Do the T-Mobile corporate stores still accept old mobile phones for recycling? Thank you.
Users elsewhere are reporting incoming email messages to tmomail.net aren’t being delivered and apparently this has been going on for the past couple of days. I can confirm the same issue with multiple T-Mobile phones. Is anyone at T-Mobile aware of this? https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r33693357-E-mail-Bounced-Emails
I have two Samsung Galaxy A11’s that were purchased September 2020, both fully updated. Since having these phones, both of them constantly exchange data when the phones are on WiFi. If I turn WiFI off, putting the phones on the T-Mobile network, this exchanging of data immediately stops. Lookout anti-virus is installed and the phones are virus-free. Is there a known reason why this has been occurring all this time, what they are connecting to (a Samsung server, perhaps?) and is there a way to stop it? Thank you.
Does anyone know how long it takes for an e-mail address to be changed in the system? I have a legacy prepaid account that was moved over from the old to the new My T-Mobile earlier in the year. I have changed the e-mail address in my profile twice now and any notifications (e.g. 2FA) still go to the original e-mail address. If I attempt to change it back to the original or second e-mail address, the system tells me those e-mails are already registered. Thank you.
My Samsung Galaxy A11 (purchased from T-Mobile) came with the Sprint Carrier Hub app pre-installed. Am curious as to what this app is for, why a Sprint app is installed on a T-Mobile phone when there is also a Carrier Hub Magenta app for T-Mobile phones and is this app actually necessary? It has only updated once (last year) since the phone was put into service. Thank you in advance.
I’ve read online that prepaid accounts/phones migrated from the old to the new My T-Mobile, stopped receiving texts from T-Mobile (monthly plan renewals, refills, etc.) Is it known if obtaining a new SIM card would correct this? Thanks in advance.
When viewing the data usage in My T-Mobile, it describes the data usage as ‘data’ and ‘Whitelisted’. Am curious as to the distinction between the two. Thanks.
Is there a way of adding a second prepaid account under My T-Mobile, once logged in? I tried to add it as a new account, but it correctly stated the e-mail address was already in use (in use with the first account).Thank you.
