Costco $75 gift Card

I ordered my phones in Mid December 2023, and I have not received the 4 Costco gift cards that are part of the promotion. They assured me in January that I would get them, but when I called T-Mobile Customer service there was no record of that offer.

Incorrect IMEI and phone model on account | pending promo submittal

Anyone have this happen before - the T-mobile website is now showing one of the phones on my account with a completely different imei and model than what I opened the account with. I just submitted a keep and switch promotion 24 hours ago so I'm finding this ...very strange... and I'm hoping this is just a superficial database error that’s not going to effect my keep&switch promotion. I have screenshots of every single page along the way of creating an account, receipts from opening the account, and screenshots of submitting documents so I'm positive I had the correct imei. I will try to get in contact to T-Force tomorrow, if I can get them on the line, but thought I’d try here first.

Unauthorized line

Hello. Could anyone point me in the right direction? I just noticed an unauthorized line on my account that was added on November 24, 23 in store. The line is just sitting there, with no phone and it’s been charging me $190.00 every month. I noticed my bill was high but I just figured it was fees as I’ve been setting up payment arrangements. I went into a store and they noticed a store from out of state added the line. I’m trying to get help but the people I’m currently on the phone with are not trying to credit my account. It doesn’t make sense.

Payment Arrangement History

Hello,Is there an option to look up your payment arrangement history? Specifically, the date it was initiated/set up, the date the first payment is due, and the date the second payment is due. For example, looking at my current bill, I see the date the 1st and 2nd payments are due. But I can’t find when I set these up. And I cannot find any information about the previous months before that.Thanks in advance!Patrick

Hello Everybody,here my ‘free phone story’’I do not use twitter, Facebook, can’t contact T-Force Phone: Huawei Coolpad Rogue, first model, 2014Day of purchase: Jamuary 2014, Walmart Stockton CAwith Prepaid Contract. Problem:s ‘Free 5G Phone’ messages, a hoax..? (messages 1017 and 2519)Box of phone says: ‘ 4G capable ‘ not true, fraudulent sale!!Very slow data for 10 years For 10 years (yes 10!!) T-Mobile customer service told me, bad reception and slowdata is caused by:-My area (downtown Stockton, 3 minutes walk from city hall, post office,train station, court house). 5 broadcast spots within 4 blocks..- Repairs on T-Mobile broadcast spots- My SIM card Last year T-Mobile told me, slow data because the SIM is bad, Need new SIM. They did not tell methat my monthly fee will go up $5 per month, because of new contract, connected to the SIM.Reception and very slow data did not change at all..! Unable to Log into my prepaid account -- loops asking for UserID & PW, over and over...

Trying to log into my prepaid accout to update autopay info but the system just repeats asking me for (a) User ID (B) Password and then sends me a text code; but when I enter it, it simply loops back to asking me for the UserID and Password all over again. Can’t get past this loop!Anybody have ideas or -- good gawd, could this even be possible -- can someone from the “service department” just fix it!

prepaid account suspended due to delay in refilling the account. As per schedule I’m supposed to refill on 27th Jan and I had refilled on 29th Jan. Today after refilling the account still payment shows pending. Mobile number - 5513248657

My experience for the last 10 days I spent over 2 hours waiting: In your 800 number recorded messageTell the truth. You can no longer use this as a connection to T-mobile support.Tell them that the “community.t-mobile.com” is a way to communicate and the mobile phone apps also provide a method. Provide a better explanation of how to use the “chat” option, ratherthan being vague about the app. Tell you clients how to use it, or at least provide a video to explainall of the functions that are available in the app. You have a vested interest in being open and upfront with your clients. And tell them about your website. you might also have info on the websitethat leads your clients to places that offer the best tools. Don’t frustrate your clients. Inaccurate propaganda only creates anger and is bad karma. I am certain that there are lawyers who will be glad to force you (at their price) to do the right thing. Just pointing out something for your consideration. Do as you wish.

online chat option

This needs to be available all of the time-i cant be on the phone all day because I teach, I just had a payment post that I did not authorize. So now I have to wait for 3 hours before I can call. This big of a business should have the resources available-I did see something that someone posted that says someone is monitoring social media to answer questions? Whether that is true or not-it should be on the site 24/7. Sprint always had the option and was reliable. I have had nothing but skirt after skirt issues with Tmobile.

I have two-factor authentication (TFA/MFA) set up with an authentication app for my prepaid account. I just got a new phone and am trying to find how to switch the codes over to it, but I cannot find where to make the change. I can’t remember how I set 2FA up previously, as it was several years ago. For the last week I’ve not been able to log into my my-T-Mobile (prepaid) account . I will use credentials it will try to proceed to dashboard but keep spinning. Am I the only one?? This is a huge issue as I can’t see any of my account details and the T-Mobile app won’t allow prepaid customers to log into it .

suspended out going messages

As of yesterday I cannot send out text messages from my phone.. called customer service and they told me I have sent out too many text messages..(they said 3000 but my line barely sent a third of that 2900 total for my 3 lines) they said the fcc suspended me from sending messages. I looked back at other months and we've used way more then that that amount of messages.. my outgoing messages are suspended for 10 days! Ha any one ever heard of this?

Below is an email from sales team giving me my bill break down if I signup with t-mobile. As you see they told me that a $1000 trade-in value will be offered to “phone 1” but now they are saying it’s only $800. What does the community think that t-mobile should do?
