As a new TM customer, do I have to start using the benefits right away?

As a new TM customer, do I have to start using the benefits right away, or could I start them a few weeks or months later?For example, the AppleTV+ benefit… if I wanted to wait until my current subscription ends at the end of the month, would I still be able to sign up and get the full 6-month promo from T-Mobile, or would it only be 5-months since I waited a month to sign up for the benefit?

MLS SEASON PASS

Tmobile has removed the MLS season pass promotion for this year without replacing it with something of equal value. I switched to tmobile for the perks such as sport streaming. I will be cancelling my agreement as soon as possible.  They use promotions to lure people in, then slash them and assume people are too lazy to leave. See ya later, crooks.

Netflix on us - shared? $8.50 vs $15.49

I signed up for the Standard (no ads) on a Go5G PlusWhen I go to benefits, and look at Netflix’s sight - it shows I should be charged $8.50On my accounts overview I see $15.49 under Netflix as a shared add-on I only want Netflix for my primary line, and I only want to pay $8.50 Anyone else have this issue?

Now we get the "benefit" of watching Netflix ads? great...

Got the notification that Netflix plans will change at the end of the month with many new great “features” like advertisements. No thanks. I'd rather give less money to T-Mobile and get no Netflix.

Rec'd the 01/04/24 text announcement that Free Hulu was coming on Jan 25th and a second text 01/26/26 with the link to add it. The link didn't work. Called & they sent another link that didn't work! Was told I didn't qualify. When I sent them a copy of the terms, see below, which states needing to have 2 Go5G Plus OR 2 Magenta Max. We have 2 Magenta Max plans but they're M.M. 55 plans so according to cust service, I  don't qualify.Why do they send a text to add Hulu if it doesn't even apply? SOOO DISAPPOINTING! On top of that, when I followed the first link, it signed me up for a paid Hulu subscription and I had to call and cancel! T-Mobile, get your act together!

Hulu On Us - Not working

Anyone else receiving the same message when trying to get Hulu subscription (Sorry, it appears your account is ineligible for this promotion. Your denial reason is: Looks like your current rate plan is not eligible for this promotion. For help, dial 611 from your handset or call 1-800-937-8997)? I've been trying and called, they said available after mid February.

No Free Lunch

Do people really think the T-Mobile streaming benefits are FREE? They are built into the price of your monthly service, and if you like that particular service, great. But now that Netflix had downgraded its plans to include advertising, and more importantly, to lock out certain movies and shows on the Standard w/ads plan, why won’t T-Mobile give us a credit for the $6.99 cost we’ve been paying all along, so we can use that to get HBO, or one of the other services we like better? Otherwise, I will be switching providers to the one that installed a 5G tower next to my house and offers a bundled 5G internet and two line wireless deal that leaves a lot of money in my pocket.

Netflix on us issue

We have just started the "Netflix on us". We had originally paid for our service Netflix without any issues. NOW!?! Well, the service is less than stellar. Most of the time it won't even show the "menu". When it finally decides to work it buffers so long it will time out. So, try again (not an internet issue) now it will be pixelated. So, then call T-mobile about said issue. Was told there should be nothing wrong. No help there, we have been withT-mobile for years, and no customer service issues. Yet, issue still exists. So we then do hard start of our internet and device we are watching, trying to watch Netflix on, still have the issue. We know it's not our device. We know it's not our internet. As we have absolutely no issues streaming anything else. No issues with Netflix prior to the "Netflix on us". Only having issues with the "Netflix on us". Needless to say, I am asking here because T-mobile support has been less than stellar with their customer service.Soo, besides going back t

Transferring Pandora Premium to another account

I just signed up for Pandora Premium, but I would like to transfer this benefit to a different Pandora account I have set up.  Does anyone know how to do this?  I reached out to Pandora for support, but they said it’s a T-Mobile matter.

Hulu on us?

I received the text saying coming soon Hulu on us. Here it is February 11th and nothing.  I went into the Tmobile hub and it's not even listed.  I have the  Magenta plan and was told it's free. Instead I'm now getting charged $10.20 additional starting this month for Netflix! Am I doing something wrong?

I spent about 45 minutes today on the phone with a very nice lady, Nelsa, from TMobile regarding my current problem.  Netflix will no longer let me watch ANYTHING!  She tried to  help me troubleshoot but it did not work.  She then referred me to NETFLIX.  Netflix stated that my TV model would not accept the new changes the plan has and i would have to PAY in order to view NETFLIX!  If T-mobile is offering this to its customers, they need to know NETFLIX has a scam going on.  They want us to pay now that Tmobile is changing things.  This is very frustating.  What can i do?  HELP

Netflix benefit internationally

As we are about internationally Netflix always worked (as our T-mobile benefit).  It may have restricted some access, but it worked.Since the change to ‘with-ads’ we not longer can watch anything.  (Not available in your location.)Any solutions?TIA!

netflix update

Adding 2 screens, 1080p streaming but with ads is a major downgrade from 1 screen, 720p without ads. Adding ads makes it a complete worthless benefit because I won’t use it. So t-mobile is just actively making their service worse.

Change to Plan

So T-mobile has unilaterally changed the bundled benefit of Netflix e.g. now includes ads.  This reduces the value of the this benefit … so will T-Mobile reduce my/our monthly fee?I doubt it - this reduces the value of the entire T-mobile plan.  May need to examine alternatives

Netflix as our agreed Ad-on.

When my husband and I signed on to T-Mobile just last year, the deal was to have Netflix as our add-on and COVERED. We do pay to have an extra TV on it, but the overall subscription was paid.  Now we received a message that we will need to pay, and they have changed it to Hulu.  NOT COOL.  We want what was part of our “deal” when we switched to T-Mobile.  Not sure how to negotiate that with them.  Not happy at all.

Has anyone talked to T-Mobile to see if we have the option to keep our plan with no ads and just get the “credit” from T-Mobile On Us? I will gladly pay the difference not to deal with ads on Netflix.
