Lousy Log-In System

Why is it that for every three times I try to log-in, two of the times end with the “Wheel of Death” pink page that keeps telling me to “stand-by” ??  This has been a problem for months.  Your log-in system wastes my time AND eats data. Get it fixed !!

auto pay credit not being applied

I’ve had auto pay enabled since September of 2021, it shows the discount for 4 lines in the app, and it shows it on the pdf of my bill, and yet they aren’t taking it off if what they bill me. Bill before autopay $282, bill after autopay still $282. It’s been 4 months now, and still no resolution.

Galaxy S21 5g Warranty Exchange

How do I get a rep to respond here? I called but was routed to the Philippines. They try hard but operate on a very strict “script”. If the problem is convoluted or has been dragged out over several weeks they seem to get lost in the storyline. It’s like being stuck in a loop. A T-Mobile phone rep had okayed a warranty exchange for mechanical issues (firmware/software...simm card errors). I could have had the phone sent straight to me but had it sent to my local store. Once at the store to complete the exchange a young girl ran her fingernail across a small scratch in the screen and said “It failed the finger-nail test...we won’t honor the warranty exchange. It’s damaged.” (her nail made a tiny click as it crossed the scratch). Really...so if a 45 yo bigger man had been assisting me needless to say his nail would have skated across the scratch. How is this a test of anything other then one employee has thin nails that are filed? As far as I know scratches are allowed per T-Mobile polic

You can access T-mobile chat without an account... but not with an account. Odd

Would be nice to be able to use a simple chatting feature that’s available if you are not member/login .. but once logged in the feature magically is gone.

ID issue

I was switched over to T Mobile just over a month ago from Sprint. My experience so far with T Mobile has been horrible. I wish I could go back to Sprint. My caller ID comes up as Private Number. The problem with that is that people often do not pick up my calls because they assume it’s a spam call. I have called T-Mobile 5 times so far in my attempt to resolve this issue. Each time, the representative promises me that the issue will be resolved then they tell me to wait 72 hours for the Caller ID to show up ...but it NEVER happens. I’m so sick to death of having to call T Mobile OVER and OVER and OVER and not getting any results. I’m even more sick to death of having to WAIT and WAIT and WAIT while suffering through that HORRIBLE music while waiting for a “specialist” to pick up the phone ..who will promise me again to get the issue resolved ..and then it’s the same damn thing. Why is T Mobile so horrifically incompetent when it comes to such a simple matter as Caller IDHaving the rig

Problem with code T592 credit?

Just curious if anyone else has had a problem getting proper credit on this promo. Supposed to be “transfer a line to T-Mobile, trade in ANY working Iphone and get a 12 Mini on us”.  I transferred 2 lines from ATT and sent in and got credit for 2 working Iphones. T-Mobile has me on some “buy 1, get 1” promo that is not what I signed up for. I switched in June 2021, the promo ran from 06/04/21 - 07/08/21. Every customer service “professional” has said they have fixed the problem, yet the problem remains. At this point it doesn’t seem like T-Mobile is any better than ATT with customer service.Anyone else have this issue, or a success story with this code???

Minthly trade-in bill credit not applied

I upgraded to a 13 Pro Max recently and traded in my old phone.  The promo was to be a $400 credit to be received as an $85 one-time bill credit (which I did receive this credit), with the remainder to be applied as a monthly credit toward the device.  Although I hav received the one-time $85, no monthly credits have been added to my account.  Please advise as to how this will be corrected. Thank you! (And yes, I do see the spelling error in the title of this post, but I don’t see any way to correct it LOL)

When did Stalin wake up and take over my cellular carrier?

Beware, T-Mobile thinks they have the right to remove your free speech rights and delete portions of your texts.  Try sending a text to a pal with the link to a thegatewaypundit.com news article.  And watch the link to thegatewaypundit.com news article disappear like magic.  Or 12 million innocent Russian citizens.  If this continues, I’m leaving T-Mobile/Sprint for Freedom Phone, or Visible which costs $25/month, unlimited data, talk and uncensored texts!

Why can't I get 3 line magenta for $105?

The website clearly says I can, but me and my wife are 55+ but I visited a local store twice and called today also, but was told I could not get the $105 for 3 lines on a 55+ magenta! but clearly the website says I could! Unlimited 55+ Discount Cell Phone Plans for Seniors | T-Mobile  it says here one can get 3 lines Here it says both new and old customers can get it. but at the store I was told only 2 lines are allowed and when I said a friend has signed up it I was told only for new customers!  and today another friend signed up the same thing!  “   Who is eligible for Magenta Unlimited 55 or Magenta MAX Unlimited 55? All existing and new T-Mobile postpaid customers who are 55 years of age or older are eligible. To receive this discount, proof of age is required. New customers can sign up at their local T-Mobile store with government-issued ID. Covid-19 fees and interruptions

I see that other carriers are suspending service interruptions and waiving late fees. Why is it that T-mobile is the only carrier that not only shut off our service during this pandemic crisis when millions are out of work, but also charged us a ton of fees to reconnect. I rely on my phone to stay in touch in the event we are called back to work. Since this is the case, I see that Verizon has suspended all late fees and interruptions, therefore, when this crisis is over, I will he switching services after over 20 years with T-mobile. Not a good look for the lowest of the 3 major carriers. It shows that you really don't care about people during extremely harsh times. Enjoy taking people's money.

Hello, I am very disappointed with T-Mobile. There is no known or published email for reporting potential scams.  In my professional experiences and working with a diverse community of government and non governmental entities, where many companies will have an email or reporting system.  Instead, I just experienced a drawn out chat dialogue with a T-Mobile rep using my device. All I did was write about my the gist of my experience, then was advised that a form was submitted.  WTH!  I asked how do I share this scam email to them and was advised in the chat, that they will escalate.  Totally unacceptable. I want to forward the email to someone at T-Mobile to report it.  T-Mobile needs to get it together and allow us an opportunity to submit such activity.

Can I pick up new iphone without primary account holder?

I have an apple iphone 12 pro max which is currently under the iphone upgrade program. I am not the primary account holder but I do have full access to the account. I am trying to upgrade my phone to be picked up at the apple store using my credit card and all my information, as I have done in previous years when I was using Verizon. I did not have any problems with it before but this is my first year with Tmobile and I don’t want to go to the store just to have them tell me I can’t pick up my phone. The primary account holder is my father but he cannot pick it up or come with me to pick it up. I am an adult and have been paying for my own phones for years. I am trying to place my order for pick up using the Apple Store app, but it will not let me put my name as the pickup contact. It shows my father’s name and underneath that, it says that the phone “can be picked up by the primary account holder or by a person authorized by the account holder.” It says to “contact your carrier to ver
