Reactivation After Payment in Full

My account was suspended for going too long without payment. I got my check, and paid T-Mobile in full today around 2 pm.  The page I saw after that said that it would take up to two hours to reactivate my phone.  It’s now 10 pm.  Just in case you don’t realize it, T-Mobile completely deadens your phone when you don’t pay - no calls, texts, or even WiFi calling.  Plus, there is NO WAY to contact them in this situation. Even their 611 number is shut off.  Anyway, how long does this reactivation take?  And how can I get hold of a human being - even an online chat?  I don’t even see that as an option.

Order Status - shipping date inconsistent

I had a galaxy s21+ ordered on 9/10. The order status website said it is estimated to be shipped on “09/14/2021 - 09/20/2021”. It’s been 1 week past the last day of ETA shipping. Is this normal? I’m not getting any response from T-Mobile. All I want is a new ETA for shipping if it got delayed and some reasoning for it. I understand that backlog affects orders, but wouldn’t backlog be taken to account for the ETA shipping date?I’ve been having issues with my current phone where it takes numerous calls to my line in order for it to connect. And receiving text messages sometime is delayed for hours. So I really needed the new phone….

Upgrade Fees and Taxes

Hi - I was thinking about upgrading my phone and when I spoke with the associate I was told the cost would be ~$70.  On the website, the phone listed was $0 down so I asked what went into that cost.  They responded with and upgrade charge ($20) and taxes.  The phone is listed on the website at $162 and the state I live in has a 1% sales tax so I am just curious what other taxes are included that would make up the difference?

Verizon Phone Payoff

I transferred in a line from Verizon with a balance still on the phone from Verizon.  T-Mobile offered to pay it off.  I’m trying to figure out where to go to initiate this payoff transaction.  I guess they send me a prepaid card for the balance or something like that.

Moving VVM to new phone

Had VVM on old phone (Android 6) and about 2 dozen saved voicemail messages.  Transferred everything to a new phone (Android 10) but VVM app shows only one voice message from about a week ago (before I got the new phone), but not the rest of them.  I assume the voice messages are stored locally on the old phone, but where are they and were do I put them on the new phone?  I checked the old phone and they are still there, but still not on the new phone.

Prepaid plan e-sim purchase error 505

I tried to purchase prepaid esim with your application(Prepaid eSIM) in iphone today. (My iphone is SE2)I entered every essential information including credit card. But after putting into credit card information, I’ve got messege that “There is an issue completing your order…..(error 505) (cart id CTM0D1UNO04923) Yet, I’ve got a text message informing charge $43.03 just at that moment. What happened to my account & purchase? How can I activate it? I can not call your support team cuz I’m not in the USA now. Plz let me know how can I handle this situation or how can I get refund.

What is the difference between Jump, Jump 1.0, Jump 2.0, Jump Upgrades, and Jump on Demand?

I am trying to figure out what the difference is in this and how do I find out which one I have? Does the device have to be paid off to upgrade or can I upgrade even though I still owe - how does this work? Thank you, Suzanne

Change of responsibility

My cell was placed back on block, I was first placed on block Nov 23 after my gma passed and the account was closed.After the woman started me a new number my phone worked for up to a month until it was blocked again due to no payments being made.She then confirmed that she transferred the remaining balance over, I still have all the confirmation emails. I was aware that we had got everything together in December (December 22, 2017) but it seems to have been some type of miscommunication & I do not understand. The woman I spoke with told me that at that moment in December that I only owed $129 more dollars on my phone till I upgrade and she guaranteed that.She transferred me over and now the people in the store are saying that my change of responsibility wasn’t complete. There was no mistake on my end and I feel as if I am not being tended to properly. Only options they are giving me is to start all the way over with financing a new phone or trying to make a payment on the prior pl

T-Mobile's McAfee sign up page requires that you supply SSN and DOB

Requiring T-Mobile’s victims of ID theft to supply their SSN and DOB to enroll in McAfee’s ID Theft protection seems to be adding to the injury.  Why is this necessary just to enroll?  For enrollment purposes McAfee can verify our identity with our email or with a code delivered by text message to our T-Mobile line.  I don’t want to supply my DOB and SSN on a sign up web form.

data speed has frustratingly slowed down. so frustrating

I bought the oneplus nord n10 5g in my local store about 2 weeks ago and started the 60$ unlimited plus pre paid plan and for the first week my data was super fast. It was awesome. For last 5 days its been so slow. Im so irritated. My coverage area is a 5g zone. My phone is 5g. My datas working like slow 3g. And at random times cuts out. And phone will say no internet connection or something like that. Anyone know whats going on?

Cant Pay Bill Online

Have been logging in monthly to pay bill online for a prepaid plan for the past 5 years.  I get to the account page, press refill, press use a credit card and now i am where it lists my payment method options.  It is showing me my current credit card, and it gives no option to go on to process a payment.  I would like to bring this to your attention so it may be looked at and corrected.

Adding a line with Costco

T-Mobile told me that I should be able to add a line through Costco and get whatever promotion that comes with adding that line.  However, the Costco rep told me that they were not able to honor any T-Mobile promotions.  My question is- can I add a line through Costco and then return to T-Mobile to get whatever promotion that comes with adding a line?

Packaged marked as delivered but never received

So I had ordered a iphone 13 pro max a few days ago and today it was marked as delivered. I had been staring at the tracking and as soon as I saw that my package was delivered I had went out to see if it was there. It wasn’t. I had checked again and it said that the package was left on the front doormat..but I don’t have a doormat. I had checked with my neighbors and they had said there was no mailman that came by. I tried calling T-mobile but was on hold for the longest time (still is). I also contacted UPS about my package and they said they would work with their delivery driver to fix this issue, but my question is what if my package is lost for good and they can’t find it or if someone stole my package. Would I have to pay again for a another phone?

would tmobile duplicate a sim card for me?

Hello, ai upgraded from the S20 to S21 because it got some concrete in it and wouldn't charge at 25%, I left it off in my glove compartment as an emergency 911 in case of issue phone as a backup, well I work 2 full time jobs and have to have a phone on me almost 24/7 for work... I have 2 sim cards and fixed the phone cleaned it out etc, would tmobile duplicate my current sim card to the other one so when one phone dies from day to day use I can charge it and turn on the other one to allow same number calling? Or would this feature cost more?

Rate to make international call with simple choice north america plan?

The rate was $0.2 /min a couple of month ago, but I was charged $3 /min last time when making a call to China. When google t-mobile international rate, I saw two documents one say $0.2/ min, the other says $3 min. Was the rate changed recently without letting customs know? Travel to the U.A.E. and Amsterdam

T-mobile community challenged here. I will be traveling and don’t want to get stuck with outrageous fees. Reading blogs and seeing that some folks have to get a new sim card, but if I am reading the T-mobile site correctly I should be good to go? I am on the Magenta plan and T-mobile site says that the network AND my note20 plus is compatible. How do I actually confirm this?Any insights?Thankings!
