T-Mobile app keeps stopping.

This issue with the “T-Mobile app keeps stopping” has been going on for many months.  About a month ago, I found out in this forum that t-mobile was aware of the issue & was working on it.  It stopped for awhile & started again a few days ago.  This is beyond annoying.  I have tried everything I could think of - uninstalling the app, updating the app, reinstalling the app, rebooting after doing anything new, etc.  At times my phone is almost unusable because the message pops up when I am trying to do something crucial - like making a payment to a medical provider.  This can’t be that difficult of a fix.  T-Mobile - your response to this issue is unacceptable.  When are you going to fix this issue permanently.  I am tired of my phone being held hostage to your dismissal of this problem & your refusal to make a permanent fix.

International Wifi Calls

I am trying to understand this.  i was on an international call for over 3 hours.  I thought since it was a WiFi call I would not get charged expensive international rates.  After my call, I received a text that my call cost me $636.00.. That’s $3 a minute charge.  I think that is kind of outrageous for a WiFi call.  Is this standard in the industry? I just want to understand this practice.  if they call me do I get charged the same or is it free because I am the one who answered the call?Help me understand how this all works to see if I need to pursue other avenues to communicate with  friends abroad I have made over the years.  Thank you for your time.

What is the difference between Jump, Jump 1.0, Jump 2.0, Jump Upgrades, and Jump on Demand?

I am trying to figure out what the difference is in this and how do I find out which one I have? Does the device have to be paid off to upgrade or can I upgrade even though I still owe - how does this work? Thank you, Suzanne

How do you redeem the discord nitro?

I can’t redeem my nitro because everytime i try to, it just opens up discord. The instructions tell my to verify my email, even though it already is. I really want this nitro bad. Can someone help me?

Can't receive text messages from most sources, including T-Mobile verification

Wondering if anyone else is newly having this issue. I found this thread that started two years ago but still had replies within the last four months and there doesn’t appear to be a solution. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with tech support earlier and though we tried a ton of resets on my phone, as well as her manually changing what tower my phone is connecting to, I still cannot receive text messages from most accounts, including T-Mobile verification codes. Tech support had to text the other phone on our account so I could verify it was me. Many things require two-factor authentication these days, so I can’t just go forward not receiving texts. Tech support said they would monitor my account for 48 hours, but wouldn’t be able to tell if I was being sent messages that ultimately weren’t getting delivered, so I’m not sure what the monitoring is going to do. I’m searching for any type of solution at this point. I feel like someone ought to be able to hit the master reset on my ph

On Us with AirPods promotion & rebates

We just upgraded our 4 iPhones with the On Us with Apple AirPods promotion with rebates. We are already regretting it.First the promotion credits to your account are spread over 30 months. That’s 30 months that you are now locked into T-Mobile.Second the promotion / rebate site DOES NOT WORK. When I contacted T-Mobile they sounded surprised that I was having an issue. Search the forums and you will see that this has been an issue for a lot of customers.This is a bait and switch tactic. I regret upgrading with T-Mobile. We should have just moved to Verizon.Since T-Mobile customer service monitors this forum, I want the rebates for the AirPods and iPhone trade ins taken care of immediately or I will report this to the BBB. This is clearly a known issue that T-Mobile has failed to address.

FamilyWhere Is ruining my life!!

so im a 34 year old woman who has a spouse that constantly uses the FamilyWhere app to track my location. That alone is extremely annoying. But what’s worse is that it’s oftern not accurate and tells him I’m at places that I am not. I’m not a child that needs to be tracked. does anyone know of an outside app that can completely block my gps signa? Turning off my location services on my iPhone doesn’t work. Please I’m so sick of fighting over the results it gives him.  I called tomobile to ask them for help all the rep said was that he could disable my short codes, which would block the app. But since my spouse is the account holder all he had to do was call T-Mobile and reverse what I did. This is hell!!! Please someone any help is appreciated.

Can I take myself off of the account?

I am no longer on the plan that is under my name with Tmobile. I was wondering if I would be able to take all of my information off of the account so I would no longer be responsible if there would be a missed payment and it went to collections. I need to remove this if I can because I do not want to be reliable for that!Let me know!

