plan

Hi, I wanted to sign up for a T-Mobile Prepaid eSim plan for my iPhone 13 via the app. This is for my upcoming trip to the US. I am in Singapore. However when it comes to the payment page, I do not see my country Singapore listed. Does it mean I am unable to buy this plan? I only have Visa/MasterCard issued by banks in Singapore

About 15 months ago, I traded in my LG Optimus 90 for Nord N20. When I purchased it, the rep told me that the trade would cover the whole bill and that I wouldn't pay anything. Ever. For the phone. That was the reason we chose that phone. Now we are getting billed for over $200 for the phone, and T-Mobile is automatically taking money out of our account. A different member of my family got credit for a refund and T-Mobile automatically applied the credit to covering my phone bill. We were told that this phone wouldn't cost us anything besides the trade-in phone, and now they're taking credit and money from us. Help please.

Is data on T-Mobile prepaid plans (10GB, Unlm, Unlm+) deprioritirized?

Do they have same priority as Go5G, 5GPlus or they are deprioritized same way as Essential plan? Thinking about switching to Mint if the priority access is the same since they have better prices and actually useable app for prepaid!

Why Everything Data+ and $10 Premium Data on the same plan

I’ve tried to research what Everything Data+ offers and compare with the $10 Premium Data for each line and I’m not finding a reason to have both. Correct me if I’m wrong but Everything Data+ for our family gives us 100GB data, then slowing to whatever. We barely use over 100GB, but with four lines, it happens - and yet we get notices, usually when we cross the 50GB threshold saying that our service may slow. That doesn’t jive with what’s advertised about Everything Data+. Is this how I was drawn in to tacking on the $10 Premium Data per line? I can’t even find what the Premium Data charge ensures for how long, or how much data is included. What’s up?

cancellation of prepaid esim not possible

Hello, I have been on a trip to the US and now came back to Germany. Unfortunately, cancelling my t-mobile US prepaid plan (60$ monthly) is made really really difficult, actually I am shocked cause I wonder how people who are not firm using the internet could find help. I also cannot change from autopay, I cannot find any contact email from t-mobile, but of course I dont want to make expensive phone calls to the US now just to get something cancelled that should be possible very easily.Can you please tell me what to do, as I really do not intend to pay another 60 dollars for absolutely nothing.

How to return a device to T-Mobile?

I am cancelling my account with T-Mobile, due to terrible Internet speeds.  This is the only Internet system I have ever used where the download speed is lower than the upload speed.Anyway, I got an email telling me that a return label was attached.  None was attached.  I went to the T-Mobile store and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me because I didn’t have the return label.  I called customer service, and they told me I had to work with the store to get the label.So, now what?  The email tells me that I have 45 days to return their equipment.

We will travel to Hawai from Japan. Could anyone tell me if I can buy T-Mobile Prepaid SIM cards at the Honolulu International Airport? If so can the T-Mobile Prepaid SIM card also be used in San Francisco and Los Angeles.Thanks,

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET A ARCADYAN TMOG4AR ?

I've had T-mobile 5g home internet since Aug 2023 and really feel like I should have stayed with Crimecast.My area has NO 5G signal. And I'm a candidate for a ARCADYAN TMOG4AR gateway because of weak 5g signal but T-mobile REFUSES to get me a new gateway.   I've been asking and checking since August. My Ooma will not work either. HORRIBLE VOIP.  My Ookla speed tests show pitiful upload and download speeds.I've called tech support maybe a dozen times. I've called local stores maybe a dozen times.  T-mobile only cares about my monthly payment and Ooma seems to care less.Has ANYONE really had success with T-mobile 5g?

Starting date prepaid plan - eSIM app

Hi everyone,I’m looking to buy a prepaid plan via the eSim app for a six month stay in the US.I would like to purchase the plan ahead of time, so it activates on the arrival date and is ready to use when I land. As far as I can tell there is no way to set a starting date when purchasing the plan and it would be activated straight away. Is this the case or am I missing something? Other providers (like for example simly) provide the option to set an activation date. Otherwise I would have to deal with this upon arrival, when i have other things to do and need a working connection right away. Also i would like to know if there is a plan, which includes a flat for calls to Europe (Germany) or at least reduced international rates? As far as I can tell, there are only plans with flats for US calls only.  Thanks for any help, best.

