Which Tmobile plans offer Netflix?

I saw some T-Mobile plans come with Netflix free. But which plans offer the Netflix? I could not find a list of all plans Netflix is provided.

I already had Netflix Premium when I came to T-Mobile.  How would I change over to the T-Mobile offer for the Premium Netflix?  If I change over would I loose all the settings I already have in the account?

setting up Netflix Basic

Hi, thanks in advance.  I just switched us to a two line Go 55 account which qualifies us for free Netflix Basic.  I have Netflix “activated” in our T-Mobile account.  I have an existing Netflix account which I haven’t used in a year.  Neflix recognizes me, but it asks me to sign up for one of their paid accounts and doesn’t have an option to choose T-Mobile Basic at login.  Do I have to pick a paid plan and add my credit card?  If so, will I be able to switch that afterwards to the T-Mobile Basic account.  I’ve been on the T-Mobile support site and can’t find this specific information.

Support says I have to have an apple phone in order to get the apple TV on us promotion.The website doesn't say that. But I don't get the text verification code to start the process.Somewhere in the fine print says I have to have iTunes apple media services account. I even have an iPhone that doesn't have a number, but support says they have to activate it.sounds like bs

Philo Promotion?

I plan on dumping Comcast because they are too expensive. Does anyone know when the Philo promotion will be back? The CSR told me it would restart on August 1, 2023 but when I click on the link he gave me I just get a spinning wheel.

Netflix Basic? Go5G Plus

I just signed up with T-Mobile and have the Go5G Plus (1 line). Promo says includes Netflix Basic (1 screen, 9.99 value). Following the prompts, when I go to Netflix, Basic is not an option. I have read it was discontinued but still available for T-Mobile. The other options are ad supported (6.99) and Standard (15.49). I didn’t have a Netflix account previously and it doesn’t seem to show that it is connected to my Netflix account in spite adding it on my T-Mobile account. Any suggestions?

Got an email from Tidal that Sprint/T-mobile is no longer covering the service.  Have not received a text from T-mobile on replacement?

I activated the Apple TV on us offer but I already paid for a year

I bought an annual subscription for Apple TV in March 2023.  i moved my cell phone service to TMobile in August 2023 and activated the free three months.  It looks like it worked and TMobile found my Apple TV account but how do I get the credit for three months ?  Or will my subscription be extended for 3 months ? Thanks.

Won't let me cancel Paramount+

Website won’t let me cancel Paramount +.  Is this even possible on the T Mobile website??  Followed suggestions I saw on line and all suggestions take you to manage add ons which comes up blank on the website.

Netflix Suspended after changing payment method

I recently downgraded my Netflix from Premium to Standard and Netflix said I had to inform TMobile.  At the very same time, I was notified I could no longer use a credit card as my payment method. So I changed my payment method with TMobile and also informed them that I was changing to Standard Netflix.  Now my Netflix account suspended telling me I need to give THEM a new payment method. When I call Netflix, they tell me I pay through TMobile so I need to call THEM about this problem. I was on the phone with a very friendly customer service rep for 30 minutes and she said she fixed it.  I turned on Netflix last night and it still told me my account was on hold.  Today there is a 60 minute wait for customer service and no way to email.  What do I do?

Can't get Netflix Promotion - Account "Mismatch"?

I can’t get the Netflix promotion, even though I have Go5G Plus.  I think there is something wrong with my account such that it displays that I have Go5G Plus on my account page (see screenshot 1) and when I click on my account, it shows that I have Netflix as a promotion (see screenshot 2).  However, when I click on the Netflix promotion line, I get a screen that says “Oops….your rate plan is not eligible for this benefit….” (see screenshot 3).  When I click on View my plan, it says I have the 5G Home Internet Plan (see screenshot 4).I think this may be related to the fact that I first signed up with T-Mobile for the home internet and then added on my phones later.Anyway, I’ve tried calling tech support and also going to the store, but no luck.  I did have a problem with my voicemail, which was fixed, and I am grateful for that, but there is still this issue and I wanted to try this way and put in the screenshots so that people can see what is going on that might know how to fix it.I

Paramount+ stopped streaming on Samsung TV

Paramount+ was working well on Samsung TV, but all of a sudden every time we try to access Paramount+ an error code is received.  Have done the standard reboot of television and rebooting the router.  Problem still occurs.

MLB TV doesnt work through 5g home internet

Trying to watch baseball games and they won't load when I'm connected to the tmobile 5g home internet. Works fine on my other wifi connection (I am testing the home internet device, so I still have both) and on my actual mobile network, but throws an error if I am connected to the 5g home internet network.  I have tried on my phone, laptop, and firetv stick...all act the same. Can anyone help?

My daughter shared her Netflix account with me.  (Netflix no longer working since 5/23/23).I am new to TMobile and want to get my free Netflix on my smart TV.   Not tech savvy,please instruct what to do in simple terms.  Thank you.

View Apple TV on my android TV

Got my Apple TV activated via my android phone. When attempting to sign in on my android TV it requests me to scan the code etc. I merely would like to view the videos and such. How though??

Amazon Firestick is Choppy. Not streaming smoothly

Perhaps I originally posted this in the wrong group.  so, I’m posting once more in here in the Streaming discussion.All my devices work well with the T-Mobile home Internet.However, my Amazon Firestick, running Amazon Prime Video, is choppy.  Audio and video do not sync up. Streaming starts and stops.  Other services appear to work well through the Firestick (Netflix, YouTube, etc.).  Although, there is sometimes a delay in moving through menus Streaming Amazon Prime Video on my laptop is not a problem at all.  Streaming on tablets is not a problem at all.  Amazon Prime Video only seems to have a problem when streaming through my Amazon Firestick.

Apple TV + Streaming

Apple TV+ streaming is active on my T-Mobile account. When I go to stream Apple TV+ on my smart TV the T-mobile service has not been activated. Apple TV+ subscription is asking for payment and there is nothing about T-Mobile paying the subscription. Anyone know a solution?

getting mlb on my roku

redeemed the free offer . works fine on my phone. tried to use it on my roku. downloaded the Mlb site on the roku. tried to log in. site said it didnt recognize the user name or password I set up on mlb tv when I set up the offer
