On April 1, 2023, I traded in an iPhone 11 for an iPhone 14. I did this through the Apple website because there was a $400 rebate. The Apple rebate was $180 and the T-Mobile rebate was $220, for a total of $400. The $220 was to be applied as a credit to my monthly iPhone 14 bill. Apple paid their $180, but T-Mobile refuses to pay the $220 credit. Their initial excuse was that they did not offer that rebate program. Then, they said that the rebate was only for business customers, so I was not eligible. Today, July 12, 2023, Apple told me that T-Mobile initially accepted the rebate, then rejected it because there were “Missing required carrier fields”. I don’t even know what that means. T-Mobile never told me this over the course of about 15 phone calls to them over 3 months.This is poor customer service to a loyal customer for over 5 years. Hi,we are starting a 6 week road trip in Denver soon. Since we fly in from Europe we don’t have a SIM for the States yet (no eSim possible). I looked into the Prepaid plans and thought maybe an “Unlimited” plan might be the best idea.Where can we buy these at one of the T-mobile stores in Denver even w/o an US Residency? If not which other plan could we use to be available (for calls and especially online) within most of the states?Thanks a lot for your answers.
I purchased a pre-paid line. I filled ou the form on line at the store with the help of a T-Mobile team member, turns out the T-Mobile platform was having issues and took about an hour an a half to get done. The platform would not accept debit or credit card payments, so I had to pay for it at the store (no problem) however, I was charged twice.The first time, I made the payment and the person at T-Mobile was kicked out of the screen, so he asked me to pay again, In my credit card statement, there are two charges, and they will no refund me because they say they do not do refunds, although, it was not my fault that the platform was not working appropiately. I am on a trip from work and don’t have time to spend hours at the store, they said they would call me back, they have not done it.I find it disrespectful to tell the customer that was charged 28..60 USD twice that there are no refunds. Do they have same priority as Go5G, 5GPlus or they are deprioritized same way as Essential plan? Thinking about switching to Mint if the priority access is the same since they have better prices and actually useable app for prepaid!
I was on a chat with T-Mobile for over an hour trying to order their home internet. I was asked to provide my home address at the VERY BEGINNING of the chat. Well, after over 55 minutes where the agent was seemingly processing my order, I was informed that home internet was not available at my address, but I could get this LTE 100 MPS Internet “Lite” instead. I said absolutely not and told them that this has been a total waste of my time and amounted to nothing less than bait and switch by T-Mobile. The chat person said sorry and was there anything else they could do for me. I said yes. Give me the contact information to whomever I can complain to. After another, believe me, five minutes I was provided an address and fax number to complain to and told there was no number to call. Unbelievable! If anyone can share with me a number I can call to, I can complain I would appreciate it.
what a joke now you guys making us use bank info to pay my bills now.and It's been 7 years and still can't change or even order on your website and app.and you guys also missing up people's bills all the time.bad idea and bad move for T- mobile i never missed a payment for 7 years and I'm always getting my bills missed up.and t mobile Cheaps out on customer service’getting people from the Philippines they are very uneducated.not to be mean.i have to call 4 or more times to get things fixed on my account.i can go on and on.if my location had another network ill be gone LOL
I went to a retail store to sign up for 5G Home Internet and was okay with the normal what are the last four of your ssn. But, after getting into process a little deeper I was asked for first five of my ssn. I questioned the agent and he said this is T-Mobile policy. So, after photographing my license and having my complete ssn, I feel like I’ve been setup for the possibility of a major breach.
Hello,On a family plan, is it possible to turn cell service on/off on, say, a daily schedule for a member without having to install anything at all on the member’s device? Verizon has that feature: I can turn on/off my kids cell service on a schedule from an app on my phone without ever having to install anything on their phones - no cell phone service after 10pm on school days! I am cancelling my account with T-Mobile, due to terrible Internet speeds. This is the only Internet system I have ever used where the download speed is lower than the upload speed.Anyway, I got an email telling me that a return label was attached. None was attached. I went to the T-Mobile store and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me because I didn’t have the return label. I called customer service, and they told me I had to work with the store to get the label.So, now what? The email tells me that I have 45 days to return their equipment.
I spoke with agent to switch my phone plan and he offered me free Apple Watch deal. After I agreed, he told me that it was 50% off. I was indecisive but since the value of Apple Watch was about $250 online, I agreed to purchase it and add $5 monthly charge for Apple Watch. I confirmed with him 3 times that it will be adjusted in the invoice. However, after 6 months, I’m still charged full price. I called t mobile about this issue two times and agent says they will fix it. I don’t know if it was scam or what’s going on here.
Any way to login to Scam Shield settings so I can edit scam-likely phone numbers from my laptop or PC? I know that Scam Shield goes through a server because it doesn’t work unless the data is turned on for a phone. Scammers go through WhatsApp and can only turn that off by limiting data and WiFi.
Hello there!My wife is facing problems when activating her eSim for T-Mobile US Prepaid.She already chose a plan, payed, the new phone number was successfully set up but now (since 12h) she’s still in the process of “Activating”. I did the same and after waiting some minutes in the “Activating” process all went fine.What shod we do now? We’re currently located in Germany and will travel to US soon;I’ve activated using WIFI + Vodafone (as local operator), she tried with WIFI + O2-DE (as local operator); I’m not sure if/how cell towers differs to allow mine to succeed and hers to fail. I’ve read here and there that there might be a way to get a QR code to re-initialise the process, but I have no idea how/where to get it. Please let me know, any kind of support is much appreciated, thank you :)
So yeah T-Mobile switched everything over so I now have to pay my bill through T-Mobile. I was still paying off my phone and it shows I'm still paying the lease but does not show how much is still owed. How am I suppose to know what's left to pay if I can no longer access my Sprint account and you didn't transfer over the lease?
I have been a customer since 2017. I have been on auto bill and had no issues. Till we adding the internet. This is the worst spottiest internet I have ever had, slow, never had a high speed, and if you have more than 4 devices one of them is being slowed heavily. We're switching to Mint Mobile now, it's been the most painful process because how hard TMobile is making it to just transfer my number!! I've been waiting for the transfer for 5 hours now, been in the 'live chat' for a few hours, and can now say I've been on hold for an hour now!!! This is ridiculous. Please, please release my number or help me at all? I'm so done with this company. I had no idea it'd be this hard for them to simply release my number.Glad to see you love and care of customers so much too. Great way to be treated just on hold.... With this terrible sound quality.
