On February I have moved to another location to where I had movers to help me move my stuff to a new location. During the move I've always make sure that all my electronics are the first to come out. I had the 4G wireless router by T-Mobile pack in its own box and it also had ethernet chords still attached to it. During the move wish I had help because I am disabled and I tried my best to make sure that everything less secure and ready for the the movers so they will be able to just get the boxes and loaded on the truck. As I get to my new place they start to unpack what's is my electronics my TV my PlayStation the wireless router get it set up but I noticed that the Wireless router was missing. I looked everywhere for it open every box but I couldn't find it. So I remembered the movers were asking me about the wireless router and I told them that it was just like having your cell phone with the internet and you don't need to do nothing but turn it on. So but I couldn't find it the fir
I signed up for the free MLB.TV via T-Mobile. I’ve done it the past two - three years. I was able to watch one single game yesterday during opening day and since have been blocked from viewing in content. Etieher through my phone, computer, PS4 as well as an Amazon Fire stick. Each time I go to open a game, it says either “Video Error - try again later” or I get a message that says I don’t have access to the content. Anyone else having this same issue?
All of my computers and devices connected to the gateway think or report their location is in Minneapolis Minnesota. I live in Illinois. I cant access the illinois lottery web sit to purchase tickets. All commercials on IHEART Radio, Paramount and AppleTV have local Minneapolis MN businesses. This also occurs on my phone unless I’m connected to a non TMOBILE network.Other than the above I like the service and would like to continue, Any Ideas?
I have a different problem with Paramount. We have our free subscription and are watching a series. However, when it plays a commercial and the commercial is done, it hangs,... Just keeps spinning. The only way we have been able to get by it is to back all the way out and resume. However, this doesn’t work consistently. Also, the problem doesn’t occur with every commercial. It is random but has gotten so frequent it makes watching almost impossible.
Philo costs $25 per month. I signed up for Philo through the T-Mobile discount offering $10 off per month for 12 months of the service, but I am being billed $16.98 per month. I’m not a math wizard, but that seems more like 8 bucks off, not 10. Am I missing something?
