Autopay discount now only available with direct back account with withdrawals?

You’d have to be crazy to give T-Mobile, a company with a history of data breeches, your banking info for direct withdrawals. This is a pure money grab designed to screw their customers over by eliminating their autopay discounts because they know that only a complete moron would give them their banking info. I would never do that and if they eliminate my discount I’m switching to another carrier. I’ve already confirmed with both ATT and Verizion a cheaper or equal deal for service without having to use a direct bank withdrawal route. I suggest that every T-Mobile customer do this. ATT told me they're getting a lot of calls from outraged T-Mobile users. T-Mobile, this is a big mistake. You’re really making a lot of your customers very angry. Unless you’re prepared to guarantee in writing that you will replace all the money in my bank account in the event of a T- Mobile data breach resulting in my bank account being hacked, there ani’t no way I’m giving you my bank account info. I don’t

Brooklyn 18th ave Branch

I went to 18th ave in Brooklyn, NY to switch plans from Att to T-Mobile. I had 4 lines and wanted new phones. It was quite complicated. The staff there Lewis Fields was extremely helpful and patient. He literally spent like 4-5 with me. Explained all the perks that were available. I have to write this review and express my gratitude!!! Turns out this man speaks 3 languages. Many of the customers that day were looking for him. I am so glad he was my salesperson that day. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. Thank you Lewis!!! T-Mobile please give this man a BIG RAISE. He absolutely deserves it !!!

Moving from Europe to USA

I am soon coming to the USA, to California, on a student visa (from Europe) and I am looking into buying a T-Mobile sim card but maybe also a new phone. I saw there are deals for $35 a month (for 2 years) for an Iphone 14. Does that price include the dataplan? I haven’t been able to find the various plans. Here in the Netherlands I have a T-Mobile plan which includes unlimited data and 120 minutes phone and 120 sms. Is there something similar in the USA and my last question, is it possible to have an E-Sim so that I can have it installed before landing. Thanking you all for your help!

2 months back I had added additional lines to my account. I no longer want it now. So I temporarily suspended the lines for 90 days. Please confirm if I will receive the bill only for one line now

Breach of Contract???

Hello:   Yup, it’s only $5.00 a month T-Mobile is going to raise your bill if you continue to use a Credit Card.  I don’t care if it was $1.00 a month.  I contracted with T-Mobile to get the $5.00 reduced rate using my Credit Card and I expect them to abide by the contract for the 2 year period.  I wrote my protest letter and mailed it off, waiting for a response.  I’m like some other people.  You never want to give a company access to your debit account or checking account.  The credit card gives you 100% protection!!!  And I definitely don’t want another kind of money account named T-Mobile Money.  A contract is a contract!!!

I am unable to bill my Bill Details for the last 2 weeks,  I was able to see it always on the Sprint Page. Now that I must use T Mobile page, it states information not available.  I must have the breakdown for all the lines on my account.  When will this be available.  Very unhappy.

Static IP with home internet or business internet?

Is it possible for me to get one or more static IP addresses if i sign up for either T-Moble home internet or T-Mobile busness internet?Ideally, I need 2 or 3 static IP addresses.Also, if I move to a different location where T-Mobile home or business internet is offered, would I get to keep the same static IP addresses?Thank you very much.

Ok sorry if it's long. On around the middle of Feb. My samsung s22  wouldn't charge the screen was blinking in an out then trying to get it to charge i dropped it and the corner of it cracked and honestly not that bad but to get it fixed at these fixa phone places they wanted 3-400 dollars so i paid for insurance why not use it.  I sent 99 dollars to the insurance claim and i did not hear anything fir a while and finally I called Tmobile customer service . I don't remember names I have stage 4 cancer. Anyway she called insurance  company  so they wanted my id which had expired not long ago i told them everything on it was the same and because im so sick i couldn't get up there to get another 1 plys my appointment is coming up around the end of july. Her and her supervisor said they have never heard of that and they would call me back. I got nothing.  I call back explain everything .How it's been a month and nothing I need my phone cuz of my Dr. Appointments amongst other things and how

Home internet Question

I just got T-Mobile home internet yesterday! And so far it’s been excellent! We were getting speeds close to 400 mbs. Today that speed dropped to about 120 mbs. Is this a congestion thing? Or is something wrong? My signal is 5 bars, and excellent status. My previous ISP was 6 mbs so I’m not complaining by any means! I just don’t want anything to be wrong! Thanks so much for any information

has anyone else been scammed by T-Mobile?

