Helli! I am trying to manage my connected devices thru the t-mobile internet app. There is a pop up stating that the device isnt responding, and if it continues to show the pop up, to restart the device. I have dont this many times, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app itself. We have the grey cylindrical wifi device. Anyone having similar issues?
I used to have my TMobile bill on auto-pay via my credit card. With no explanation, I was told I couldn't use my credit card, I had to use my debit card. Now, why would any fool give access to their checking account to a company to debit whenever they felt like it?

So I bought a T-Mobile Internet device and it was stolen when my husband passed away. I am now being told that it doesn't matter that I told them as soon as I found out because unless I return the property I will be charged $300!!! I have been a loyal customer even got some people on with them but now I am pissed.
Around December 2022 or January 2023 I cancelled my Home Internet service and promptly returned my equipment to a T-Mobile store to avoid any charges. However, in June 2023 I started receiving calls and letters from a debt collector claiming that I owed about $380 to T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile 2 times and was reassured that I did not owe anything and I was suggested to disregard the collector 's calls because they were probably attempting to scam me. On August 14, I contacted T-Mobile again and finally found out that even though it was indicated in the system that I returned my Home Internet equipment on time, someone at T-Mobile made a mistake and sent me to collection claiming that the Internet home equipment had not been received. The associate I spoke to the 3rd time opened a ticket so my profile could be updated removing the erroneous balance. The very next day, August 15, I called T-Mobile again asking for something in writing that I could send to the debt collector to prove tha
I currently have the Z flip 3 and wanted to upgrade to he flip 5, Tmobile had a promotion available for Magenta Max (which is the plan that I have). This promotion was allowing me to upgrade my phone, I called the representative and she said that for that offer to work I would have to pay off my current device which had 2 payments left, so I payed the amount, and she said to call tomorrow and that I should be able to upgrade. I called today and the representative told me that I still had an installment due before I'm able to upgrade my device, mind you I had already received an email and pdf stating that my device was payed off, I asked for the amount and the total would only be justified if it was for my watch. I've had issues with them before, the representative that helped me purchasing my phone said that the watch device would be free of charge if I enrolled in their Magenta Max plan and got a line for it, I did just that and noticed that they had been charging me for the device mo
I’ve been unable to get mobile tethering through laptop to play/connect to online games. I also tried to connect to my home VPN using tethering and that’s being blocked by T-Mobile as well. Anybody have any fixes for this or is it time for me to jump ship to a better carrier? I pay a lot for the additional Hotspot data, and if I can’t use it to connect to the VPN for work or for gaming, then what is the point of having hotspot?
I am currently with Fios and have their Gig Connection but never reach those speeds due to my home WIFI system being a few years old but still pull 200 MBPS.My question is can I connect T-Mobile’s system to my home Wifi? As my house is older made of solid stone and brick so a traditional one station broadcasting will not work due to the thickness of my walls. As well, are there any data limits? We watch a lot of streaming and for work I move around large files to and from my office server. I do not want to be working and then slowed down.
I have a good T-Mobile data plan on my Samsung Galaxy phone. There are times when I want to tether my laptop to the phone. On my phone I get download speeds of about 35 Mbits/Sec. But when I use a cordless method to tether laptop to phone then (on the laptop) I get intolerable download speeds of about 0.29 Mbits/Sec. And if I use a USB-C cable then I get download speed of about 0.30 Mbits/Sec. Why is this so intolerably slow? Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, Android 13HP Laptop 17-cn2063cl, Ubuntu 22
Hi! I have a smart wifi scale. It works perfectly if I have my own router. It never works on company-provided modem/router combo devices. The info I was given by the manufacturer is that I need to whitelist 2 URLs on my gateway to set it up then I believe the scale will talk only to my phone over my local network. How can I do that? I see no such settings in the TMo internet app, FAQs, etc. Almost all of the whitelisting posts deal on this forum are issues with VPNs, email-to-text or sending business-related SMS messages. I just want my scale to work again. Thanks!
