My husband and I both have these phones now and it's happening with both of them. Scenario: My phone is sitting on my desk (not in my hand), on speaker and I am having a conversation. Then, the other person can't hear me (as if it was on mute)...the mute is actually not enabled but the only way for them to again hear me is for me to take it off speaker. This is very frustrating and the fact it's happened to both of us is making me wonder if there's a setting issue or it's just a problem with these models.

hhello there! t Mobile used to be a great company, what happened?here is my story, they have been advertising how great their network upgrades have improved service. Well I tried the T MOBILE TEST DRIVE for 30 days, it worked well. I had coverage everywhere I went with my other phone, won’t name carrier but it wasn’t Verizon, (gsm) I still was not convinced, so then I tried another 3rd party service that uses t-mobile network for2months, it worked great. I was now becoming confident T-Mobile would work for me. I called t-mobile sales and was told that at my residence would have great service with super fast internet (data). Long story short we switched to t mobile. I had marginal service with my Android phone, but my wife’s iPhone worked somewhat better. I tried 2different Android phones, now a galaxys10, it has gotten worse and worse. now T mobile says that I won’t have good coverage, they have not done anything about it. Now every time I call for support I get transferred to an overs
I'm Curious on what the status is for these LG V30 phones for 5g access.I purchased three of them and specifically told and sold as 5g capable.All the news articles and comments from Tmobile back from 2017 stated these were 5g capable as sold as such.still waiting on when these will have access to 5g as they were sold to me as.Thanks

My address is xxxxxxxxxxx, 90010. I've been complaining that i get really slow data speed with 1 or 2 bars most of the time. I can't even streaming Pandora or Apple music. I can sometimes watch Youtube with144p Lowest picture quality. if i try 240p or 360p, then it starts buffer like crazy. I asked this to a Tmobile Rep before, then she told me i should switch to a different carrier. I guess i should do that. tmobile can't keep up with other carriers i believe. All of my other colleagues who uses Verizon have the fastest data speed of around 10 to 20 mbps. Sprint and AT&T get about 5 to 10 mbps. and guess what? my T-mobile gets , i don't know because, i can't even run a speedtest since the data speed is too slow to test. must be less than .50 mpbs. Many times i can't even open webpages. I use Iphone 11 pro and Samsung note 8. they both have the same problem. I am seriously thinking about switching to a different carrier. There's nothing you can do about this?
I sometimes have 5G at home, but it goes away after an hour or so. I get it more often upstairs, but it has happened all over the house. I understand why it comes and goes when I'm in the car, but I can't understand why it would be inconstant when I'm stationary.
I have a pending rate plan or service change in in my account history that I have no idea about. I didn’t request a service change so what reason is one there? I There’s no details or nothing just that it’s pending. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

How many lines/devices can I have on my Magenta plan? What exactly counts as a line? Phone, iPad, Hotspot, etc. Example, I currently have 14 "lines". I have 10 phones, 3 iPads, and a Hotspot. How many can I have, and in what combination?Can I add any more voice lines? What about iPads, hotspots, or watches? I am just trying to understand my options. Howdy folks,I spent quite a bit of time recently with a support tech on the phone about this. A very nice person, and was very patient and friendly. Unfortunately, no success. The conclusion was that it was maybe this particular cell? I have confirmed it is not. I think my use case is probably beyond his technical skill. Reset network settings, he pushed an update, multiple restarts, yadda yadda. I need to maintain at least 3 mbps upload for a live stream that is part of my job. I have five bars of LTE at two separate test locations. On the phone itself, Ookla Speedtest reports 6mbps upload. When tethered to a laptop, I barely can hit half a meg upload. The results are suspiciously consistant. This has been tested in multiple locations, and on two different phones. I did notice a lot of similar threads, and after reading quite a few, I saw no clear answer. It's obviously specific to tethering. My concern is that it's being limited. I finally decided to try out the testdrive. I inserted the sim and charged it i get green signal. When i connect to the hotspot i get a popup i click lets go and nothing happens. Help please
Anyone using t-mobile Virtual Server and having it work? I tried even the basic settings and I can't get it to work. T-mobile says the feature is unsupported....but was curious if that means it just doesn't work.Right now I have it set to point to a simple www hello world just to get it to see if It will display anything.
Hi,I'm unable to talk on the phone right now, due to a throat operation. I need to chat with somebody why my phone number is still being charged full, even though the line was suspended by me.Can you please contact me via email? Or tell me an option to chat with you via text? If that is not possible, I will have to terminate my service. (I'm currently out of the country and am not even using it, yet getting charged for it every month and due to a screw up on your side, my phone should have been suspended and paused months ago, this is costing me a lot of money)Please do not suggest that I use a phone number to call in or have somebody call on my behalf, I don't have anybody that can call for me and it feels insulting to my condition.Please contact me here or better on to discuss this further.It is really frustrating to not get support.
I continue to get texts to one certain person and I'm certain it is the person who previously owned the number associated with my Tablet. It's annoying and I'd like to find a way to block/stop these texts. Is there a simple way? Is there an APP? HELP!
