Accounts, Plans, Features, and Billing
I placed an order 8 days ago for 4 phones, overnight shipping, using Jump. Received a package the next day, only 3 phones inside. The agent I spoke to said they would need to find the phone in their warehouse through the Handset research team. Was told that today I would get a call and they would ship out a phone, so I'd have it tomorrow. Now the agent tells me they haven't found it so they can't do anything & he will call back in 7 days with an update. They're saying there is nothing I can do until they find it, even though it was never packaged/shipped. How does this fall on me? I am at their mercy yet, I put out the money. They lost the phone, not me, not a shipper carrier. Is there anything else I can do? This is ridiculous! I can't even go in store to buy one because the lost phone is linked on my account for jump, so I'd have to pay off my old phone plus pay for the second new phone. I'm so frustrated, what else can be done?
I’ve been using T-Mobile WiFi calling overseas from Korea, Germany, and Bahrain for over a year now. My usual practice is to connect my WiFi router to the high speed hotel network then use my iPhone X with WiFi enabled to make the call. Over the last year I’ve noticed a slow but steady degradation of the service. Calls placed via normal dialing to US numbers drop repeatedly. This doesn’t happen if I’m using local phone service (typically 25 cents a minute) or if I use WhatsApp on the same phone, which tells me the problem is probably on T-Mobile’s end. Is T-Mobile deliberately sabotaging international WiFi calling?
I had poor signal at my house with sprint, they gave me a magic box (booster) and still had issues so I allowed them to talk me into switching to Tmobile sim card. Tmobile tower is twice as far as the nearest Sprint tower. Terrible signal, jitter as high as 875 ms, signal is ~ -120 dBm. No one from Tmobile will talk to me, Sprint has limited access to Tmobile networks and systems and can’t help. I need a Tmobile booster, but because I still have a Sprint account I am stuck!! I don’t care if I switch accounts to Tmobile, but I’m not able to pay off the phone. I need to switch with everything the same or better and for them to give me a booster please!!!? With Sprint I had a booster, now I’m on a tower twice as far and it’s terrible signal at my house. Sprint customer care is unable to do anything but write tickets that go off and get closed out or no follow thru. Also, my text to emails are now all messed up and again, Tmobile refuses to talk to me and Sprint unable to help. Literally i
Hi, I am trying to pay my account for prepaid. I input all the information and when i get to the zipcode section, the webpage tells me the zipcode I enter is “invalid”. I am paying with a foriegn card. I have done this in the past with no problem and the payment page even allows my country to be selected. Ordinarily i would think that there is a restriction on a foriegn card being used, but the page allows other countries to be selected and i have paid this way in the past. Is T-Mobile using only US database for zipcode verification on transactions? Any help on how to pay this is appreciated. Thanks, FB
I went into a T Mobile store 4-5 times in deciding to buy my S21 Ultra. I was in told I would get$1000 for my trade in. They then said $800 then $600 then back to $800. Still my bill increased $22 to pay for a phone I paid for. I paid $400 because they said I could not pay the $600 they said I owed. Now follow this as I will type slowly. I say this because none of the T Mobile people, even those who speak English understand. They claim I owe $22 added to my bill every month for 23 months in which is around $500. I owe 0-$200 depending which customer service boob I speak to. At worst I owe $200 not $500. They eventually gave me $200 off my bill. Still way off on what I am owed. I am now told sales people misinformed me.
I want to change my wifi from 2g to 5g and I typed my routers up address and it brought me to the TMobile website for my router. I tried logging in but everything I thought it would be was wrong, and even the username and password on the bottom of the router was wrong. I need help fixing this.
The phone was traded in in Camp Hill, PA and all documents were sent electronically. The locate my phone feature was forced off at the store. The phone credit was never applied to account and it wasn’t noticed until the bill came through. Once I looked at all the documents there was not record of the phone being turned in. Was this phone stolen by an employee at the store? Also receiving not help from chat, phone customer service or the store. Can I report this phone stolen? It was 100 % turned in to the employee at the store. Please help!!
Who are you Britney Spears? All one need to do is google “oops we hit a snag, Tmobile” and you will see that Tmobile has never fixed the issue with upgrading online. I’ve been fighting with customer support all week on this, and every representative has told me “we did not know about this” and NOW ….. I am being told “we fixed the issue” --- and I am STILL experiencing the issue. I feel CRAZY. Like I am being gaslit by reps at Tmobile. I keep being told “were sorry to hear you’re thinking of leaving t mobile, but we cannot offer you anything” -- This is an issue that prevented me from upgrading in 2019/2020 to iphone 12. Because these phones are expensive, I thought “well, I will hold on to this 6s as long as I can, if I cannot upgrade” Behold iPhone 13. Now is the time to officially upgrade (because my 6s is becoming more of a dinosaur) - I go to tmobile.com and go through the upgrade process and then BAM …. We hit a snag.
I disabled some services yet my account says my bill has gone up. Neither iPhone nor iPad mobile apps are working (tried multiple things) so I can only get into the website where there is no chat help option and I spend my whole work break waiting on hold for mobile & no longer have time to talk. Tried twitter & nobody is responding. I’m so aggravated I’m ready to look for another carrier who can be reached by more than one method.