Hello, fellow T-Mobile customers. I am merely writing this with the hope that someone at T-Mobile will read it and FINALLY, after SEVEN months of headaches, fix and properly bill me. In December of 2022 I turned in my iPhone XR in exchange for the iPhone 14 and added a line because T-Mobile was running an $800 off the new phone promo. I handed my phone over to an associate in the store. Well, we are coming up on July 2023 and every month I have to waste my time fighting to have my bill corrected because every month T-Mobile does not apply the promo (bill credits.) Every month whomever helps me promises that they have updated and fixed the error, but the next month it is the same old story. At some point I was told that they never received my trade-in, which is absurd because it was not lost in the mail or something. I handed it over in the store! So, did the associate pocket my trade-in?? I was told they would investigate and follow up with me. I never received a follow-up, and then I

Monthly Plan Fee Jumped $20, Why

Our June 2023 bill was $20 higher than previous payments.  Nothing has changed with our plan and there was no explanation.  Did T-Mobile just raise our monthly payment  without letting us know, or is there another reason?

Tower outage, no communication, internet keeps disconnecting

I have had internet problems for the last few weeks, and I was recently told the tower next to router is down without any estimate on when it will be back up and all traffic is being diverted to a further away tower, which is causing the disconnects. This was not communicated, probably to avoid losing customers. What is the recourse for this situation?

Received postal mail for another T-Mobile Home Internet Customer

Mailing was addressed to my home but to someone named Gabriella Maconi. It confirmed she is a T-Mobile Home internet customer and pitched her to switch her phone service to a T-Mobile 55+ plan.Computers don’t just make up mailing addresses or accidentally use an address for another customer, so clearly T-Mobile files had her living at my address. So, I reported this and T-Mobile didn’t understand why I was calling but assured me it must be that she lived at this address at some time. Problem with that is I had this home built 36 years ago and my family has been the only occupant.Not very comforting that T-Mobile would have no concern or want to follow up on why their files had my address for another T-Mobile customer. My luck, she will be wanted by the FBI who can’t find her until they get an address from T-Mobile and perform a no-knock breach of my home. LoL

Getting someone else's text messages on my gateway!?

I accidentally pushed the wrong button on my gateway and discovered a bunch of text messages. They are apparently to someone named Arron who is a grandpa, recently had a roof replaced, is a part-time bartender, poker player, apparently trying to sell a truck and has some dental issues. And more...I’ve had the gateway for 6 months and these texts are time stamped March thru the present. I reported to T-Mobile and asked why a gateway receives texts at all. T-Mobile wasn’t concerned that I was receiving the texts but said gateways receive texts strictly so T-Mobile can communicate to internet customers who don’t have a phone plan. Said the texts were probably related to number reuse, but that didn’t really make sense.As an experiment, I texted a message to the phone number associated with my gateway on my bill but that text didn’t make it to the gateway, but didn’t really think it would.I know I would be pretty upset if my texts were also going to some random T-Mobile home internet gatewa

Terrible cust service

I am writing this review in order to save frustration and corruption from a cell phone service that is dishonest, and incredibly corrupt!I signed up with T-Mobile for their Internet service because I was told by a neighbor that the service was pretty good and very reasonable! I only signed up with the Internet service and nothing else! Approximately 30 days in getting the service we had problems and we called T-Mobile and they told us that they would switch out our modem and everything should be fine. We switched out the modem in two weeks later the service went down and we called T-Mobile and they said they would send another modem and that should take care of the problem. Well, it didn't take care of the problem and we canceled and sent all of the equipment in and T-Mobile charged us $235 dollars. They gave us 30 days or they would report us to collections and that's exactly what they did.You are an absolute fool an idiot if you subscribe to this terrible and corruptive service. I'm
