This is to inform T-mobile that would like to be included OPT-OUT of the planned account migration .Please inform me what else I would need to do to be successfully OPT-OUTof the plan ? I am not at all interested .I would like to request a confirmation that this request is successful.

Digits Login and 2fa on Web Client

I use the Digits web client on my Windows PC while working.  I used to be able to login and stay logged in for days.  Something has changed in the last couple of weeks, or so.  Now, it randomly logs me out and I have to go through the full login / 2fa / line registration again to get back in.  There’s no rhyme or reason to it that I can see.  I was using the web client this morning.  I stepped away for 30 minutes, and I was logged out when I returned.  But it didn’t log me out overnight.  Getting back in is a bit of a hassle and I wanted to know if I’m missing anything that would alleviate at least some of it.  Other services have options such as “remember this device” for 2fa, for example.  At the very least, it’d be helpful if the app remembered preferences for line registration, appearance and notifications, instead of having to reset those each time, too.This doesn’t seem to happen with my Android phone or the iPad, only the web client for Windows PC.  (I couldn’t be bothered using

Why am i getting charged with services that were promised to be free?

Hi! I'm Alex Torres. Today I'm writing here because I dont a choice since T-mobile customer service, hasn't been the greatest to me and they have just been sending me around with their own things about this. So, the problem is that I upgraded my services from Military Magenta to Go5G Plus to be able to use their promotion on getting a phone with a trade in and i did but the thing that happen was that the person that was helping me said ill get a “free” line with this upgrade of service and you know when something is “free” anybody would take it, i asked every question on the book about it and it came out that it was “free” the problem is that when i took that offer and went to trade my phone for a new one they started charging me for the line and changed my service from military to First responders even though im not a first responder but Active duty service member. After calling about this and asking questions the only thing that they told me was that this “free line” doesn't exist an

Tower outage, no communication, internet keeps disconnecting

I have had internet problems for the last few weeks, and I was recently told the tower next to router is down without any estimate on when it will be back up and all traffic is being diverted to a further away tower, which is causing the disconnects. This was not communicated, probably to avoid losing customers. What is the recourse for this situation?

Can you Stream Golf Channel?

Good day,I have had T-Mobile Home Internet Service for almost 6-months, and all is well...well, almost. I am trying to get Golf Channel streaming. I have tried numerous times with the activation code for NBC Peacock+ (NBC owns golf Channel) but all to no avail. Have you ben able to get it to work? When researching the Golf Channel website, I get the link that takes me to watch “Live.” When I use the link, it takes me to a list of ISPs (Comcast, etc.) and T-Mobile is not present. When I called Golf Channel, they are clueless. I stream Peacock, Apple, etc. all with no issues. Any suggestions much appreciated!

Device has not been active for 60 days.

I have been a T-mobile customer for over 13 years.  I really enjoyed being with T-Mobile their customer was top notch and they gave amazing deals.  But, since T-Mobile Home Internet has been introduced, the service has just been going downhill.  Until, just recently, even my phone couldn’t get service on their network anymore sometimes.  When I call in, I was on hold for 30 minutes to 2 hrs sometimes while they transferred trying to get someone who could help me. Until just recently my phone wasn’t working again, when my boss try to call me he was just getting a message.  So I had no phone again and then the internet when down in my area. My boss told me then that if I didn’t do something this could affect my job, since I work from home.  When I got contacted by a tmobile executive team member, i was just told to take my business somewhere else if I wasn’t satisfied.  This is how far they have fallen on service and customer service.  So I felt backed into a corner and I moved my phone

T-Mobile Autopay using debt card

Got the following email from T-Mobile for my T-Mobile Home Internet payment. Oh no! Your payment didn't go through We weren't able to process your recurring electronic payment from your account XXXX. Because of the failed payment, you have been un‑enrolled from AutoPay. Please make a one‑time payment today at t‑mo.co/pay and update AutoPay settings to avoid late fees and suspension and keep your AutoPay discount, if applicable. Thank you, Your T-Mobile Team   Last month the payment was processed using the same card (without an issue) and there are ample funds in the account (the account is a debt card account).  I logged into my account selected the payment option and the payment processed  immediately. Even though I like T-Mobile issues like this make me very wary of their service.

