Unlocking second sim possible?

Is it possible to unlock the second sim on an iPhone 14? I am looking for a second phone number with no data and T-Mobile doesn’t offer a resonable plan. DIGITS won't work because I have no data service in my area. I understand the phone needs to be paid off but it doesn't make sense to pay the phone off if they are going to continuously do a promotion to keep you in a contract. I'll likely never pay a phone off while on T-Mobile so it sounds like I’d never be able to use the second sim with another provider or if I travel and want to pick up a sim. Any way to at least unlock the second sim?

Samsung Phones not ringing

My son and I are both having issues with our Samsung Phones receiving calls. A Note 8 and a Note 10+. Either they are not ringing at all and going right to voicemail or they ring, but unless you’re looking at your phone, you’d never know you were getting a call. There is no ring to notify us of calls. Yes, sound is turned on. We have tried toggling on and off wi-fi calling doesn’t make a difference. Please help, this has been going on for like a month. The fact that we’re both having this issue, lets me know it isn’t just our devices.

I’ve got the the spam catcher turned on and I’ve blocked multiple numbers but they are still getting thru to the ring stage and leaving voicemail messages. How can I make this stop?!?! I get at least 15-20 a day

Tmobile support team,Before i added International pass, i have called TMobile. I was told and assured that when i am in the Philippines, i can call and text with additional charge of $0.25 per minute; but, when i am in the Philippines, I cannot call nor text, it says “You cannot make outgoing calls nor text while call or text barring is on”.can you help me.

Hello, This is Mert from Turkey. I have a problem, I bought a phone on ebay 3 years ago when I was in the USA. I bought the XSMAX phone as unlocked, I used it in usa then when I returned to my own country, I used it with my SIM card here without any problems. Last week, I did a phone reset and it got stuck in the sim lock. There was no such lock before. This evening I received the worst customer service ever.

I have had the same phone number and have been a faithful customer of Nextel, Sprint, and now T-Mobile since 1991. This evening I received the worst customer service ever.I walked into the T-Mobile store at 3035 SE Maricamp Rd, Ocala, FL 34471 at 5:40. (Store hours are 10:00 – 8:00). I was greeted by a young man who said you just made it, we are closing. I stated I just needed to pick up my phone. After a short conversation about what phone, I had and what phone I was picking up. He went into the back room and came out saying my phone was not there. I showed him my text requesting that I pick up my phone at that store today. I asked him to check the computer. I was told the computers weren’t for customer information they were for employees’ personal use. He also said he was not able to access any records that would give him information on my phone. In the meantime, I was trying to call customer service to confirm a problem or verify delivery. The young man came back out of the storero

Unlocking my device - Cell Phone

I purchased an iPhone through T-Mobile, and I have completed all the payments for the device. There is no remaining balance on my account. I have already canceled my phone number because I switched to a different carrier. However, the phone is still locked, and I am unable to use it. The cell phone has been in use for the last 6 months. It is part of a single-family plan, and there is no one else on my plan.I would like to note that the device was sold by T-Mobile and has not been reported as lost, stolen, or blocked. Additionally, my account is in good standing with T-Mobile.
