Why are we being penalized suddenly for paying with a credit card?

I have been with T-Mobile and have used my credit card with autopay for 5 years. Now all of the sudden I am being charged a $5 fee every month even though I’m enrolled in autopay just because I prefer to use a credit card!? This is ridiculous. I don’t use my debit card for anything and I’m not going to just because T-Mobile wants me to for whatever stupid reason. Honestly, this pisses me off so much that this the first time in years that I’m seriously considering switching to another carrier.

Text Messages From Python Program No Longer Getting Through

For many months I have been using a program written in Python to send:(1) Text messages to a T-Mobile phone,(2) Text messages to an AT&T phone,(3) Email messages to an email account.As of 5 days ago (7/8/2023) the T-Mobile phone no longer gets any texts but the AT&T phone still gets all texts and the email gets all messages.I have experimented with sending text messages to the T-Mobile phone from email accounts and those are received by the phone.  I do this by emailing a message to ##########@tmomail.net.  That is the same way the Python program sends texts.

phonebook

Hello,DDoes anyone know if T-Mobile is still storing a "phonebook" of our contacts like they used to?  And if so, where might I be able to locate it?IIt was very useful to lookup a phone number that I had long since deleted on my phone, but I had always relied on the T-Mobile stored contacts to find my compilation of my phonebook or contact list. Best,Joel

Has anyone received a text to change payment method?

I received the attached text supposedly from t-mobile about changing my payment method.  Please see the attached image.  I would say this is phishing and wanted to report it to t-mobile.  I saw no other way to get it to t-mobile.

How do I find out my Tmobile phone number?

I have a chromebook with mobile internet service, and have had it about a month. I have my account number, but to be able to access my account online, or even pay my bill I have to be able to input a Tmobile phone number, and I have not been given one! I tried calling customer service more than once and they are not helpful at all!

More than 10 years ago, the name of the phone I am currently using was in my name. What happens if my brother does not allow me to name the equipment and service I am using? Should I look for a Lawyer to help me put my name back?

How to eliminate phone solicitors voicemail

I keep getting junk voice mails, but no record of a call. Somehow these scamsters have figured out a way to go right to voicemail so I can't block the number. How can I eliminate this?

EVERY time I try to login and see something on my account it gets stuck on a blank page with the “loading” on top. It’s so annoying it’s been like this for months the website and app crash all the time. Anyone else have this problem?

T-Mobile ID

Does any one know how to create a T-Mobile ID and access the account? I started T-Mobile 5G internet service on April 22 and have been trying since that time to create a T-Mobile ID. Despite numerous calls to customer service no one has been able to assist. The error message I kept getting was “We're sorry, we don't recognize this email.” Yet, I input the exact email I used when signing up for internet service, and T-Mobile has sent me several emails (including the "You're In" email, confirmation of order email, terms of service mail, as well as several marketing emails).Finally (May 12), when trying to create a T-Mobile ID I received a message that there already is a T-Mobile ID associated with my email address. FINALLY (after more than 20 attempts at various times and using different browsers).However, now the issue is that when I try to log-in I get a screen asking for my telephone number to link to my account and a confirmation code will be sent. Getting on My account

Is anyone else not able to get into their account?  I can log in and see the amount of my next bill along with the detail of the main phone, but as soon as I click on any of the other phones on the account for further detail, it doesn’t load.  Just not sure if this is a tmobile issue or if it’s my computer.

still receiving emails for my prepaid although im not using it anymore

I bought a prepaid during my stay in the USA and refilled my prepaid for 2 or 3 months. Then I left and didnt pay anymore bc I didnt need the US sim card anymore but I still receive emails that say “refill your account”. What do I do in Order to make it stop?

Terrible website and app.

The website and app are awful and only getting worse. I’m at the verge of changing companies. While there are a lot of perks to having T-mobile (free Wi-Fi on select flights), the cost is no longer worth the terrible service, especially for prepaid customers. You can’t do anything on your own on the website –– not even access a PDF of a bill statement –– and the app is always broken; if only it’d run as well as the T-mobile Tuesday app. You’d think such a large company would have better web developers. My plan, as a prepaid customer, is way too expensive for such terrible service. And please don’t remove complaints as they’re very useful for those considering switching. Fix your tech!
