Have you tried a nearby corporate T-Mobile store? Have you tried T-Force? I don't use FB or Twitter (and I don't have any inclination to do so). I am not a T-Mobile employee, but I do have a prepaid account (no texts or messaging). There haven't been any moderators that have chimed in on this post. If you called 611 did you choose TROUBLESHOOTING? I have been with T-Mobile for over a year and have had no problems. Did you get, or request a TICKET #?
I was wondering how that worked!
I ain't even close to being a T-Mobile employee, but I appreciate the question. I have never had a problem getting to a rep through CS (611). Do you live far from a corporate T-Mobile store? I would suggest calling the store for help, but I really don't like that idea due to security. Perhaps a moderator or a pillar of the Community might see your question, and jump right in to help. BTW, I just have a Pay As You Go $3 a month plan. I like helping when I can.
Have you tried calling the 2 numbers in my reply? I don't have a problem getting into the T-Mobile site. Do you live far from a corporate T-Mobile store? Visit the store or call them.
There are 2 numbers that are used: 1) 611 (Customer Service); 2) 1-800-866-2453. If you use the 611 use TROUBLESHOOTING option. Before I answered your question I could get to my T-Mobile account with no problem. Hope this helps.
If you are still having the problem try 611 (Customer Service) or 1-877-778-2106. I would think even visiting a corporate T-Mobile store that they would give you the info. 611 should be able to help with a PIN.
I just tried a few minutes ago, and it's stiil down. Did you try the two numbers? They are 611 (Customer Service), and 1-877-778-2106. It might be for maintenance or updating the site.
"I have never has" should be HAD. The darn thing didn't offer any EDIT options. Go figure!
Do you live far from a corporate T-Mobile store? I live about 7 miles north of one. I have never has any problems calling Custome Service (611), but I did get cut off from TROUBLESHOOTING several months ago. Perhaps a call to the store? Wish I could be of more help.
Amanda: When I came across this post I went to the app, and it was working for me.
Did you call the number at the bottom?
You're right about that. Did you call the number at the bottom? What were you wanting to do?
I live in Illinois. Since last September 2017 I have purchased 3 $10 cards from a T-Mobile store and 2 from the app. I was charged 90 cents for IL tax. No other tax. It has been hard to find the T-Mobile Refill cards in either Walmart or Walgreens where I live. Walmart may sell them online, but no physical refill cards in either Rantoul, Champaign, or Urbana, IL stores. I noticed yesterday I can use my T-Mobile account to purchase a refill amount with my credit card. Well, at least yesterday I could.
If it's the ForeSee survey it's having hissy fits. When I am on the site it pops up several times, and sometimes it may open for you. Please remember this is the ForeSee survey,
I wish I could help. Hopefully one of the moderators or one of the other members know more.
Do you live far from a T-Mobile store? If I have a problem needing a SIM card that is my best way since I live about 9 miles north of a corporate store. There probably is another way. Hope that helps.
I have had the same feeling of what you are writing. I did get some great help from 2 members that suggested a T-Mobile phone. After a couple of days I bought the phone. It is a great phone, but I don't have much to say about the manufacturer. Your suggestion about a script blocker may be a problem I am having as I still can't use a credit card to put more money into my account. Thanks for that!
The only bill I have is to place money into a Pay As You Go account ($3 a month). I still can't do this on my T-Mobile account. I think I can do it on the T-Mobile app, but can't check that right now as my battery is being charged. The other mode is to go to a corporate store that is about 9 miles south of me. I would lean more to the store as I would be given a receipt using a credit card. It sure would be to T-Mobile's advantage to have the site fixed.
Here is what I found to set up a PIN: Call 611 from your phone or 1-800-937-8997; tell the Customer Care person that you want to add a PIN/passcode to your account; it is to be 6-15 digit passcode. The PIN/passcode is asked everytime you call 611 (Customer Care). I tried to copy and paste the info, but I guess it can't be done. Do a search on "Keep your account safe". There are 10 things suggested to do that. Hope that helps.
In 2004 I purchased a Sony-Ericsson (forgot the model) on Cingular. Of course that changed to AT&T. Left AT&T last year to come here.
tidbits: That's what I thought. When I dropped AT&T to come to T-Mo I lost $24. No big deal as I was going to have to add $25 if I stayed with AT&T.
