Just checking in on the ticket question above. 😊 -Lauren
Unfortunately we would have to wait on the ticket results. 😥As much as we'd love to help, stuff like this is a backend engineering issue which is what the ticket should address!-Lauren
Just checking in to see if you've had a chance to head over to the site linked above!-Lauren
@ray8769 Hey Ray! Unfortunately this is something that was changed on the side of American, not T-Mobile.GoGo is still largely supported on Delta and Alaska flights, and available on some American flights while the provider is being phased out more and more. You can still expect to find the feature on the majority of Delta and Alaskan flights!-Lauren
If customer care had the same issue, it definitely sounds like it's an issue on our backend, not you. 😥Have you heard back yet? Do you know if they filed an engineering ticket to have this looked at?-Lauren
eSIM is still in many ways sort of a world of unknown, sorry for the issues and so glad to see a rep was able to make it happen!-Lauren
Hey there! We're not seeing anything reported specifically with issues for address changes on a mass level, so it's likely a one off with your account for some reason. Sounds like we may need to file a ticket, the easiest way to do that is just pop over to FB or Twitter and have T-Force take care of it! Links are in my signature!-Lauren
Greetings! It's entirely situational, but there's a possibility it may be honored.-Lauren
Just checking in. This may be something you have to go to Costco for as they handle their rebates in house unlike most other rebates!-Lauren
Oh goodness! I hope you found a resolution as this was a few days ago.If not, what kind of account do you have and do you know what rate plan?-Lauren
Hmm. What account type do you happen to have? Some accounts have limited short code options. If you're not on an account with limitations, it's likely an issue with the short codes being viewed as spam and therefore blocked, which is something we can look into!-Lauren
$29.99-$99.99 depending on a few factors. We suggest calling in, you can find the number and other info here https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-38611
Hey there! Sorry you're running into so many issues. What router is it that you're using? -Lauren
Thanks for the additional info! Can you specifically tell me what rate plan you're on? That will indicate what account type you're on!-Lauren
Hey there! Not the best news unfortunately. Apple doesn't allow business accounts to finance the way an individual account is able to.It's not going to be an option you can explode while on a T-Mobile for business account. I'm so sorry!-Lauren
Oh goodness. Hm. So, I'm not able to view accounts from here on Support. My suggestion would be to reach out to T-Force on FB or Twitter to see if there are any notes from the rep who made the promise documented on the account.Unfortunately international charges like that aren't something we typically waive because they aren't charged by us, they're what the other carrier is charging and we simply pass the charge over.If there's documentation of the promise, T-Force may be able to help.-Lauren
Unfortunately you don't have a ton of options. Depending on the business account type you may be able to finance through T-Mobile, but those charges would go on the bill which it sounds like you were trying to avoid. There's also other third party device financiers that you can go through, but many will include an interest charge. I wish I had a better option to offer.-Lauren
Hey there! Depends on the rate plan and type of prepaid services. I would suggest reaching out to care directly so they can verify if your account is eligible, and if so, why it's not working!-Lauren
