The T-Mobile “Offers” webpage shows Pandora Ad-Free weekends as an offer and does not mention Tuesday until you click on it and get redirected. (05/11/2022) So does the webpage need to be cleaned up?https://www.t-mobile.com/offers?INTNAV=tNav%3ADeals%3AAll“We’re dialing up the volume for our customers for free.Listen to Pandora ad-free radio weekends, plus, get access to special entertainment from SiriusXM—just for being a customer.”
I have a data only sim installed in a third party travel router/hotspot type deployment. I can get an IPv6 address via a route advertisement, but I can’t request a prefix for use on the attached network. Is this expected behavior? I was very surprised given the wide adoption of IPv6 elsewhere in T-Mobile’s infrastructure. It’s disappointing to have to contemplate tunneling to enable IPv6 clients that are attached to a functional IPv6 network.
i received an email from email@example.com that my T-mobile account has been updated. Subscriber has been modified for device #. The msisdn has been changed from # to #xxxxxxxxxx. What does this mean and is it legitimate?
During our roadtrip through the US and Canada this summer, we would like to use a Huawei Mobile WiFi router. Which prepaid T-Mobile SIM card (plan) can you recommend ? We are a family from Belgium so we don’t have an existing account at T-Mobile and would like to pay the card in advance so we can use it on arrival. Thanks in advance !
I just want to give feedback on an issue I encountered using the M5000 Inseego hotspot. I tried to connect to the admin page to change the default settings. Well it does not allow you to connect. I called in customer service as well and they were not able to help me. BUT I did encounter others on Reddit discussing the issue. Apparently you can only log on to the admin page with 2.4 network band. So I had to change the bandwidth on the primary network to 2.4 and finally was able to connect. It would be great if you all fixed that issue so we can keep the bandwidth at the 5G and be able to connect with no issues to make changes. Please and Thank you!
I get several sms messages from short codes on my arcadian gateway and i keep getting messages as if i signed up for sms alerts but i never did. My guess is the previous owner of the phone number assigned to me forgot or was unable to get rid of sms alerts from whatever website they used but i would love to be able to reply to texts on the gateway and opt out of them by going to 192.168.12.1 on my pc.
I notice that my CellSpot, which normally works fantastic, doesn’t give me a good call when the computer or other device is downloading, uploading or streaming while I’m on the call. It’s not every time, and with some things there are ways of turning down the download and upload speeds of other processes that helps solve the issue. But still, instead of having to manually fix what ever is hogging the internet at my house to use my phone connected to the CellSpot, it would be nice to have an automatic way of it changing. Any ideas? One thing I saw but don’t know much about is a network switch with QOS (quality of service). From what I read, it’s a device that prioritises certain network data packages, or something like that. So I could hook up the modem to it and then the CellSpot and router to the QOS network switch, and it will prioritise the voice traffic over the data traffic.Right? Maybe? Thanks!
I set up a new wifi name and password, and I have guest network turned off and I frequently see several devices that are not approved that I know of connected to my hotspot.I am curious how or why this is happening and how to fix it. It does seem to slow my data speeds when out and about.

I seem to be asking the same question as everyone else. Why is T-Mobile internet service so unstable. For over a week mine has been dropping the internet connection. 2, 3, 4, times a day. All I have been getting from tech support is to turn it off, unplug it, wait a few minutes and restart it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't…Yes, they sent they sent me a refurbished modem… Same problem.I don’t understand the problem considering it worked good for the first 2 months. Has T-Mobile bitten off more than it can chew? Customer service is the poorest I have ever experienced since CenturyLink but, T-mobile ids tight up there with their internet.I did make the comment that the modems have seemed hot and someone suggested a fan. The location of my modem is looking directly at the tower!!!This is getting real old and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to recommend T-Mobile services to anyone.Would someone at T-Mobile PLEASE FIGURE THIS OUT!!!!! Before I am forced to go back to t
I am attempting to connect my inseego MiFi m2000 to a Denon Prime 4 DJ Controller for the purposes of streaming. I know the connection is active, since my desktop computer is currently connected to the inseego. When I try to connect to the Prime 4, I receive a message that says that the password is not connected. I have changed the main setting to both 2.4 and 5 ghz, with no luck. I also manually switched to 4g, still no luck
This is starting to drive me nuts. Not only will an Amber Alert go off at 2:00AM like it did this morning, but sometimes the phone will glitch and the Amber Alert sound will sound off every 10 minutes with no way of turning it off without doing a complete factory reset of the phone.Sometimes I just want to kill my phone with a hammer because of this.
