Can you email customer support?

I'm trying to ask a few questions about my line suspension that I requested. The line is suspended but my Netflix account associated with that account still works. Shouldn't that be canceled too, since I'm not paying anything under the suspension. I'm overseas so I don't want to call and pay the fees for that, especially since I was on hold for about an hour last time. Thanks for any help.

Need a return label/address to return old phones

When we received our new phones, in the mail, we did not receive instructions or a label for returning our old phones.  Please provide the necessary directions to ensure we receiveour credit on our returns, ASAP. I have attempted to call customer service but when I try to leave a call back number there is an issue with confirming my number.  Thanks for your prompt response with shipping directions so that we can get our devicies returned.

I need to take my ex boyfriend phone and put it on his own account. Can I do that without paying off his phone . It going to stay with T-Mobile I just don’t wanna pay because it’s his phone. Can anyone help me out please? Because he has no job and I’m tired of paying for him with my hard earned money

lower my bill

I need to know what my options are for lowering my bill. I have been with Tmobile since they were Voicestream. Over the years my bill has continued to climb to the point its become unaffordable. Sure I've added lines but its never as simple as an additional $10/mo. What am i doing wrong? Are there discounts I'm not aware of that I could use? It seems like every time I try to lower my bill it ends up being more. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I'm ready to bail on this whole arrangement if they can't find ways to make it more affordable. Maybe going with a cheap month to month prepaid phone for everyone in my family is the answer idk. Has anyone here had luck reigning in their cell phone expense or have any tips or tricks to suggest getting the most for your money here.

Any experience with legal arbitration with T-Mobile over their not honoring written contract?

I contracted with T-Mobile for four lines with the Magenta Max program for a total of $150/month and they have verified the contract. They now say it was a mistake on their end and that it should have been a higher price. They have worked with me a few months but now say they will not come down to this price even though they have the contract and agree its there. Talking to supervisor did not help.Does anyone have experience using the legal arbitration that we all “agree” to (no choice, of course) with T-Mobile? Any pointers?Thanks.

Pixel 6 Pro upgrade has Been Processing since January 6th

As the title says. Ordered on the 6th. Paid for overnight shipping. It’s showing in stock. It’s now the 13th and still processing. My card was immediately charged, and I have nothing to show for it. Please help!

bill prices was wrong

12/08/2021 I switched sprint to T mobile. I payed $125.00 and phone switched ,also $350.00  12/23/2021$62.85 I payed my senior plan, but, today I got a text message it shoe monthly payment $86.76 Why? The sale man said credit $ 400.00 .where is that credit ? This is Austin tx and ,I visited great hill store . He is unkind and after I visit to ask something so mean and rude. He said 2 years contract and every month take out credit ,but where? I am very unhappy with T Mobil sale and service . If I can I want to change.the other Mobil company T mobil is Horrible.

Sam's $14.99 Membership

I saved the offer on my app. Hit “redeem” and went to a site to sign up. then I dropped my phone and lost it. I tried to get back to the app, hit redeem again, but this time it took me to “Member Deals” but for Theme parks.  Sam’s was no longer an option.  Can I get that back, did I lose it, in Tuesday app it says I redeemed it already.!?  UGH!!!

10/2021 30 min wait all cust svc since 1/7/22 2hr wait community weigh in ???

Asking COMMUNITY has this been common among T-Mobile base customers since 11/2020, is this on many other “assigned customer service team” or ???Company course of action to return my profile back to main customer service where any who are available to assist, assist and actually get what the customer needs done so the customer can go on with their day and not be seriously inconvenienced for 4 solid months ?  I have had a brother hospitalized since 1/3/22 and his assigned medical professional team have been trying to reach me since Friday which is why I’ve been trying to fond assistance through app, through automated menu, and now online, online is the first time through this community I’ve actually been able to get through to anyone even if it’s a static community since 3:00pm est 1/10/22 today. This is hideous. Get my account to where CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM T-MOBILE ACTUALLY EXISTS.  Question has this been more of an issue since T-Mobile adding internet etc ???

Tmobile to Tmobile number transfer

For years I’ve had an old legacy prepaid account with T-mobile (phone #1).A couple days ago I took advantage of a trade-in promotion at bestbuy, I traded in my old phone and activated a new “Essentials” post-paid plan with T-Mobile. I requested to have my old prepaid account number (phone #1) ported to my new phone/line.I took the phone home and popped in the sim card bestbuy gave me and went through the activation process on bestbuys website. My phone was now working fine and I could call and make texts, however, my number appeared to be different (phone #2).Panicking, I called customer care, they told me that the number port-in was currently in progress and this (phone #2) was just a “temporary” number until the port in process was complete. She told me the process would take 24 hours and I’d receive a text saying it was successful.28 hours later and I received no such text and my number is still (“temporary” phone #2), I decide to head into a T-Mobile store this time instead of call

Im new customer and doing 2 lines magenta. iPhone 13 n 13 mini. Paid the today cost $105. Get the esigm email but the order number not work   Showed invalid. My town’s T-Mobile store not set up yet. Go about 30 mins north to store next day after a 10 hr day. Pull up guy on cell in back. I park get order ready go door and locked. My thinking was bathroom break. About 10/15min later a fat guy comes from back. Different guy. Goes to counter with back towards me  i knock on door and hw wobble uo towards me to put a temp closed sign in my face  I got so ill u couldn’t read iit  being in south most people have common decency m but not acknowledging my presence is si not cool. Unexcusable bc could’ve said sorry ior something  im no salesman but i treat with respect  Neway I go east in Tupelo ms the 5th and end up online ordering again. It didn't complete or something but I person lady hoot a person on phone and they got something going. My orde6 says order 5tg shipping the 10th. Well now it's

Activating a backordered phone

I have a Sprint phone that will not work on the T-mobile network, and T-mobile has been after me (constant text messages) to switch phones. So one day they called me and I said: ok, send me the new phone. However, the woman who called me told me I had to activate the phone in 14 days or I would be charged the full price.The problem was the phone was on backorder, so today I fired up T-mobile chat to ask when that 14 day activation window starts/ends, and the employee on chat looked up my account and said I could wait as long as I want to activate. It is a free phone and no matter when I activate it I will not be charged for it.I'm curious if anyone knows which employee was right? I don't feel like fighting with T-mobile to get the price of a new phone removed from my bill.

Statement is incorrect after removing a line

My husband and I had 2 lines on the ONE Plan Unlimited 55.   I contacted Customer Care online, on 12/16 and chatted with Kelvin to have my husbands line disconnected from our account since he had passed away on 11/21/2021.   Our monthly charge before removing his line was $60.  Today I was notified that my new statement is available (I pay with Auto Pay) with a charge of $60. Kelvin told me it would now be $50 a month.  (I feel like it should be even lower since the plan cost details shows that this plan ‘Essentials 55’ is $27.50 for 1 line.)  I cannot hear well on the phone, so an answer here or via email is preferred.   Thank you.

Hello, I am in Sweden and if I get a new phone here at the apple store, would it be a clean swap with the sim card from old phone to new? Do I need to go into t-mobile and let them know I have a new phone or will it detect automatically?Second question, would my Crypto.com account automatically switch over?! or do I need to do something in the old phone first before?
