Poor Service

3 phone calls later and still no resolution. I am going to pay out of pocket to leave this company. Everyone tells you they will have an answer within 48 hours, don’t believe it. Its been over 1 month and now over 1 week and 3 call today got no where as i had to start all over. Who has time for this type of service these days. I called this week to get the 256 iPhone 13 on the $700 off second phone promotion. The rep was putting the order in for me since they didn't have any in stock and I look today and the promotion is no longer available. Anyone see anything different?

We were forced to SyncUp from the far superior SprintDrive device like many others. The TMobile device continually freezes logging 15 minute trips as 11hours and shows “offline” while car is driving.We use this device for tracking due to our Son’s medical condition. It’s constant failures and unreliability represents a danger to us.

Having been a customer for several years now I find this change of payment to be a form of discrimination. We do not wish to alter our plan of payment either to debt or bank account.I’m mystified as to why our credit card payment isn’t good enough for you.Losing the discount when you are guaranteed our monthly payment without hesitation in my opinion is not good business and certainly not good customer relations.

Helpp !!! I accidentally paid my phone bill with the wrong card ! I used my rent money by accident instead of using my savings money which is what I pay my phone bill with ! Is there anyyy possible way I could reverse the payment and use my savings money and get my rent money back ??

next thing i have the active 1 to the 5 pro every time i get a new phone or change my phone the app makes me reset my active by factory reset. i have to reinstall everything they have no back up at all does not work.

Forwarding calls from Apple Watch to iPhone

My daughter has had an Apple Watch SE with cellular service for a few years. She just got a new iPhone which came with a new phone number. Is there a way I can merge the two numbers so she can still use her watch with cell service when she doesn’t have her phone? Or, if not, can I forward calls and messages from her Watch to her phone?

This device is not in our system. Unable to unlock for other carriers sim.

hi, need to tap your collective wisdoms.I have 3 iphone 12 pro, all from t-mobile, one of them was replaced by apple store, under warranty. Account in good standing, all 3 EIP finished on May 2023, i can unlock 2 of them, but the one that was replaced in the apple store is not showing up in T-Mobile database. It shows, STATUS UNKNOWN, Device is not in our system. About 3 weeks ago—my first call, the CS “forced” the imea to unlock in the system. I said “forced”, because the first time she inputted the number, she said the system would not accept it, then after 2 more tries, the system accepted it. Since then, after numerous calls with other CSs, T-force, conference calls with Applecare. T-mobile says that IMEA is fully unlocked, but the phone still shows SIM LOCKED in the status page of my account, after erasing the phone ddd 7+ times, with a sim in w/o a sim in. Applecare says the phone works, no hardware errors. The phone has been working over 1 year and half, since it was exchanged u

I think I have hackers or someone is controlling my phone using “control nearby devices” in iPhone accessibility settings. my sim is “locked” and says online this is good when traveling internationally. Ported number from google fi to t-mobile, now texts come from one original number assigned to phone, calls come from/go to ported number.

Ported number from google fi to "free" t-mobile line that came with it's own number.Calls go to/from original number assigned to free line.Texts go to/come from ported number. Pictures cannot be received to ported number that receives/sends texts.The phone ported to is a Pixel 6. Phone ported from was I believe a Pixel 3. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Phone number linked to Kids T-Mobile Sync Up Watch

My daughter has a T-Mobile Sync Up Watch. There is a phone number associated with it. She is wearing it to summer camp. She is able to text and call me from her watch. She texts me, and I can text her back. She can call me, and I can call her. But occasionally I am getting messages from someone else (NOT my daughter), but it looks like she’s sending it because it shows up under her name. I verified that it’s NOT her sending those messages. There were a few different messages telling me that I’m texting the wrong person. But it’s showing up in the chat with my daughter. When I call that phone number, my daughter answers. Has anyone had this happen?! I have no idea what to do!

To Upgrade iPhone, it says the 13 is $0 Monthly???

I’m looking at my account online and ready to upgrade my old iPhone 8. Every phone says there is a monthly fee of $26 to $46, except the iPhone 13 is $0. Can this be right? Is there something about the 13 I should be aware of? The mini and Pro cost in the 20-s - 30s. But I’m curious about what is going on here.I have the Magenta 55+ Plan, and my old phone is paid off.