How do i cancel my old prepaid sim card

So i bought a new phone and a new Telekom sim card but i still have my old prepaid sim card that i want to cancel /deactivate .i dont your it anymore but i still have to pay for it.Is there any way to transfer the prepaidment to my new sim card .Or just simply cancel my old sim card so i dont have to pay for it

Prepaid Convert to Mobile Hotspot plan

I currently have a long standing prepaid plan on SIM card which I used to use in a mobile handset.  I no longer have any use for that.  It currently bills me $3/month to maintain that service.  There is a remaining pre-pay balance on the account of presently around $38.  It will be closer to $30 by the time I need to do what follows…….In a couple of months I’ll need a PrePay data only plan and SIM for a mobile WiFi hotspot that I already own.  I guess I’ll choose the $50x1 month plan for that.  Ideally, I’d use the same SIM and that residual balance.I went partway through the process to change my plan online but I didn’t finish it as I’m not clear about how that plays out. Do I understand it correctly?the SIM is the right size/shape to fit the MiFi, but is many years old.  Is there any probability it won’t work if the plan on it is altered?If I change my plan on that SIM/account/number (either from the next billing date, or from “today” if I wait till I need it to start) to a data only

My T-Mobile service has been canceled and don’t know how to reactivate

I received this email message and when I go to my.t-mobile.com it asks for my phone number but when I put my phone number it says such number doesn’t exist. I am on prepaid plan and still keep getting messages asking me to refill even after that. Please help. ——Your service has been canceled. How do you repurchase a prepaid E-sim card?

I used a prepaid e-sim for a month when I visited the states last year and would like to do so again. How would I go about buying a prepaid e-aim again? When I access the e-sim app, it says “Use a valid e-mail not previously used”. Then, if I try to log into my t-mobile account, it asks for a t-mobile number I no longer have active.

Is there a PrePaid Plan on T-Mobile?

• I used to have a Pre-Pay plan and I could switch to another plan as needed. Evidently, that is no longer available. • Plans are confusing! Customer Service people use BS and double-speak. I can’t get a straight answer about getting a Pre-Pay or Pay-Go plan.  US Mobile Plans are a RIPOFF!  The US has some of the highest mobile costs in the world. In most countries, the cost of a cell is one-third (⅓) or less for the month. For example: 500MB in the UK costs about $ 8.80. The least expensive monthly charge is Austria @ $ 5.00.Furthermore, T-Mobile constantly changes the charges, adds on charges, etc. My Magenta plan used to be $ 50.00. Recently, T-Mobile started charging $ 70.00 without authorization or explanation. I use very little data and hardly ever make cell phone calls. $ 840.- per year is a LOT of money for virtually nothing!  • There are always additional charges in the fine print.  Simply OUTRAGEOUS!

No Chat Available and Payment Arrangement Question

Boy oh boy has it been a ride since T-Mobile bought out Sprint. First, we used to have fabulous service in our home (in the middle of nowhere) but the minute everything switched from Sprint to T-Mobile our service tanked. We now have to go outside or sit in exactly the right place to have any service inside. I’ve asked about it multiple times and they swear nothing has changed but clearly it has. Anyone else having this issue? Second, where on earth is the chat option? This is definitely my preferred communication method but it seems to rarely be available. I’m not sure why since often questions regarding cell phone accounts are pressing and need an answer quickly but I hardly ever have the chat option pop up. And last but not least, whew. We were definitely unprepared for the drop in customer service since the changeover. We’ve had Sprint/T-Mobile since 2006 and were, in general, pretty happy. We always had great customer service with Sprint. But with T-Mobile? Nope. Long story short,

Upgraded to new 5g go 55+ with new phones. Being charged for phones but plan is still the old 5gmax+. Did this on Dec 06  '23 it's now Jan 17  '24, how long does the switch take??

How many lines can I add under the GO5G Next plan?

What I understand is that I can get a $5 discount with Autopay up to 8 lines. Is that my limit? Or is 12 lines??
