Having been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years, thought we would give the home internet a try. When we first signed up, $100 was offered as incentive. By the time T-Mobile sent the signal box, the incentive was cut to $50. It has been 6 months since receiving service, and we have received $0 of the promised sign up incentive!Very disappointing, Tmobile!
I have been a T-mobile customer for over 13 years. I really enjoyed being with T-Mobile their customer was top notch and they gave amazing deals. But, since T-Mobile Home Internet has been introduced, the service has just been going downhill. Until, just recently, even my phone couldn’t get service on their network anymore sometimes. When I call in, I was on hold for 30 minutes to 2 hrs sometimes while they transferred trying to get someone who could help me. Until just recently my phone wasn’t working again, when my boss try to call me he was just getting a message. So I had no phone again and then the internet when down in my area. My boss told me then that if I didn’t do something this could affect my job, since I work from home. When I got contacted by a tmobile executive team member, i was just told to take my business somewhere else if I wasn’t satisfied. This is how far they have fallen on service and customer service. So I felt backed into a corner and I moved my phone

Hi there. Couple questions about T-Mobile home internet: (1) When I put the home internet on seasonal suspension (for about 2 months), could I still access the wi-fi security camera in my house? (2) My billing cycle is 5/29 to 6/28. If I start the suspension on 6/10, would I still pay the full price of $45 for this billing cycle (i.e., no proration for the $10/month suspension rate)? Thanks.
Mailing was addressed to my home but to someone named Gabriella Maconi. It confirmed she is a T-Mobile Home internet customer and pitched her to switch her phone service to a T-Mobile 55+ plan.Computers don’t just make up mailing addresses or accidentally use an address for another customer, so clearly T-Mobile files had her living at my address. So, I reported this and T-Mobile didn’t understand why I was calling but assured me it must be that she lived at this address at some time. Problem with that is I had this home built 36 years ago and my family has been the only occupant. Not very comforting that T-Mobile would have no concern or want to follow up on why their files had my address for another T-Mobile customer. My luck, she will be wanted by the FBI who can’t find her until they get an address from T-Mobile and perform a no-knock breach of my home. LoL
I applied for my Echo show before the promotion expired. haven’t even gotten a promocode.I have talked to quite a few t-mobile reps about it but no one could get me a promocode.Today, a rep told me I have a phone number attached to the internet box.To receive the echo show, you have to apply with the modem’s phone number!!!!All those reps that I talked to didn’t know this? Not the promo is over, they tell me there’s no way to get a echo show. The internet is doing ok but I’m not happy with customer service. From reading what others” wrote, I’m not the only one who was scammed by this promotion.Just like t-mobile to make redemption so convoluted that it cannot be redeemed.Like the site on the promotion sheet. https://support.t-mobile/docs/DOC2727 doesn’t even exist.
Hello,In August 2022, T-Mobile was running a promotion for home internet; they offered a free month trial, if the customers like the plan, they go back to the store and activate the plan go from there. If they don’t like the internet, they need to return the device with a month free of charge. I recently tried to make a financial transaction the requires a credit history and background check, the came back that I owe T-Mobile $64. T-Mobile gave my personal information to a debt collector agency to screw my credit score over. I believe T-Mobile used this promotion as BAIT, this is not honest business. I claimed a dispute with the debt collector, and hoping T-Mobile will cancel this false charge. I plan to use all resources I can to expose how T-Mobile is using bait to charge its customers for services they don’t use.
I’ve been on the phone for close to FIVE hours now trying to resolve my watch issue. I am no longer able to call or text for whatever reason and I know it’s not the watch as I’ve got an Identical back up, both of which have worked in the recent past. I’ve talked to multiple overseas supervisors, and tech support personnel, and still not working. They tell you they’ll call you back, too, but not all the time, so I’m left having to call yet again and wait on hold yet another HOUR just to start all over again. It used to be the case I could get domestic support that was quite good at resolving these issues, but apparently, that’s no longer the case. I don’t know what other carriers are like, but after having been with T Mobile for ten years now, I’m seriously considering taking my eight lines elsewhere.
Hello, I have TMO Home Internet plan as well as the phone plan. My phone plan does not include Unlimited data usage. When I subscribed to TMO home internet, the sales person told me it is compatible with MMS messages. I was excited since the Home Internet would be compatible with MMS and I wouldn’t need to use my data for my phone which is limited. Well, it does not work. I am using Message app and also Textra app for my Android device. Both says I need to turn my mobile data to receive message or download a file sent via MMS. Please Help. Thanks.
