t mobile charged me for this month when we already cancelled our two phone accounts on the 14th of January!!!! WTF!! now i got a $164 charge for phones that we pay for with xfinity NOT t mobile. I pre paid xfinity and cancelled t mobile but they are still fraudulently charging my checking account for phone lines that are not from them anymore!!!!!!!! why are you stealing from people?
I have a current payment arrangement set up. However I am now able to pay the past due amount & half of the amount of the bill that's not due till 2-12-2022. Is there a way that I can do that and then have my payment arrangement agreement cancled? (washed away, disappeared, non existence, exc.) I ask this because in the my past experience with T-Mobile i have had negative outcomes when paying the arrangement early. On one occasion our phones where shut off & we had to pay the amount again + the $20 reconnect fee. On another occasion they still debited my account for the arrangement amount which lead to over draft fees with our bank. PLEASE?? & THANK YOUSide note: one of our phones charger port has broke and no longer able to charge the phone, that line is eligible for an upgrade but online it said I needed to pay my past due balance before we could upgrade. Which is my other reason for wanting to pay my arrangement early. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful. We have
I'm not receiving chat messages from a particular number. I receive mms messages from the number in group texts, but no chat messages in our solo thread. Which is how I know the messages are being sent.The number is not blocked and I have done the suggested trouble shooting .Call in support has not solved the problem. I'm using a new phone and Sim and am still not receiving chat messages. So if I could get access to a ticket that would be awesome.
Web sales promised 3 lines of Magenta Max 55+ for $90, but my billing shows $135. Customer Service says tough luck, even though I have the transcript of the conversation sent by T Mobile. Where do I escalate this issue? It is either a bait and switch tactics or some hidden promotion that is being peddled by sales guys, but the billing cannot see it. Please help.
Never get service with T-Mobile because they are horrible and all they care about is money. I got my service on Wednesday and got the Samsung A32 5G. After using the phone for a few days I saw the phone design is not responsive or powerful enough for my needs. So I was looking around and found that in order to replace it I would have to pay 90% down payment even on phones advertised as free. I talked to Xfinity mobile and AT&T and they offered me any phone I want with no down payment or they would waive the down payment. Verizon would bill the down payment to me later. I contacted T-Mobile about it and to see if they could match but they would rather you cancel your service then work with you at all. The agents are slow and unprofessional I stared a conversation with them at 1:44pm and finally finished the conversation at 8:30pm. They falsely advertise everything from customer satisfaction to experts to reduce transfer to even phones being free.
Was VERY disappointed, inconvenienced and made to feel pretty stupid - all due to T Mobile’s lack of thought when it comes to taking away (WITHOUT NOTICE!) a reward that’s come to be very valuable to us customers who participate. What I’m referring to is the Shell reward of 10 cents off per gal which adds up to 15 cents off for Gold-status Shell members. Not knowing why all of a sudden my Fuel Rewards app “wasn’t working” as it was showing only a 5 cent discount! How awesome it was to be on hold with Shell for 25+ minutes seeking help with their app which I informed them was wrong, when in fact it wasn’t their fault at all, but instead T-Mobile’s. T-Mobile randomly decided to take away a valued perk. Hmmm, that’s nice, ([NOT] but on top of it all doesn’t even have the decency and very BASIC consideration to tell your customers about it!? This is rude behavior even for a large corporation, and certainly no way to conduct business. Thanks alot -
I specifically purchased a LOCKED iPhone 12 Max Pro at a T-Mobile store so I wouldn't experience and problems. Over the past 10 months or so I have noticed some concerning account changes, unrecognized activity, and merger of multiple MSID numbers. I've been into stores, where reps have told me to reach out to T-Mobile Fraud department. I've had tickets and higher levels of support say they can't find any issues. I'm posting here after reading years of reviews by customers like myself experiencing the same issues. This is my last hope before returning this phone and leaving T-Mobile. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
I’ve had this phone, REVVL V+ 5g with TMobile because of the Sprint merger. I have had NOTHING but problems with the service AND the phone. #1 The day I got the phone, my contact were in it. Now, three to four times per day, a contact will just drop out of my contact list….GONE. I keep addresses, all of the info I can get, in with each contact. Now I have no number, name, address, nothing. Why is this happening? #2 VOICEMAIL - Someone will leave me a voicemail three days ago, and wouldn’t ya k now it, there it is, three days later, popping up on my screen. I’ve lost a job interview because of this shit. #3 QUIT HOW DO I GIVE YOU YOUR PIECE OF JUNK PHONE BACK AND CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER TO ANOTHER SERVICE...IMMEDIATELY? Since Verizon 5g Home Internet is not available where I am (I am a Verizon Wireless customer of over a decade), I called T-Mobile to see about home internet service. Here are the LIES they told me: Lie #1 - You cannot get equipment any way other than a phone or internet orderTruth - No, you can get it in the store, but you need to sign up for new service in the store. When you make the order it ties the equipment to the account so that they can track when it is returned or has to be swapped.So now I need to wait for my equipment to arrive when I could have had it same day, and actually need a faster internet connection for work than what I have.Lie #2 - Pay us $12 for shipping, it will be there by Friday…Truth - They are sending me the wireless router and some worthless (to me) Google TV device I will never use. For some reason I received an email yesterday saying that I deleted my account, but I didn’t. Furthermore, I have no bars and I cannot access my online account to pay my bill. It said my bill was due January 28th, and I was planning on paying the bill before that time.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
First, I would like to know what the update is all about and then I would like the option of whether or not I want to install it. I am tired of updates changing my apps in ways I don’t like. The latest is the changes to text messages. Now the bold no longer unbolds when I read the message so it always looks like it hasn’t been read. In the same app, now about 25% of my outgoing text show up as failing to send, then when I hit resend it goes immediately. Problem is, I don’t always know right away it didn’t go...and there is absolutely no reason it shouldn’t have gone the first time.
Hi, I’m on a Simply Prepaid plan, and I am in Argentina for my vacations. I can’t get to connect my phone to roaming services, even though they should be included (with the corresponding rates applying). When people try to call me, they get the message that I can’t answer at this time. What should I do to connect my phone? Thanks, Ivan
