How do I report an issue with home internet mobile app?

The home internet mobile app provided by T-Mobile has an issue. My router will often be connected to the tower but stop providing internet to connected devices, and the devices are all connected to the router by either Wi-Fi or Ethernet. When this happens the router must be rebooted. Upon opening the mobile app it shows a screen with the following:1 Go to Wi-Fi settings on your phone.2 Connect to the T-Mobile Wi-Fi network and enter your password.3 Return to the app to continue.A button with “Go to settings” in red.If I go to settings, my Wi-Fi shows connected to my SSID but also says “cannot provide internet”.If I close settings, the T-Mobile app may proceed to the status page showing how many bars are present connecting to the tower and an X between the gateway and internet (tower). If I get here I can touch “more” then choose to reboot the gateway. This is fine. I don’t like the fact I must reboot the gateway so often, but like the T-Mobile speed and price, so put up with it.This is

Atlanta Tower 5G Upgrades?

I have home internet. It’s been working great for months, 5G, full signal.My signal started dropping to 4G 3 bars, total crap! The connection to the internet is not workable for the home internet gateway, .51 MPS download and 5.75 MPS upload: pretty much a dead connection.When I call T Mobile and get to the group dealing with towers, same story they claim the tower is being upgraded (since every November??). The tower has been 5G for many months prior to these drops in service, used to work great. T Mobile is not transparent on this problem and I am questioning whether they are telling the truth about the upgrades. There is no upgrade schedule or map to either confirm or deny their activity. Very suspicious.

TMobile Home Internet causes phones to not work

I have just recently started using TMobile Home Internet (the 5G Nokia device that looks like a tall coffee can). When the device is plugged in, our TMobile phones (multiple versions of iPhones) lose about half of their signal strength - and calls end up going to voicemail. Plus text messages (SMS) do not send (get errors).If we turn off the Home Internet device, signals return to normal and everything works again.We have had 3 of these devices - and the behavior was observed on all three. (The first one had a broken power button and I had to hold down the button to get it to work. When I got it working - I noticed the problem immediately. The second device had an issue with the SIM activation, but even without an active SIM we still noted the same issue. The third device is in service right now - same problem.)NOTE: we only have about 2-bars of signal at our house (even the Nokia 5G device has only 2-bars), so this drop in signal to our phones is sufficient to take us out of service.

2.4g settings

can I change the 2.4g settings on my gateway?  I was able to on my old round router but got the new square one and can’t find a way to change the settings.  trying to connect to my LaCrosse weather station.

Is the business  5g gateway  the same model as current home gateway, the reason I am asking I want a static Ip and have to change to a business  account  to get one and have external antennas connected to my present home gateway

Problems with Device Scheduling through the tmobile app

I have schedules set up on my wifi so that way our TVs don't use data during the day and they're set to go off at a certain time at night so the kids aren't up all night watching. But I've noticed it hasn't been working despite the schedule. The app says that the device is disabled until the time but the devices still have internet. They all have unique names so I know for certain it's the device I need to be off at that time. Anyone know how to fix this?

T-mobile home internet device schedules not working

Within the past couple of months the device schedule section of the home internet app has failed. I assume there was an update that caused this, as it had worked perfectly for years prior. I am no longer able to disable the device beginning/ending at midnight. Doing so results in a nullification of the programmed schedule, resulting in the connection being left open until the following day.See attached as an example.

T-Mobile internet service "drifting"

Hi, I’ve had t-mobile internet for a week and several times I have had to call HULU because the internet was showing I was in another state. Has anyone else had this issue? I was told by the rep at Hulu that T mobile  internet has a way of “drifting” showing a location that is incorrect and making Hulu think someone else is using my account. If this happens all the time, I can’t keep Tmolbile internet.

Iphone goes to voice mail with Tmobile home internet

I installed T mobile wireless home internet and now my phone goes stright to voice mail or loses connection and I have to turn airplane on and off to get it back.  Works fine on att internet.

