Attempted legally to setup service at Southside store in Des Moines Iowa. Customer service representative said someone is using my SS# for phone service currently. How can we get this service cancelled and investigated?

I can't log in to my T-Mobile account

There is a new T-Mobile line with E-sim.I paired my number with my account, but it gets stuck on the screen in the picture. I can't look at any settings related to my account. How to Remove or Reinstate 2FA Google Authenticator

I am a prepaid plan user and set up a 2FA method through Google Authenticator (GA) when registering my T-Mobile account. As setting up, I received an email stating:"If you didn't make this change or want to remove this feature, please visit us here. If you have additional questions, please visit us here to message or contact Customer Care."I thought I could get help from T-Mobile if I encountered any problems with this 2FA method.Unfortunately, I lost the device that stored my Google Authenticator codes, and I don't have a backup. I want to remove or reset the GA method tied to my account. I've contacted several customer service representatives about this issue, but none have been able to help.Although I can log in to my account using a different two-factor authentication method, such as SMS, I still want to remove or reinstall the Google Authenticator method. This is because if someone gets access to my lost device, they could potentially use the GA method to sign in to my account.I h

Area Code Format

This is just a very small thing that I have noticed. T-Mobile is a phone company and the phone numbers are formatted like (xxx) xxx-xxxx. This is a very old format and is a bit misleading because in most cases the area code is not optional. Have you considered making the format in a more current state like xxx-xxx-xxxx or xxx.xxx.xxxx ?

Unable to add new line to my Magenta MAX Military account.

Hello,I am unable to add a new line to my Magenta MAX Military account.I am able to choose to bring my own device and choose to add a new SIM card, but when I get to the part about choosing to add it to my T-Mobile account, it will not let me progress any further.I have tried different browsers, on mobile and PC as well as rebooting my browser. I’ve even tried different times of day, just incase T-Mobile was experiencing network congestion. Nothing has worked. This has been going on for two days. Edit: I just tried clearing my browser cache, that did not work either. Just adding a bit more information. I tried adding it through the account page. I just tried going through the drop down tab for the shop, that did not work either.

I’ve been a long time very loyal tmobil customer! Diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer but losing my battle. Because I live alone it is so important to me that I have a working phone in order to contact emergency services, my drs and my children and grandchildren! I cannot begin to tell you how many times/hours I’ve spent on the phone with T-Mobile “supervisors” in an effort to get them to understand that my phone (iPhone 12 mini) is all but impossible to use from my own house unless I walk outside and find the perfect spot to make a call! Because my treatments (chemo and radiation both) I’m no longer able to work so money for me is very much an issue with zero income. Countless times I’ve explained this situation to tmobil supervisors and multiple times I’ve been assured that they were there to help me “a valued customer” however still my phone has connection issues from home and still my phone bill is “Astronomical” ($400+) this month even though I let them talk me into re connec

WHO ELSE WAS SCAMMED ON REBATE CARD?

I switched to TMobile in October, especially because of the $150 rebate card. Since then, I have had to call TMobile a dozen times, I’ve had a dozen chats. . .AND STILL NO REBATE CARD. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau this morning after ANOTHER chat yesterday promised to call me and “get this taken care of” because “it’s not like TMobile.” Surprise surprise. . . no phone call. No rebate card. I assume that there a lot of people out there who never received their card, especially those unwilling to try and contact TMobile two dozen times in order to do so. WHO ELSE HAS GONE THROUGH THIS?

Unable to view billing details

This is really pissing me off. I’m extremely upset that this matter is not resolved. I’ve been experiencing this issue all week. I called 2 days ago and was told that my issue was logged and someone would get back to me and no one ever did. I need to see my billing details. Why can’t they get this fix. Simply poor customer service .

Short version…. upgraded my daughters phone ,from a Iphone 13 to the 15pro. Told it would take 2 to 3 billing cycle to receive credit on my bill. Started in 12/23. In 01/24 never received shipping label for phone return so called again and was issued an apology and it would be taken care of. Now it is 03/24 nothing . Called today and now being told it has been 45 days and they can not issue any type of refund or credit. Mike P. (#MTCR1652) a supervisor told me may i should sell it to a family member to be compensated. How crazy ….I have been a customer for 8 years and this is there response . I followed the procedure and called back several times. I have never missed a payment and have always enjoyed the service and product...keep in mind it is only about $100. trade in value. Sad …. I wish they never changed from Sprint. It is not about the money completely but also morality and integrity issue !

This is on your FAQ page: The e-mail to text gateway is a legacy system that may eventually be decommissioned in the future.Can you please tell me if there are current plans to decommission this legacy gateway in 2024? Costco $75 gift Card

I ordered my phones in Mid December 2023, and I have not received the 4 Costco gift cards that are part of the promotion. They assured me in January that I would get them, but when I called T-Mobile Customer service there was no record of that offer.
