2g free replacement ordeal..

Hello Everybody,here my ‘free phone story’’I do not use twitter, Facebook, can’t contact T-Force Phone: Huawei Coolpad Rogue, first model, 2014Day of purchase: Jamuary 2014, Walmart Stockton CAwith Prepaid Contract. Problem:s ‘Free 5G Phone’ messages, a hoax..? (messages 1017 and 2519)Box of phone says: ‘ 4G capable ‘ not true, fraudulent sale!!Very slow data for 10 years For 10 years (yes 10!!) T-Mobile customer service told me, bad reception and slowdata is caused by:-My area (downtown Stockton, 3 minutes walk from city hall, post office,train station, court house). 5 broadcast spots within 4 blocks..- Repairs on T-Mobile broadcast spots- My SIM card Last year T-Mobile told me, slow data because the SIM is bad, Need new SIM. They did not tell methat my monthly fee will go up $5 per month, because of new contract, connected to the SIM.Reception and very slow data did not change at all..! In 2022 T-Mobile sent me 2 text message: my phone is too old for new system, I canget new phone fo

prepaid account suspended due to delay in refilling the account. As per schedule I’m supposed to refill on 27th Jan and I had refilled on 29th Jan. Today after refilling the account still payment shows pending. Mobile number - 5513248657

For the last week I’ve not been able to log into my my-T-Mobile (prepaid) account . I will use credentials it will try to proceed to dashboard but keep spinning. Am I the only one?? This is a huge issue as I can’t see any of my account details and the T-Mobile app won’t allow prepaid customers to log into it .

My experience for the last 10 days I spent over 2 hours waiting: In your 800 number recorded messageTell the truth. You can no longer use this as a connection to T-mobile support.Tell them that the “community.t-mobile.com” is a way to communicate and the mobile phone apps also provide a method. Provide a better explanation of how to use the “chat” option, ratherthan being vague about the app. Tell you clients how to use it, or at least provide a video to explainall of the functions that are available in the app. You have a vested interest in being open and upfront with your clients. And tell them about your website. you might also have info on the websitethat leads your clients to places that offer the best tools. Don’t frustrate your clients. Inaccurate propaganda only creates anger and is bad karma. I am certain that there are lawyers who will be glad to force you (at their price) to do the right thing. Just pointing out something for your consideration. Do as you wish.

Unable to view billing details online

I’ve been having issue for months when logged in my business online account, and not able to see billing details. It kept loading and loading… 3 months ago, I spoke to customer service. They told me there were system update. Now I realized it’s not system update, there’s something wrong. I spoke to customer service yesterday, they opened a ticket for me (they’ve been saying that months ago. No one ever called me back). Now I’m not able to log in period. It just showing I’m not invited to account hub. I’m the owner of the account. I only have one email account. Now what? It’s so frustrating.

Why are we being penalized suddenly for paying with a credit card?

I have been with T-Mobile and have used my credit card with autopay for 5 years. Now all of the sudden I am being charged a $5 fee every month even though I’m enrolled in autopay just because I prefer to use a credit card!? This is ridiculous. I don’t use my debit card for anything and I’m not going to just because T-Mobile wants me to for whatever stupid reason. Honestly, this pisses me off so much that this the first time in years that I’m seriously considering switching to another carrier.

Does any one know how to create a T-Mobile ID and access the account? I started T-Mobile 5G internet service on April 22 and have been trying since that time to create a T-Mobile ID. Despite numerous calls to customer service no one has been able to assist. The error message I kept getting was “We're sorry, we don't recognize this email.” Yet, I input the exact email I used when signing up for internet service, and T-Mobile has sent me several emails (including the "You're In" email, confirmation of order email, terms of service mail, as well as several marketing emails).Finally (May 12), when trying to create a T-Mobile ID I received a message that there already is a T-Mobile ID associated with my email address. FINALLY (after more than 20 attempts at various times and using different browsers).However, now the issue is that when I try to log-in I get a screen asking for my telephone number to link to my account and a confirmation code will be sent. How do I access my T-Mobile account without my phone number or password...

Currently overseas in NEPAL and will be here for a few months longer.I lost my phone a few hours ago and I’m worried it’s gone for good. I’ve already set the iphone to lost mode, contacted the police and sent them the IMEI number, but I don’t have access to my T-MOBILE account to suspend my sim. I should mention that phone calls to and from my phone won’t even work unless it’s connected to wifi. I need to suspend my SIM card but I can’t even log into my T-Mobile account. Is there anything that can be done? I am using my laptop to write this.

can't access acount after logging out

I started having the issue a week ago October 1st . I called them and I went to the store. I log in to the website with my correct password ( it's written down) then it says we're going to send you a code via text message or each email to prove it's you .. I enter that code and then it says you're logged out you don't have access. Got stuff resolved I THOUGHT I had an iissue Again TONIGHT . I did it once it was correct ...called customer service told him there is a problem, he gave me a temporary password I logged in and changed it.I made sure to log out while he was on the phone to see if it would happen and it did I could not log back in correct password they send me a code and then they say no access.. I have a prepaid account I cannot be the only one that runs into this issue. I have no problem logging in to create a post though where don't you think

Receiving emails at an old email accouunt

Hi community,A month ago I changed the email address to my TMobile account.I now get billing sent to the correct email account which is OK, however I still receive some mail at my old email. The last email to my old account was for warranty phone service.I’ll note that I was a Sprint transfer if that makes a difference.I have been through every line under my account info and cannot find my old address listed anywhere.Thanks

lost promo after account migration from Sprint

hello everyone i just want to say how totally digusted i am with Tmobile,i have a free line on us from Sprint(Sprint Customers: Free "Unlimited Line On Us Plan" - The Money Ninja)i resevered this line back in june 2020 when i was with sprint,now that my account got migrate to tmobile without my consent i am being,i have call umteen times to get this resolved but everytime i get a new rep on the phone they told me they submit a request to management to get a code or someting new everytime to add to the account so i can get my promotions back,and told its gonna take 1 to 2 billing cycles,and they would credit the account for the promo line,after the 2 billing cycles the bill went back up and this repeats,now i am told i need to have 3 lines of service before i can get a third line free,that they cannot give me back the promo i had with sprint.I hope someone can reach out to fix this,i am truly disappointed with Tmobile

Why did I receive an email that "msisdn has been changed"?

I received the following email:From: no-reply@t-mobile.comSubject: Your T-Mobile Account has been updatedT-Mobile Notification: Subscriber ModifiedDear Customer,Subscriber has been modified for device # . The msisdn has been changed from # to # xxxxxxxx .Sincerely,T-Mobile Customer Service where xxxxxxxxxx is a phone number. I recognized the phone number as being for a SIM that I had used in an Android tablet. When I stopped using the tablet over 5 years ago, I also discontinued the phone line and removed it from my T-Mobile account. I just looked at my T-Mobile account now and it doesn’t show this number. Why did I receive this email and what does it mean?
