Can Someone tell me if there is an email address for billing support?

My elderly mother tried to cancel service and was not able to get any help at the T-mobile store because she was not in possession of a PIN number. If she ever created one she no longer remembers it. She switched to Xfinity and now she can not access the T-mobile website to use it to cancel because it asks to verify phone number as part of login. I don’t see a way to get in contact with billing support at this time because when I call they will not take a call only refer me to automatic pay over the phone. I would like to send an email canceling service. My mother switch carriers July 10 2023 but is still being billed since then.

I can’t find the paper on how to log in to the website to check the messages and all from the T-Mobile hotspot device or even what the website for it is. Does anyone have the website for me to access it?

Hello! well, I’ve got a T-mobile hotspot and was going to follow the instructions about Web UI & advanced settings. But the problem is that the web site which was provided there is not working, I mean, it seems like it doesn’t exist. So, how can I login to my Web UI home page??

Can't clear the Total Used Data on my Alcatel linkzone2 hotspot

Why cant I clear (reset) the Total Used Data on my hotspot?I get a pop up error message "Can't operate when connecting to network!"That doesn't make sense. If I'm not connected, I won't even be able to reach that page, which is at 192.168.0.1.The hotspot is an Alcatel linkzone 2.

Do I need Google Home if I just want to use the Nest wifi ROUTER with the 5g modem?  Do I have to have google home if I don’t use google home for anything else?  Should I see the router blinking yellow?  How do I know if it’s working?

Ok… here’s what happened. I went in to a T-mobile store here in Seattle last Friday night. I needed a new screen protector. It was a few minutes before closing, but that didn’t seem to be a problem for them. They took my phone out of the case and applied the new screen protector. There was no charge since I have the protection plan. They gave me the phone back. I didn’t inspect it, assuming it was the same but with a new screen protector. I was the last customer, and the only one there besides the two employees that were both helping me. I watched one of them apply the screen protector, remarking how easy they make it look. The other employee remarked, “We do a lot of them “. They gave me the phone back and I left. Not until I was home did I notice they had failed to put the top of the MagSafe Otterbox case on my phone, thus leaving a gap between the phone and the rest of the case. Basically, this left me with a case that didn’t function as designed. I couldn’t go back that night becau

Text messages no longer show "Delivered" or "Read". How to obtain that again.

When sending a text message, the cell phone no longer shows the text was Delivered or Read.  Also, contrary to Internet information, my ex-husband was able to go into my text messages, remotely, and delete several messages!!  How can I protect my text messges from being invaded, remotely?  The police indicate they are unable to help unless my life is in danger.  Certainly, my privacy has been invaded, and I am holding T-Mobile accountable.

5g gateway

I’m trying to connect a Netgear AC750 wifi extender model: EX3700.On the Netgear device there is a WPS button. You should be able to press that then a similar WPS button on the router for them to connect but there isn’t one. Is there a WPS option hidden somewhere?

AGM M8 4G Rugged Flip Phone - will only do texts - no calls in or out

A client had the above phone and it would not do calls in or out.  It is not sold by T-Mobile, but does work on their network.  The OS on the phone is not Android and it is a flip phone.  When she took it back to the store, they had no idea what was wrong.  It you tried to call out, the error code was “OR201FL65”.  After much troubleshooting, a T-Mobile business support tech realized to was on a “text only” plan (typically for deaf people).  He switched it; phone works fine now.  Phones like this are sold on Amazon and elsewhere.  If you get one, watch out for this.

T-Mobile app on Chromebook

Tried to install T-Mobile app on my Chromebook but got message that “this version is not compatible with this device.” I have many Android apps loaded on my Chromebook but can’t load the T-Mobile app. Why? There are hundreds of thousands Chromebook in use these day and for you app not to be compatible with Chrome OS is odd. Or, did I do something wrong? Andrew

Project 10 Million Device Discount

Hello, I got signed up with Project 10 Million and got the hotspot. I know we were also eligible for discounted devices, but I am not able to find any information on how to take advantage of that offer. I got an email stating “Track your usage, manage your account, and purchase up to five discounted devices at t-mo.co/P10M.”But when I go to that link, it just takes me to my account page, with no info on discounted devices.Any advise? 4G security camera

I have a reolink remote camera. T-mobile does not seem to understand my sim card is in a camera up a tree in a remote area. To get information about my minutes or information on how much I have used they want to send it to the phone the sim card is in. I keep telling them its not in a phone! I can pay my bill by adding minutes but have no idea how to log onto T-mobile to see what the usage is. Help anyone?

ANRAN 4g Security Camera

Has anyone ever been able to add this device to the ANRAN app and use it with a T-Mobile Sim card? I have a T-Mobile 500mb data plan and Sim card for security cameras, and have been able to connect to devices from three other manufacturers. But I like the loud siren and some of the other features for this ANRAN camera, and would like to use it. I have verified the MMC, MNC, and APN settings with T-Mobile, but I still can’t not get the camera to connect to the net work. The Arlo camera sold by T-Mobile is too limited and its functionality, and has some terrible reviews. I won’t even bother to demo this camera. Any help would be appreciated.
