Current Usage Detail Not Population

Just recent when trying to pull the Current Usage Detail report getting Loading of records has failed. Please try again later.  This has been going on for 3 days now.  Is anyone else not able to retrieve this information?

Terrible website and app.

The website and app are awful and only getting worse. I’m at the verge of changing companies. While there are a lot of perks to having T-mobile (free Wi-Fi on select flights), the cost is no longer worth the terrible service, especially for prepaid customers. You can’t do anything on your own on the website –– not even access a PDF of a bill statement –– and the app is always broken; if only it’d run as well as the T-mobile Tuesday app. You’d think such a large company would have better web developers. My plan, as a prepaid customer, is way too expensive for such terrible service. And please don’t remove complaints as they’re very useful for those considering switching. Fix your tech!

online chat option

This needs to be available all of the time-i cant be on the phone all day because I teach, I just had a payment post that I did not authorize. So now I have to wait for 3 hours before I can call. This big of a business should have the resources available-I did see something that someone posted that says someone is monitoring social media to answer questions? Whether that is true or not-it should be on the site 24/7. Sprint always had the option and was reliable. I have had nothing but skirt after skirt issues with Tmobile.

Incorrect IMEI and phone model on account | pending promo submittal

Anyone have this happen before - the T-mobile website is now showing one of the phones on my account with a completely different imei and model than what I opened the account with. I just submitted a keep and switch promotion 24 hours ago so I'm finding this ...very strange... and I'm hoping this is just a superficial database error that’s not going to effect my keep&switch promotion. I have screenshots of every single page along the way of creating an account, receipts from opening the account, and screenshots of submitting documents so I'm positive I had the correct imei. I will try to get in contact to T-Force tomorrow, if I can get them on the line, but thought I’d try here first.

I cannot buy on Google Play store

I took off buying on my T-Mobile game app and I called T-Mobile to have it put back on and Google Play will notLet me buy they said the issue is with T-Mobile but when I talk to T-Mobile they said that I have no issues on my phone and I should be able to buy can anybody help me

my tmobile account site

For the last week I’ve not been able to log into my my-T-Mobile (prepaid) account . I will use credentials it will try to proceed to dashboard but keep spinning. Am I the only one?? This is a huge issue as I can’t see any of my account details and the T-Mobile app won’t allow prepaid customers to log into it .

Unable to view billing details online

I’ve been having issue for months when logged in my business online account, and not able to see billing details. It kept loading and loading… 3 months ago, I spoke to customer service. They told me there were system update. Now I realized it’s not system update, there’s something wrong. I spoke to customer service yesterday, they opened a ticket for me (they’ve been saying that months ago. No one ever called me back). Now I’m not able to log in period. It just showing I’m not invited to account hub. I’m the owner of the account. I only have one email account. Now what? It’s so frustrating.

Change existing 2-factor authentication on prepaid

I have two-factor authentication (TFA/MFA) set up with an authentication app for my prepaid account.  I just got a new phone and am trying to find how to switch the codes over to it, but I cannot find where to make the change.  I can’t remember how I set 2FA up previously, as it was several years ago.  Does anyone know how to do this?

Costco $75 gift Card

I ordered my phones in Mid December 2023, and I have not received the 4 Costco gift cards that are part of the promotion.  They assured me in January that I would get them, but when I called T-Mobile Customer service there was no record of that offer.

Tmobile.com: Payment history not displaying amount paid

From Tmobile.com, under My account dropdown, there is Account Activity. Here you can see payment history. It shows the date, phone number / line, and description of payment, but the amount to the right for nearly all payments just shows “-”. It used to display the actual amount.How can we make Tmobile aware of this issue so they can fix it? It’s been broken for several months.

Why did I receive an email that "msisdn has been changed"?

I received the following email:From:  no-reply@t-mobile.comSubject:  Your T-Mobile Account has been updatedT-Mobile Notification: Subscriber ModifiedDear Customer,Subscriber has been modified for device # . The msisdn has been changed from # to # xxxxxxxx .Sincerely,T-Mobile Customer Service where xxxxxxxxxx is a phone number. I recognized the phone number as being for a SIM that I had used in an Android tablet. When I stopped using the tablet over 5 years ago, I also discontinued the phone line and removed it from my T-Mobile account. I just looked at my T-Mobile account now and it doesn’t show this number. Why did I receive this email and what does it mean?

Sprint customer

I was a Sprint customer.I cannot login to the Tmobile website.. i get routed to a Sprint sign in page and it says my account closed after i sign in.I prefer to use the website to download bills, etc.However the Tmobile app works fine. Also I get many ‘timeout errors” on login and this Community.

T-Mobile reviewThe worse experience I ever had inn transferring over from Verizon to T-Mobile.  I curse the day I went with T-Mobile. They make it so, so, so difficult to transfer, to get a password, to get an account, to get your rebate & absolutely no one in their on-line tech department knows what they are doing.I signed up 9/11/234 & am still trying to change a password & get my $381.25 (8 days later).  Nothing is ever done right, according to them yet, the people telling me how to do it are the on-line tech people. I spent hours on the phone with a guy named Ramsey (who works from home and I heard his wife & kids in background making all kinds of noise, yelling and screaming) & he told me to drive to the store ( ½ hour each way which I did & waited in line for over ½ hour to get help) to get a password to open my account (didn’t know how to even give me a password).  Then, if can’t get it there he will call me back in 5 days.The rebate was done all wrong al

Unable to Log into my prepaid account -- loops asking for UserID & PW, over and over...

Trying to log into my prepaid accout to update autopay info but the system just repeats asking me for (a) User ID (B) Password and then sends me a text code; but when I enter it, it simply loops back to asking me for the UserID and Password all over again.  Can’t get past this loop!Anybody have ideas or -- good gawd, could this even be possible -- can someone from the “service department” just fix it!

Auto pay discount

Since T Mobil de idea to drop credit cards from auto pay (which was an odd thing to do in my.opinion) I went amd started a separate bank account just for this bill. That was done due to them being hacked. To protect my 75 bucks a month and limit my risk.So...why does the app continue to look like I will be charged 85? Can someone fix this?

why is disingenuous T-Mobile now removing the chat when you talk to an agent

Once upon a time with Tmobile, the chats were just there for many years when you have a chat with a T-Mobile representative and then they also text  you and send you their id and name… now the conversation gets erased immediately, Unless you screenshot certain things the next representative you talk to Khols you are a liar and says you never had that conversation with anyone even though they can see the chat but now you can’t see it make sure you guys screen shoot your things and I’m gonna end up leaving Tmobile. It’s been 23 years. In the last few years have been a nightmare.