I tried T-Mobile internet in February for about 4 days. It was terrible and I could even load a Facebook page. I canceled it and was told I would not have a bill. A month later I got a bill for $55 dollars. The person that set up my account did it wrong and had my email wrong and somehow set the pin wrong too. So I was unable to get help over the phone. In store they were great and called to get it fixed for me. Apparently they did not cancel me correctly for a no install so they had to reactivate the account and cancel it again. The next month I got a bill for $20 and did not even try to call this time. I went into the store but they were busy this time so I had to wait about an hour ro get help. I was assured again by their support that I would be credited down to zero and not have another bill. Now today I got another bill for $1.83. It seems like t-mobile is just trying to see if I will pay something. I tried to call the support line but they were not any help. I asked for a superv

Now I got a TMobile I'd the fn unicorn of IDs i log in my bill is 50 remember I didn't get my equipment untill the 13th of April why am I paying for an entire month. I've called like 4 times. Lord help me
My account was somehow deactivated after a conversation about the first month being free. A great agent “Lorenzo” restarted my wireless wifi service. When I tried to make my payment the CC that was originally connected to Autopay had been deleted or removed. I made a single payment then reinstalled AutoPay. Checking my up coming billing it showed an extra $5 payment added each month as if the Autopay was NOT working. It says it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Beware! TMobile will drain your account...WITHOUT APPROVAL or AUTHORIZATION to do so. Leave you without your much needed meds for a month and don’t care at all. I was getting emails saying I was behind and in danger of being disconnected: I only have internet with them. My account was paid current except the last bill which was due on August 27. Knowing I was limited in August, I set that one up for payment plan, 2 payments in September. When I got the 3rd email saying I was behind, I called them. First problem is no one speaks or understands English and they will run right over the top of you. She said “mistake”, “ignore”, “all good”. NEXT DAY: I can’t get my meds. No money. They had drained my account. I’m really ticked off about this.bbwyldflowers
Hello,In early 2023 I got the T Mobile Magenta Max plan, which had the option of either free Netflix (basic plan I guess) OR upgraded Netflix for $7 added to one’s T Mobile bill. In Feb of 2023, I spent time on the phone with an Agent doing other things for this plan (added a line, did the Apple TV thing, etc.). I wanted to upgrade my Netflix (as I’ve been a Netflix customer for 10 years or so) - so I did everything the Agent told me to do (which was something like log in to Netflix, put in some code, etc.). Now I have the upgraded Netflix, T-Mobile charging me an extra $7 on my bill, AND Netflix charging me my original $20.95 a month. Has anyone else experienced this? Netflix refuses to refund me, because apparently, instead of upgrading my account, I created a second account (thanks T Mobile Customer Service Agent!)Also, does anyone have a really good direct line to a helpful Netflix Customer Service department (I know that the person I chatted with isn’t the actual Manager - there h
List of problems experienced Signed up for promotion that had third line free. Was told that store was wrong and should not have offered that plan. After numerous assurances that they would resolve I am still being charged for third line.Having my credit charged for an account which is not mine. Their fraud department verified it was not my account, but would not stop the autopsy without the access code. Which I didn't have because it wasn't my account. Their only solution for the problem was to cancel my credit card. My home wifi stopped working so they promptly send a different model without a power cord.. I called and was told they would send a cord with one day delivery. It took Ren days.I returned the defective wifi by UPS. They now want to charge me $370 because they can't find it.
So, I cancelled my home internet (billing cycle ended March of this year). Since it’s month to month and you don’t get connection unless the month is paid for, why is it that they still charge you for the following billing cycle? I don’t understand it. The equipment was returned, service connection cancelled and yet I still keep receiving a bill. Now this unpaid bill was sent to Collections, ruining my credit score. I have called Customer Support (which is hard to do because they keep sending me to cellphone service customer support). I have wasted so much of my time trying to get this fixed, with notes all over my account stating that I should not have to pay and this was done in error. I contacted the Collection Agency and filled out a dispute form which T-mobile said that they would approve and clear it, since it was their error and I should not have been charged and sent to Collections. I received a notice from the Collection Agency stating that T-mobile did not clear the charge. S
I was offered an Echo device when I signed up for Home Internet service. When I went to place the order, the code is invalid. I made such comment on the survey I was asked to fill out. I even received an email response from Bountem Souryasack expressing regret and asking for feedback. Once again, I explained the redemption code was invalid for the free Echo device I was offered. Two weeks later, nothing. If T-mobile has no intentions of fulfilling offers, then why offer to begin with? I didn’t ask for it, it was offered.I guess we will see
