We just purchased 2, SAM A32 5G. I’m still attempting to figure it out; but, is there a way to make it so when we are away from home and I delete mail from my phone it also deletes it from my home computer? But, also keeps it deleted from the phone when I go back in the next time to check emails. I’m sure I must be missing something; but, for the life of me I can’t figure it out.It’s not a ‘fun’ thing to come home after being gone for 2 weeks or longer and still have all the emails to go through and try to remember which ones I really did want to keep.Thanks for ANY assistance to this issue. This time around I’m trying to make use of what the phone has to offer.Don’t know what ‘SyncUP and ioT means… Don’t know what ‘tags’ to use either
I am an employee of T-mobile. I purchased the sync up drive for my own personal use. During the 2nd week, it kept telling me that my battery was low, and failing. A couple of days later I had to have my alternator replaced which cost me $450.00. Since my issue, i have come across other customers that have returned this device.One customer said she was getting the same battery failing message. Another customer returned her device after she too,had to get her alternator replaced. By no means am I saying the sync up drive is causing this. But I am suggesting that there may be a correlation between these battery issues and the sync up drive device. How do I look into this?
My test drive box was delivered today to my front door an it was stolen before I could get it I have attached the tracking number email from T-Mobile plus a attachment of ups time an date of delivery someone that stole it activated it cause I received a email I attached a image of all of these can I get it deactivated or another one sent to me . I know who stole it aswell
We got a pair of these devices free. The rep said we could use it to track eachother. However, I can’t figure out a way to do that. I have one dedicated to my phone app and another one to my spouse. But I cannot add her device to my app. Is there a way to do this?
I just installed the syncup drive devices in my car and my wife's too. I set up everything ok on my phone and I am getting information from both devices on my phone. I am trying to sign in using my wife's phone but it keep saying the telephone number and password do not match despite it being the same account. How do I sort this out?
I received my cell spot yesterday and plugged it in the way it says to and it seems to be working great. I now have full service where I had almost none before. However, trying to run any apps on my television today seems to be near impossible. They keep coming up with the fact that they are experiencing network issues or are extremely slow and continue to pause to buffer. That is not an issue I've ever had before, so I'm wondering if the cell spot could be interfering in some way with my internet service. If anyone has any feedback on this, I would appreciate it!
I have this black alcatel link zone that was working. the 1st 2 lights are on and the 4th is for the battery the 3rd used to light up and now it doesnt and for some reason my wifi is not working anymore. The 3rd icon is an envelope and it doesnt light up. I have tried everything. It is paid, it is updated, i have reset it, and it has been restarted what can i do?
Hello,I just got an Inseego 5G 2000 hotspot on T-Mobile, and I am noticing a discrepancy with the usage that is reported on the device itself and its administration page, compared to the usage reported in my account with T-Mobile.Yesterday, T-Mobile said I had used 3.52GB but the device itself said 2.90GB - a difference of .62GBToday, T-Mobile said I had used 4.31GB, but the device is only reporting 3.27 - now a difference of 1.04GB. I really don’t think I have used that much - my old Franklin device on Sprint - which this has replaced - averaged about 1GB a day with often heavy use. This Inseego has been used sparingly, but has this high usage.At that rate of about .5 GB overage a day - that will add up to about 15GB over the course of a month! Why is that happening and which is the accurate reporting? And what can be done about it to make T-Mobile’s data match that reported on the Inseego.Thanks for the help!
Hi, I’m going to living in my trailer traveling through rv parks and need internet to do my work which involves web based design software, email, and zoom calls and would also like the option to stream on multiple devices. Is there a plan with hotspot that would accommodate this? Thx!
I got my new syncup drive yesterday. Installed it. Drove 45 minutes to work. It still tells me to go for a drive. I clicked the button that says stuck on this screen. It keeps failing on gps location . Today I did the drive to work no results the. On my home 3rd drive. It still won't setup Any help? Tips?
I cannot find any information on the error lights that are currently present on my 4G LTE Cellspot. The troubleshoot guide has no option for the following error lights:POWER: solid greenINTERNET: solid greenSTATUS: flashing orange GPS: solid green3G/4G: solid green4G LTE: offI have tried rebooting the cellspot twice but I am still receiving the same error lights. Currently only have 1 bar of service and it is very weak. Anyone have any solutions to this problem?
I installed my SyncUp Drive in 2016 BMW X1 yesterday. The device seems to work properly but when I exit and lock the vehicle the car alarm goes off. I have to unlock the car to get the alarm to turn off. If I wait about 5-minutes and lock the car again the alarm does not go off (but I don't want to have to wait around 5-minutes every time I want to lock my car). Any ideas?
Hello community, I would like to know if other people is having the same problem. My kid's watch Timex FamilyConnect is taken each day longer to be fully charged, I mean considerably. I have this one since four months ago and to have full charge from around 20%, it is taken like 10 -14 hours. And despite it is at 100% charged overnight, the charging led stay on red color and the watch is hot; sometimes with a message in the display about hot temperature. My feeling is that the battery is getting degradase quickly and I would like to know if other parents are facing the same issue?BRJaime
I just installed and activated my SyncUp device. I get internet access, but my iPhone warns me that the security protocol is weak (TIK vs ARES). I found a FAQ that said something like you can go to http://192.168.0.1 and logon as admin.But when I connect to my SyncUp hotspot and go to http://192.168.0.1 nothing happens. It basically does not connect to the web admin settings. I’d really like to change the security settings if I can get past the URL.Any advice or workarounds that someone can give me? Otherwise, I do have access to the internet and can browse websites for the most part. Just can’t get into the admin part of the SyncUp unless the URL should be different than http://192.168.0.1?Thanks,RoarinRow
I need this hotspot to allow me to moniter my cabin 300 miles away. I get a good connection from the cell phone tower in view from my cabin. I would like to be able to turn it on when I need to access what ever I have connected to the Wi-Fi .And then turn it. off
Knowing that charging only uses 2 pins, assume other pins are for data transferring. Some charge cords have 4 pins, others have 5 pins, and both styles charge ok.Windows does not see Tracker when plugged into computer USB port.How are the ‘other’ pins used? Difference between 4 pin & 5 pin?
