A duplicate text sent to an unknown number

Yesterday, I sent my wife a text message, basically saying tell off your coworker. Within a minute, I received a message from an unknown number, just saying “?”. Thinking it a scam message, I did some gentle poking. As it turns out, this is a real person who received a message from me telling them to tell off their coworker. Attached are the original message I sent my wife, as well as my conversation with this unknown number, in sequential order.I have never seen this number before, I did not add it to a new message, I did not CC or BCC it, and it has not received any other texts from my conversation with my wife. Why did this happen, how many times has it happened to myself or others that we are not aware of, and how will T-mobile handle this issue so it will not happen again?Android, Galaxy S22 Ultra

Certain devices got kicked off T-mobile Home Internet

I got several devices connected to my T-mobile home wifi. Only two of them got kicked off WIFI and it happened multiple times. Always that two devices and all other devices are completely fine. These two are android phones but other android devices have no problem. After they got kicked off, it says wrong wifi password when I tried to re-connect. Every time I had to unplug and replug the gateway to have them reconnected. Anyone has the same issue and how to solve it?

T-Mobile newest 5g gateway

Just want to help out fellow T-Mobile home internet usersif you have trouble connecting the factory settings are set to aes2 & 3 switch it to just aes &2 or whatever those letters are for the security partafter I did that then the Xbox connectedim getting over 450mb speeds during the day and 7 upload but after 8pm some reason it slows to around 120mb

password recognition

The password listed on my unit is rejected by two units when entered. I did find 4 messages addressed to someone else. Is there a way to be sure someone hasn’t changed the password?

Home internet wifi constantly dropping signal

I signed up for residential internet last week and set up the gateway last Thursday. Friday was a slow work day, but I did not notice any problems. Over the weekend streamed movies and shows without issue. This morning I started work at 8:30 am. It is now 11:15 am and the WiFi signal has dropped 9 times. It is impossible to get any work done. Have reset the gateway, no change. Having some big regrets. Wondering if I should try connecting to a router before I give up (or get fired).

I get about 3x download and upload with tmobile, I used to have spectrum I would get 100-150 download and 10-20 upload and now I have around 300-400 download and 70-90 upload but now my latency/ping is around 60-90 ping instead on spectrum I would get around 10-20 ping/latency I wonder why or how that could happen or how I could fix our tmobile router for better ping

No service and still paying

How can this provider continue to shut down service at 2200 and remain off untill 0600 every night and bill for a month service. If they are only going to provide half the service they offer why should customers pay monthly. Either cut the bill in half or bill every other month. It is illegal to steal in the United States. Stealing is exactly what is happening when you take money for something you are not providing. Do you understand tort lawsuits and criminal proceedings?

New user trying to hook two TV’s up to the t-Mobile Internet router.   I live in the Youngstown, OH local area but I get connected to the “Cleveland” location and therefore get local Cleveland stations.  Becomes an issue for news and weather    Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thx

price charged not what was quoted for home internet!

I began to switch service and went to the website for home internet.  I started a chat to inquire about recent price change from $50 to $60 per month that happened a little over a month earlier.  I explained I had a flyer sent by mail from a month or so old showed the $50 price and asked if they would honor that.  They said they would honor it and got me set up.  They said to have anyone refer to the chat if there were any future issues about pricing.  Well, I just got my first bill and it’s $65 per month.  I spent an hour on the phone just for them to say they won’t honor it and there is no evidence of that price to honor.  I called a second time and spoke with someone different.  They said some representatives will say incorrect things and they cannot honor it, apologizing.  Umm, I made a huge step and switched my whole network and ALL devices over, which is a task.  I sent my other provider packing.  I feel that’s where they wanted me.  I feel taken advantage of with no care of bein

Does 5G Home Internet Support 5G UC?

Saw in the news today that T-Mobile is massively expanding their 5G Ultra Capacity to 60 million additional people.  That might mean that my area (Escanaba, Michigan) will get an upgrade to UC.  I ordered the 5G Home Internet today hoping that it will support 5G UC.  Does it?  I see that the new modems support N41 5GB UC and C Band, so you’d think it would work.  I am hoping for some incredible speeds.  I currently have Spectrum for $85 monthly that does 300 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up.  Awesome download speeds, pitiful upload speeds.

slow speed tests

Got a new gateway and a new sim card, then had sim card replaced. Speedtest at the TMobile store less than a mile away was over 170. My first speed test at home was over 100 but then every subsequent speed test ranged from 3 to 24. I've restarted the gateway and devices and still get slow speed tests. Without wifi speed test is almost 200, so service in the area is good. Did I get another bad gateway?

After switching from Spectrum to TMobile internet I'have 4 devices -  Epson printer, Google Mini Nest, Sonos Beam and Sonos Sub Woofer - that are configured for the network but cannot be 'found' by their respective apps.  How do I resolve this?

Weird balance upload and download.

Upload speeds under 10mbps and download up to 400 mbps. While showing only two bars. I do have a personal router which i have to have tor security and camera systems. Whats up??

Where do I send a complaint??? I have been trying to get an issue corrected for MONTHS and just today I spent over 2 hours on the phone to not have it corrected but instead have money taken out of my account!!!  Even when I was told by a SUPERVISOR that she was going to fix it!

PHONE OR NO PHONE? THAT IS MY HOME INTERNET QUESTION

I have T-Mobile home internet and my gateway has a port to plug a home phone into. The customer service agent told me I could plug a home phone into that port and use the phone number of my gateway to make and receive calls, but when I try it, the phone doesn’t work. Can somebody please explain to me why the customer service agent would tell me that?

MiFi to home internrt

I'd like to switch from using a mifi hotspot to tmobile home internet now that it's been made available to me. The mifi is through a friend's tmobile account but still includes device payments. If I make the switch to a new home internet individual account will I be eligible for the 'zero cost to switch' promotion to cover the remaining hotspot device balenance?

Netflix asking to pick new plan, standard with ads is not available

My Netflix just asked me to pick a new plan.If I choose the Std plan with ads (Ie. my current plan) it will not let me Confirm/enter the option.It will only let me choose the $8.50 plan without ads.
