No notifications when I text myself

I use an app that sends out sms messages to myself as reminders throughout the day (name of the app is textra). Lately, i am not getting notificatied for messages (sms) I send to myself. I can see the sms content when I open up my messages thread, however, they show up without triggering a notification. Tried calling tech support to no avail and it took 30 mins for the tech to understand the problem statement. Is there anyone who can address this?Additionally, here is the email thread from the devs at textra confirming it's a TMobile issue:Hi,It's a T-Mobile related issue as T-mobile now do not support or allow users to send messages to themselves (their mobile number), this is the same on all messaging applications. You may also test with your Android Stock / System messaging app which is the same as well. 2022-2023 Network Issues!!

I have been with T-Mobile for years and never encountered any problems/issues until the beginning of 2022 and throughout 2023. I can not connect to the internet even though I have full bars on my cellular service. I tried wifi and still encountered the no internet and you are offline error prompts. I have also done the WiFi connecting and the same prompt would come up. It doesn't matter if I am only on Cellular or WiFi, the no internet connections occurs! I have a feeling it has to do with the merging of T-Mobile and Sprint! I have been with Sprint and hated their cell service but they were cheap. By the way, it is not the VPN because I can not connect to VPN if I have no internet connection.

"No Service" in Brazil

I just got in Brazil and the Automatic Network selection is not working, so I choose VIVO as a network. However, still “no service”I was in Panama before and everything worked normally. Does anyone know what is happening and how can I fix that? Thank you!

email to sms gateway spam filter issue with my domain

my domain nwtotalatm.com is currently being blocked by the spam filters of tmomail.net, we utilize our domain to send out location update information for a field techs (all of who have tmobile business cell phones under our business plan) as well as our clients.  All our techs and clients that are on the tmobile network stopped receiving email to sms notifications from our reports@nwtotalatm.com email address on Monday 9/4/23 at approx 8:42pm PST.  Please send this to the SPAM administrator of tmomail.net to address.  Thanks!

If I have a plan with 6 cell numbers and one is going to Ireland for the next year.  Can I freeze that line and they can use the iphone with an international sim card there?

Portugal's MEO carrier shutting down 3G and limiting 2G to non-internet by the end of 2023.

Phone locked in SOS Mode After Traveling from Denver to Pittsburgh

Upon traveling from Denver to Pittsburgh my iphone 13 Mini would not connect with T-Mobile cell service and was locked in SOS mode the day after arriving, it did work the day of arrival. In 3 visits to T-mobile stores,  getting a new sim card and one visit to the Apple Genius Bar no one could solve the problem although finally a technical T-Mobile person said the phone had somehow been put in a blocked status consistent with the phone being reported as lost or stolen. When I asked that it be unblocked, T-Mobile said that wasn’t possible. I find that difficult to believe, because I suspect phones are lost or stolen frequently and the found or recovered, so I’m sure there is a mechanism to restore them to normal status.  The Apple Store put the new sim card in a different phone and it connected, so it was definitely a phone specific issue. Upon returning to Denver, the phone magically returned to normal.  My question therefore is whether or not anyone else has experienced this situation

how do i report a dead zone?

Recently moved to land o lakes FL, we have absolutely no service both call and internet even though some areas we get 3-4 bars and says LTE. I have to use our cable WIFI to make calls. We frequent Wesley chapel where the new outlet mall is off SR54 and I75 and it’s even worse. Absolutely terrible considering major roadways should have coverage especially in a high population area. About to switch to Verizon if this doesn’t get resolved soon. Why pay for a service that is useless? How can we get more coverage in this very quickly growing area?

no service at home

I’m not receiving any calls when I’m home. I need my phone for work when I’m home! Can’t make calls, or get them. Delayed text messages. I want a device to out in my home to help with service. If not I’m canceling with T-Mobile. Sprint was wayyyy better. Tired of getting fb messenger messages sayin go tried calling and texting. What’s wrong with your phone. Service in my area is terrible everywhere, but I really need it to work at home. My job depends on it and I have a father that’s very ill and could pass at anytime. I need my phone to work. I can’t even call to talk to someone!!!!!!!

is there any way to report an issue without calling?  I’m having to go find someone with a non t-mobile phone to call from and then there’s always a very long hold time…  I’d just like to be able to report that I’m having an issue and list the steps I’ve taken to try and resolve it….

Has Anyone Had Luck Getting Tmobile to Stop Being Garbage?

I’ve had their home internet for almost 2 years, basically since it came out. The internet options where I live are limited so I have BOTH t-mobile AND DSL to attempt to function as a normal living human in 2023. Also, work from home doubles down on that need.Every couple of months, the internet starts slowing down. It gets worse and worse, usually the upload, until I yell at them... a lot. I have to talk to tech support 3-6 times each time this happens, they all go through all of the same asinine steps (reboot stuff, let’s check another tower, etc), despite being told every. single. time. that I’ve already tried it and it doesn’t help. They ALL say, every time, that the tower near me is either being updated now, soon, or just got updated (this will vary from person to person even on the same day). Eventually I start shit-talking them on social media and one of their people reaches out, says the engineers will look into it, then says the engineers found nothing wrong, and it gets resol

Can you add TCL mesh wifi with T-Mobile Gateway?

I just switched out to T Mobile Home internet since Spectrum dropped the ball big time but I am trying to connect my TCL Mesh Wifi system but it seems not to take it even if I connect it directly to the gateway. Any suggestions?

I have the Magenta 55+ plan. We are going to England for about 5 days and then we are doing an 11 day cruise that will go to Portugal, Spain and the Canary Islands. I am trying to understand exactly how we will be able to use our phones, hopefully without incurring any extra charges.