Pay off EIP early & bill credit

I got my new iphone 7 with the iphone trade up promo (I traded in iphone 6s) that I can receive bill credit for 24 months to eventually bring down my phone cost to 0. But I am wondering if I pay the EIP balance off early now while still keeping that line active, will it stop me from receiving bill credits for the remaining 22 billing cycles? Or I will still receive the remaining 22 months bill credit? Thanks for answering

T-Mobile Chat

Who ever heard of a cell phone service without chat? People say there’s an option but I never find it. If you try to call, you’re on hold too long….got other things to do. I was able to find chat on my phone, but my messages always fail.Can anyone offer some advice as to what I may be doing wrong? I have never had a problem chatting on anyone’s service.

how can i delete my messages from my usage log?

I need to see if there is a way to delete a certain number from my messaging log on my T-Mobile account, does anyone know a way to do this? It's only one number but multiple messages incoming and outgoing.I have deleted the messages from my device but now need the "account message usage" to be gone....I have a nose significant other and I just don't need the argument

Help retrieving call records

Hi,I'm a former T-Mobile customer.  I'm involved in an unfortunate child custody case and need to show call records from my step-son to my wife's deadbeat dad ex-husband.  Some weeks those calls originated from my phone.I can no longer log into "My T-Mobile" - it tells me the phone number I entered is no longer a T-Mobile number (which is correct, my number was ported to another provider).Is there a way I can gain access to my account or call records while I was a customer?Thank youJim

Unable to make payment

I want to pay my bill but your system does not want to accept it. Your system shows "Enter a valid card number" or "Enter a valid routing number" for the cards/accounts that have been used for a long time to pay T-Mobile bills without any problems before. That looks to me like a bug in your web/payment system. Please let me know how to overcome this issue.

Assurant return concern

I have heard about this happening to a lot of people, unfortunately I saw all the stories *after* I filed a claim. I will soon have to mail my damaged phone back. I contacted T-Force and they said that I cannot turn it in in-store since the Protection<360> stuff all goes through Assurant. I am scared they will lose my returned phone and then bill me for it, as has happened to so many other people.Has anyone successfully done a return with Assurant? Any advice as to how I can protect myself - like getting a receipt and buying package insurance? I've also heard filming myself boxing the phone and sending the package is good, does that really help?And what can I do if/when they lose my phone? Also, has anyone actually had a *good* experience with Assurant or Jump? Literally all I am seeing is horror stories.

Not Receiving calls and delayed text messages

Hi all, trying to find a resoultion to this issue that's been happening for the past 5 months. My phone is an unlocked HTC u11. Randomly I will not receive calls when I have full bars. It doesn't show up as a missed call or anything. The person will message me on another messenger and when I call them back I usually get a bunch of text messages time-stamped from the past hour that I have also missed. I will also randomly receive voicemails with no missed calls indicating that again, I've missed a call but it does not show up in my notifications .I've tried all the resetting everything on my phone, I've disabled wifi calling and volte but the problem persists. Has anyone experienced this and had it fixed?

On Us with AirPods promotion & rebates

I’m having issues getting a rebate from T-mobile on the AirPod Promotion.  When I go into the rebate site https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ my phone number is auto-populated and then it requires Promotion Code.  I’ve never received a promotion code. What is this promotion code and is it unique to my purchase. I have called customer service and they basically seem like they don’t know what I’m talking about.  This is quite frustrating and I’d like to get my rebate visa.

I was a former Sprint user and with the merger just recently I was able to switch over to T Mobile.  I had free HULU with Sprint. Is that not a thing with T Mobile. Do they offer any free streaming?  I’m really disappointed.

Is it possible to send a text message through your PC?

Occasionally Ill get a text while Im on my laptop and Im just wondering is there an app or something I can download that is provided by T-Mobile, or by Samsung, that allows me to text the person in my phone through my computer rather than my phone?This would also be helpful for those long winded messages that need to be sent that you just dont feel like texting all through your phone, and could type much faster and with more accuracy through your computer.

Incoming numbers appear as international numbers

Feb 21, 2019 - We are seeing a problem for the last few months where local / US numbers are appearing as international incoming numbers. The issue seems to appear only on our T-Mobile iPhones. The other family iPhones / my colleague iPhones with different carriers using the same current 12.1.4 iOS don't have this issue.  It does not seem to make a difference if the incoming caller in my contacts or not, nor does it make a difference if they are in my contacts and their number has  +1 at the front  or not .... most of my incoming calls from local US numbers and/or in my contacts are all appearing as international inbound calls.  For example I live in 610 area code and calls are coming in as +61 Australia.Any one having this problem?  Any suggestions?  Can T-Mobile comment?
