Getting billed for a cancelled plan

Hi, I just got a bill in the mail yesterday for a cancelled plan. I reached out to tforce on Twitter in the agent is telling me I need to go to a T-Mobile retail store which unfortunately unable to do as the nearest one is so.far away from me. The bill is $40.04 currently but if it's not stopped I will keep getting billed I can't get a lawyer as I'm very low income What do I do???? I don't need this going to a collection agency and going to my credit report. I'm trying to buy a home in this will affect me

Canceling/ Getting rid of CBS TV

How do you get CBS TV off of your account altogether? I no longer want to pay for the 3rd Party Subscription? Nothing personal but I just need to cut some added expense out of my life right now.

paying off trade in

Hello,I currently have the Galaxy Flip Z3 and want to take advantage of the promotion and trade it in for $1000 off the new Galaxy S22+.In September I had traded in my S10+ for $1000 credit towards my Z3.  This came in the form of $35 credit and a debit of $41.  In order for me to trade in the Z3 now I would have to pay off the remainder of the balance of the phone (about 19 payments left). My question, would I still get the $35 credit (19 payments) since I paid off the payments? I called a rep and they said it would still be applied but when I went to the T-Mobile store they said it would stop.Please advice,

If I pay of my EIP early and I trade in the phone. Will I still receive the $14.61 bill credit for the remaining 12 months? I am looking at paying it off and then trading it in. Just wanted to see if I would still get the credit.

PLEASE HELP

I HAVE LITERALLY BEEN LIED TO AND HUNG UP ON MORE TIMES IN THE LAST 2 DAYS BY  T - MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES, TECHNICIANS, AND SUPERVISORS THAN IN MY WHOLE LIFE. IM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT OR UNDERSTAND WHY I CANNOT RECEIVE PHONE CALLS FROM MY FIANCE WHO IS IN AN OHIO PRISON. I HAVE SET UP A PREPAID ACCOUNT AND WHEN SHE CALLS MY PHONE NUMBER IT DOES NOT RING ; DOES NOT GO TO VOICE MAIL IT STATES THAT THIS IS A RESTRICTED PHONE NUMBER AND NOT ALOUD TO ACCEPT CALLS FROM THIS FACILITY. I HAVE NO RESTRICTIONS ON MY PHONE AND IVE EVEN TURNED OFF THE SCAM SHEILD BLOCK. DOES ANYONE HAVE A  CLUE ON WHSTS HAPPENING?

I think my package is lost

I ordered an Apple Watch SE 40mm on December 29th, 2021. I paid for 2 day shipping, and the device was said to /not/ be on back order. Now, it’s February and my device order is still listed as “processing.” Not shipped, not delivered. I can’t get a refund because I signed electronically for the item. It’s annoying that I’m going to keep getting charged for an item that never arrived. T-Mobile support has not been helpful in the slightest when it comes to this issue.

On the front page it says Free 2-day shipping & waived activation costs with online activation. Applied at checkout. Does this apply to only new lines or all online orders because it is adding shipping into my total?

My account was used in a fraud transaction where someone ordered equipment and service including was able to change my billing address. I have gone into T Mobile office several times with my complaint and each time I was assured the problem would be resolved. I was charged for the equipment as well as being charged for returning it which was not returned. Several billing cycles I have been charge and I paid money against the bills that I was fraudulently  charged for. My account still has not been corrected. I am still being charged more money each month at this point my bill is over $200 when it should only be $94.00. I was a Sprint customer for a long time I have never had this kind of trouble with Sprint. How was someone able to change my billing address and order equipment if my account is supposed to be safe and private? The last straw is that I received a text from Tmobile that my bill of over $200 was due on February 6th. I immediately called them to find out why my bill had not

Four lines for one incorrect phone?

So I went into a store fully prepared to Port two numbers from AT&t over to T-Mobile military magenta Max. At that time they had just started the OnePlus on us promo as well as the iPhone 13 on us promo for opening new lines. Mind you neither of these promos at the time required any trade just new lines being activated. Going into the store talk to the service manager they were limited on stock. But they would be more than happy to order what we wanted. So what we were supposed to received was a OnePlus 9 pro, the only other stock available was a32 by Samsung decent phone but no thank you. So the manager goes and activates a new line after knowing she was supposed to be porting the two numbers I don't know what happened there puts the SIM card in the phone. Bang it's good to go hands the phone over cuz I'm looking at the phone I noticed there's a camera missing and also the color of the phone doesn't quite look like the one that was advertised it's got this weird pinky purple to it

i was sold onthe ne RZAR 5 G. it is a terribly built phone. ive been lied to and taken a fool of

i have every name and employee# that i have spken to tellingme i willbe getting an iphone, yet n one has any record of itnor have i received an email stating when i will get it, I have all this on video and will post your companies lack of customer service as proof your ads are fake.

No monthly discount for loyal customers?

I asked for a monthly discount from a Tmobile customer service rep today and just to find out that they do not have any. He just advised me to go to this community blog with the hope that a Tmobile concerned personnel will pay attention to this concern.My husband and I have been with Tmobile for well over a decade now, going on our 14/15th year. For some reason, even though we are not happy with the reception/connection service that they have, we have been with them for this long... i guess that is what you call LOYAL customers, don’t you think? That is, you stick with them thru thick ‘n thin. Being so, i was expecting to get a loyalty discount off of their monthly bill to make their loyal customers happy and stay longer.  It would be nice to see a line on their Tmobile monthly bill/statement that says, “Loyalty Credit”.  When should we see this?

T-Mobile Overbilling after Boost switch

Complete nightmare. Nothing has gone as was described at the store when we switched our family plan. They have overbilled me every month since we made the change in October. Every month i’ve called, they credit me the difference after long drawn out calls. I’m currently on hold, been so for 85 minutes now. When I called months back they assured me the billing was corrected, obviously it is not. Now they are telling me it must be escalated and someone will call me back. Read the other complaints on this, nobody ever calls. T-Mobile is a joke and a bunch of fraudsters. I will be switching providers as soon as I can figure which direction to go. Worst cell provider ever.

Help with kids allowance

whats is the best way to monitor my child’s phone?  She has been on apps that she should not be using.  I have currently taken away her phone but don’t like that she gets home from school and has no phone ( we canceled the landline). I need to pretty much cut off all usage of the phone other than phone calls.

Unwanted Voice Calls

My question is, how can I deactivate receiving voice calls of all types. I’m a relatively new customer, my phone is listing spam calls. Now, in the first place, I never wanted any voice features. But economics forced my hand. I’m Deaf, so have no use for voice calls. However, T-Mobile charged more for their hearing impaired service than they did for services designed for the elderly. Being elderly, I took that service. I don’t want any voice calls, despite it being a feature of my service. Is there any way to deactivate voice calls?

netflix for One plan Unlimited 55?

I think the answer is probably no but do I, as a TMobile One Plan Unlimited 55 holder with two lines, have the ability to take advantage of TM’s offer of discounted NetFlix? I followed their instructions and did not see that offered in Add Ons for my line.