Home internet down….again….and again….

My infamous Tmobile Home Internet service is down…AGAIN!Anyone considering Tmobile for Home Internet should inly get it based on price.  It is not reliable.  Only get it if you don’t mind regular and consistent service drops.  2 - 3 times per week.  It is not slow.  It just stips transmitting data to the towers despite a strong signal. And don’t bother with customer service.  They are nice and polite, but the only solution is to reboot your gateway and cross your fingers. Again, if you are looking for semi-reliable but cheap price, go Tmobile.  If you want reliability, go with another provider.

New Service for Home Internet Users

It will then flag those guys that bought the Gateway at the local TMO stores and the reps faked the address to get the service for that customer. Now these users are not officially supported but now using the Tower due to fake locations. Overloading the system and legit customers affected. I say it's a great idea.

Terrible cust service

I am writing this review in order to save frustration and corruption from a cell phone service that is dishonest, and incredibly corrupt!I signed up with T-Mobile for their Internet service because I was told by a neighbor that the service was pretty good and very reasonable! I only signed up with the Internet service and nothing else! Approximately 30 days in getting the service we had problems and we called T-Mobile and they told us that they would switch out our modem and everything should be fine. We switched out the modem in two weeks later the service went down and we called T-Mobile and they said they would send another modem and that should take care of the problem. Well, it didn't take care of the problem and we canceled and sent all of the equipment in and T-Mobile charged us $235 dollars. They gave us 30 days or they would report us to collections and that's exactly what they did.You are an absolute fool an idiot if you subscribe to this terrible and corruptive service. I'm

data threshold.

I’m trying to figure out what the new home internet data threshold is going to mean regarding my internet experience. I average 1.4tb a month. I mostly watch TV and have cameras. The recent Netflix promotion change appears to add another 2tb. What could I be slowed down to? I need to know how usable it will be. I know wireless cant be guaranteed, but you should be able to give me some idea

2FA methods

I noticed that when I will FINALLY be able to set up 2FA, I am restricted to using low security methods save for app based, and then I can only use Google Authenticator.  What I am asking is if this could be changed so that we can use other apps like Authy, Proton Pass, and better yet, hardware based methods like YubiKey?  If ye want to BE the best, then do the things that MAKE ye the best.

One gripe about the 15 day test drive - you are charged for the 3-4 days it takes for the gateway to be delivered

Hello, I am a big fan of T-Mobile wireless and am now incurring my first month of charges for their Home Internet since the 15 day test drive ended two days ago. Because I installed the gateway at a vacation home, I have not been able to spend enough time there yet to know if it will meet my needs although I am hopeful.Here’s my small gripe. T-Mobile is up front about the fact that your first month’s charges start on THE DAY YOU ORDERED THE GATEWAY. This of course makes no sense. My gateway arrived 4 days after I ordered it. Why should I or anyone be charged  for the time it took for the order to be processed and for the gateway to arrive. Other internet companies like Verizon and Spectrum don’t start charging until you ‘activate’ your service after their modem arrives.Like I said, it’s a small gripe but still seems unethical to me to be charged for the time you couldn’t possibly be using their internet service. It disappoints me that a company I always trusted would do this.

I am on the Magenta 55 plan. My wife recently passed away and I no longer need her line. What plan can I move to that will only need one phone and will be cheaper than my $80 per month for two phones?

$50 Refer-a-Friend

I recommended a couple to T-Mobile hoping to benefit from their $50 Refer-a-Friend program, but despite my numerous efforts to register for the reward, I have been unsuccessful.Based on comments from others in the same situation, I'm beginning to question the legitimacy of this program. Can someone from T-Mobile help?
