Looking into using a T-mobile e-SIM again for a trip to USA. This time I’ll also be visiting Canada for a little while. I see that it is possible to get a prepaid SIM with an added Canada/Mexico plan, but is this available for e-SIMs? I did not see it as an option in the eSIM app. Is there a way to add it pre or post purchase? If so, where is that done?
Hi - I have been going round in circles with various TMobile online and instore reps for the past few days over something that I thought would be simple. I own an Inseego FW2000e. It is currently SIM-less. I had one TMobile rep confirm, via its IMEI, that it is eligible for TMobile activation. I would like to use it as my TMobile 5G home internet gateway. Is this something TMobile can and will do.? If it is possible, who in Tmobile should I be contacting and what should I be asking for.So far I’ve been sold a number of things that have not come close to solving this. My infamous Tmobile Home Internet service is down…AGAIN!Anyone considering Tmobile for Home Internet should inly get it based on price. It is not reliable. Only get it if you don’t mind regular and consistent service drops. 2 - 3 times per week. It is not slow. It just stips transmitting data to the towers despite a strong signal. And don’t bother with customer service. They are nice and polite, but the only solution is to reboot your gateway and cross your fingers. Again, if you are looking for semi-reliable but cheap price, go Tmobile. If you want reliability, go with another provider.
How can this provider continue to shut down service at 2200 and remain off untill 0600 every night and bill for a month service. If they are only going to provide half the service they offer why should customers pay monthly. Either cut the bill in half or bill every other month. It is illegal to steal in the United States. Stealing is exactly what is happening when you take money for something you are not providing. Do you understand tort lawsuits and criminal proceedings?

My net worth = S***, yet I keep sending my money to T-Mobile as a faithful idiot. T-Mobile gives me an Arcadyan KVD21 gateway with no web UI? My FIVE YEAR OLD SAID, “ papa, there is no place to put the admin”!A 5 yr old. It hits me; this is precisely the age T-Mobile thinks of my intellect after years of payments. Then the only workaround is to visit Skippy on GitHub to get an API or visit Googtube to see mater from cars for another possible workaround? I can’t sign into my t-mobile account after canceling a line (2GB hotspot). My account was set up with the number attached to the hotspot and now that the line is cancelled i can’t log in! I have the t-mobile home internet, only cancelled the hotspot. It keeps asking me to put in a t-mobile number to send a confirmation code to, but I only have the internet! How am I supposed to get a code to my internet??? I don’t have any phone lines with t-mobile! I need to access my bill and can’t do that!
One gripe about the 15 day test drive - you are charged for the 3-4 days it takes for the gateway to be delivered
Hello, I am a big fan of T-Mobile wireless and am now incurring my first month of charges for their Home Internet since the 15 day test drive ended two days ago. Because I installed the gateway at a vacation home, I have not been able to spend enough time there yet to know if it will meet my needs although I am hopeful.Here’s my small gripe. T-Mobile is up front about the fact that your first month’s charges start on THE DAY YOU ORDERED THE GATEWAY. This of course makes no sense. My gateway arrived 4 days after I ordered it. Why should I or anyone be charged for the time it took for the order to be processed and for the gateway to arrive. Other internet companies like Verizon and Spectrum don’t start charging until you ‘activate’ your service after their modem arrives.Like I said, it’s a small gripe but still seems unethical to me to be charged for the time you couldn’t possibly be using their internet service. It disappoints me that a company I always trusted would do this.
Hello,In August 2022, T-Mobile was running a promotion for home internet; they offered a free month trial, if the customers like the plan, they go back to the store and activate the plan go from there. If they don’t like the internet, they need to return the device with a month free of charge. I recently tried to make a financial transaction the requires a credit history and background check, the came back that I owe T-Mobile $64. T-Mobile gave my personal information to a debt collector agency to screw my credit score over. I believe T-Mobile used this promotion as BAIT, this is not honest business. I claimed a dispute with the debt collector, and hoping T-Mobile will cancel this false charge. I plan to use all resources I can to expose how T-Mobile is using bait to charge its customers for services they don’t use.

Received email today for $100 for Internet promo from Northlane.Com for signing up for TMobile Internet. No matter what I do I cannot access the Virtual Prepaid Mastercard from the link they provided. I have put in my regular cell number that didn’t work. I put in the number for the gateway and that didn’t work either.Any advice to access this would be appreciated.
How do i get T-Mobile let me out of my plan with out paying for my SO CALLED FREE PHONE, I have dropped calls over and over and or have no service, Spent 20 years with Sprint and now that T-Mobile bought it service has been bad. they told me i had to pay $299 per line to get out, This was a we will give you a Free phone to sign up with us.. I only use T-Mobile home internet and I keep reading how I’m eligible for T-Mobile Tuesdays. I input the devices phone number four never receive a text on the gateway. I receive texts regarding my bill and service updates but never this 4 digit code. I’m not the first to discuss this so why hasn’t T-Mobile addressed. Only solutions I’ve seen are put the sim in a phone or change gateways which are not actual solutions. What’s the deal T-Mobile?
We started our 5g home internet with T-Mobile about 6 months ago, it was working fantastic for about 4 of those months. Last month near the very beginning we started having an issue where all of our devices are connected to the modem, but no internet connection is available, the only fix we have is to unplug and restart the modem. We called support yesterday, they told us about the new 2022 modems and that many customers have been calling in with this issue. After getting our new modem yesterday we still have the same issue every 30 mins a break in our internet connection begins and we need to re-start our modem. I called support again this morning to which they again said many customers are having this same issue. When I heared that a bell went off, "T-Mobile has a massive server or processing error with all of these modems, not just the old one we were dealing with."
