Hello! Long story short, my Brother bought a couple lines and devices from T-Mobile. I took one of ‘em and pay the bills to him until he refuse to pay the bills and get me retricted… Is there any chance to me to pay off the outstanding Balance without my Brother and get it unlocked? galaxy note 20 ultra screen has gone dark

My samsung galaxy note 20 ultra was working one day and the next the screen has gone totally dark. Can still hear notifications, can answer calls by touching the volume up button; end calls by touching power button, but cannot see anything on my screen - HELP!!!

galaxy note 20 ultra 5g Hacked with McAfee installed help

OK so is there anyone out there having any issues with your phone being hacked with your Galaxy Note 20 ultra 5G? I have the phone, along with the "360 tech support" insurance plan also the McAfee suite, so I noticed two weeks ago that the phone started getting cut off.. and I been on the phone with tmobile almost each night trying to get this resolved. An I kept telling them I believe that I am being hacked, and they respond with "no, that can't happen, and trouble shooting each time I called when I was on hold for usually 20 minutes before they answer and then the trouble shooting would start. Anyway so we added an Esim, and my phone was fine for a couple of days then it the fuckery started again.. and I wouldn't get calls or messages, and so I called again and of coarse the hoops before I could get an answer. So I wiped for a new Sim and that went in and that night my phone was really messing up, like turning off no service at times ext and so yesterday evening I was cleanin

I just purchased two (2) Samsung Galaxy S23 from T-Mobile. The salesman said that due to our T-Mobile purchase we qualified for FREE NETFLIX. I currently have Netflix, so how do I go about getting Netflix to honor T-Mobile’s Free Netflix sales presentation and stop Netflix from billing me for Netflix? Note, I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for the past fourteen (14) years. USING XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 10 PRO IN NYC

Hi all,I am visiting from the UK next month and I am looking at buying a US sim as I have a dual SIM redmi note 10 Pro. I've tried to find out in forums and web pages all over the place to find out if my phone would be compatible on T-Mobile (as it seems the one that would be most likely to work due to having 5 bands that are compatible and reading that Verizon etc doesn't work full stop). Does anyone have a definitive answer to this? Tia

Visual voicemail recovery.

I just recently dropped my oneplus 7t, and even thought the screen only had a small hairline crack the screen went black. This has happened to me in the past, but I had no problem recovering my VVMs. Anyway, I just got my replacement device, and this time the VVMs aren't downloading. My Dad passed away almost two years ago, and some of those are from him, so they are VERY VERY important to me. Can anyone give me some advice on how to recover those voicemails, if it's at all possible?

I’ve been sending to a plain/text email to my SMS via number@tmomail.net everyday for years, and it has stopped working the last couple of weeks. My email server replies with this: The following address failed: ###########@tmomail.net: multiple delivery attempts failed A few messages have gone through, but most of them fail. I’ve tried sending from different email accounts and they all fail. Seems like Tmobile’s server is down. Are there any workarounds?

Lost capability to text: Contacts show sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone

Hello, I used to text this mobile phone for several months. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21. However, today, the text fails to be sent. Then, I look at my contacts for the mobile phone number and it is changed to:sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone I removed this and updated the contacts with the correct phone number, but the text does not go through and the contacts is changed back to sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone Any idea what is going on? I am able to text other people. Thanks, Paul

Galaxy S23 ultra not receiving certin text messages

Hello all, my girlfriend recently ported a number in from verizon. She got a galaxy s23 ultra. The problem we are having is she isn’t able to receive text messages from Snapchat, Facebook and many others to verify her account. She is receiving texts from personal phone numbers (all carriers and iOS and android are working fine). We have double checked the phone number and it is correct. We also tried factory resting the phone and not doing any kind of transfer, we have tried different default messaging apps, we tried restarting the device multiple times, checked spam and made sure no numbers were blocked, we made sure all permissions were enabled, also tried uninstalling the apps and then reinstalling them, also checked to make sure no spam calls and texts were blocked on the spam app. And lastly we were able to send an a verification from her Snapchat to my number so it doesn’t seem to be an app problem. Any fixes or suggestions? Many thanks!

Allowable Calls

We have an adult son with Special Needs. We supply him with a phone, and we only allow him to have it to communicate with 10 people allowed with T-mobiles ALLOWED number feature. This way he can call family, but not unsafe people, such as drug dealers. He has no internet on the phone. Anyway, he is finally at the point where he is starting to want to call people on the phone, and wants to talk to family members and friends that are not in his 10 Allowed phone numbers. Can we add 10 more? Can we have 20 Allowed numbers for his phone? We want to support him in communicating with healthy people. If you don’t currently have the possibility for 20 allowed numbers, can you make that for people in our situation? Please answer me. I am not always T-mobile site. Still no VoWifi for some realme devices?

Upgraded from iphone SE to Realme GT Master Edition a few months ago, had to switch over to TMobile to get it to work since it's a GSM only device (TMobile has better plan prices than Verizon anyway) but it's still not an "officially supported device", as the TMobile IMEI check said it wasn't compatible with the network but has clearly been proven wrong. Haven't had a single issue with it until now, I'm on a trip visiting family and I'm sitting in the living room with 3 or 4 bars of 5g, but as soon as I make a phone call it drops down to 1 bar of E (basically the worst connection possible) and either doesn't ring at all or when the call connects its constantly cutting in and out. When I hang up the call it instantly jumps back up to 5g. Tried looking for VoWifi settings since I know this model supports that functionality, but it's missing from the usual spot so I guess it's a carrier specific thing based on information I've found while googling. Does TMobile not support VoWifi on any d