T-Mobile home internet 5 G Gateway

Our 5 g gateway was working fine for few month. It’s been more than a week we can’t get any of the home devices connected to the internet. I had to restart the gateway several time a day for us to get connected. It works for few minutes or hours then it gets disconnected. The gateway shows that it’s connected to the internet but none of the devices can access the internet. Any suggestions?

why is T-Mobile’s Wi-Fi and Internet not working for six months

I need to know why t-Mobile’s Internet has not been working for six months  there’s signal.  I already had Google meshes and eero’s. I tried both of those extenders and they still don’t work. I believe that T-Mobile really does not have Internet.  I don’t understand why I can’t get any real answers on what’s going on in my home  I need somebody to explain what’s going on in my home

Stop SMS on my Gateway FAST 5688W

I am getting via the device SMS spam and I am sure phishing, as well as unwanted marketing messages.  It is very annoying especially because nearly every message takes two pages.  So deleting is quite a chore, there is no way to delete all at once.   I have called tech support and they told me they can stop marketing and spam messages.  It did stop, for a day.  So I do not think T-Mobile can stop or totally stop SMS messages they way they have it now.So why do we need SMS messages on our device anyway?  If T-Mobile wants to reach us they can send an email or text to our cell phones.  Does anyone know how to stop SMS going to our Gateway devices?

Computer Speed Not Good on Ethernet Cable

I just got the T mobile Home Internet a couple of days ago.  Fast 5688W model.  The speeds on wi-fi are very good for me.  I just got 33.8 on my cell phone speed test thru T Mobile and 1.38 on my desktop hooked up to my internet provider.  Yes those are my numbers.  I moved my ethernet cable from my modem to my T Mobile tower and checked my speed and only got 1.98.  I was expecting to get much better.  I called the T Mobile store yesterday and talked to one of the salesmen and he said it didn’t know what would cause that.  I would sure appreciate any suggestions.  The area we live in has terrible internet service and there are no plans to improve it.  They will not even hook up a new customer on my road.  Thanks in advance for any help.

Horrible speeds with home internet

Anyone one else having consistent issues at a certain time of day with the home internet service? It worked great for awhile, and seemed to be a great value but I’m not so sure anymore. I’m about ready to find another more reliable provider even if it costs a little more each month.

HELP needs my internet keeps going out and tech support can do nothing about it

Hi, I moved into a retirement community in Tucson that’s mostly Mobile homes that aren’t mobile. I can see the tower right out my window, the TV’s say the signal is excellent and the Gateway says its good but the internet keeps dropping usually around the same time every day and it’s really annoying. Is there another modem/router I could buy that would help the dropping? Or anything else I could try? Is it because I live in a mobile home? I also have to go outside if I want to send my daughter $ from my phone. I really need some help!

My home internet keeps turning off is there a fix in progress for this or did I just waste my money.every few minutes the box says powering on and sure enough the Wi-Fi on my phone is gone then I have to set everything back up again it’s beginning to be a pain

Hello.  I’d like to connect my 5G gateway to my existing Google Wi-Fi mesh router system to improve the signal strength around my entire house.  Can the  Arcadyan gateway be set up for bridge mode to allow it to feed the Google router via ethernet?

How to change IP address subnet?

I need to change the IP subnet address and remove the DHCP server. I cannot use the 192.168.12.x it is using, nor can I have a DHCP server handing those IPs out. How do I access the configuration?  Thanks,David

is port forwarding enabled?

It seems to me that the T-Mobile gateway (I have the 5G black square box model KVD21) does not allow for any kind of dhcp modifications but most importantly does not allow for Port forwarding.I have several ports from the outside world that I need to forward to one of my internal PCs. It does not seem like the gateway automatically forwards these ports on to my local router (using ethernet WAN to connect to my router).To me this is a massive oversight in T-Mobile's home internet rollout. Advanced users need the flexibility to set up their home network however they need to. At the very least I would have hoped that the gateway could just forward on all the traffic to my router and at my router handle it.If T-Mobile doesn't come out with a solution soon, then I am thinking it's a deal breaker and I have to cancel their service and go back to cable :(
