I need a solution, my daughter's Timex Family Connect Watch has no sound at all it does not ring when called to. She can call and I can hear her, but she can't hear me. Also she can't listen to voice messages. I've checked all of the settings in the watch to assure that the full volume it's up and that the vibration mode is off, but still nothing. The last time this happened I used the find my watch tool on the app and the sound came back when the alarm sounded. But now not even that works. Please help.
Does SyncUP Drive integrate with IFTTT? There's a Mojio channel in IFTTT and I've hooked it up with to my.moj.io account but all my IFTTT recipes has "There was a problem with the Mojio service" and never run. I've contacted Mojio who has referred me to tmo support. I suspect tmo support will refer me to IFTTT who will refer me back to mojio who will refer me back to tmo support. S I thought I'd ask if anyone here has had any luck with getting IFTTT to work \with their SyncUP
I have been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years back when it was called Voicestream. I have a grandfathered NW Get More w/Nts plan $39.99 with a unlimited internet vpn data plan addon $19.99. This addon has the following details on your website "Unlimited access to T-Mobile Internet on an Internet 3 connection for VPN or other applications."I have an iPhone 7 and hotspot used to be working. However recently I tried using the mobile hotspot and although my laptop connected to the phone, I got no internet connection.I have verified that my laptop can connect to the phone hotspots of other colleagues, so I know the issue is not the laptop. I am also able to access internet directly from my phone. The problem is only the tethering / hotspot.I opened a ticket # 26045929 om 12/6 by calling T-Mobile customer service. There also seems to be another ticket # 42622277 opened as well.Reps I talk to can't even find info about my grandfathered plan and addon and keep on trying to move me to more expen
I've got a usb port on my router that I can configure to work with a usb modem for wireless failover in case the wired connection is down. Store employees just look at me like I'm speaking greek when I ask about a usb modem, so I figured I'd try here. A hotspot wont work since my router isnt equipped to log into a wireless network, only a usb modem will work. Does anyone know of one that is allowable on T-Mobile? One that actually works at 3/4g. Plan is business, post paid.
In the iOS software app, I have disabled trip start/complete notifications, however I continue to receive notification alerts every time I start and end a trip. It is annoying to have to constanly clear these out. I only wish to be notified for low fuel and vehicle disturbance as I have indicated in settings. Please resolve!
This morning I went out shopping and everything was working fine. When we got out of the store my truck gave a Power Steering Assist Fault and other faults related to steering. The steering wheel was extremely hard to move. I was able to fight my way home in it and called the dealership and while on the phone with them checked the fuses and normal things I could check to find the fault. For some reason I noticed the SyncDrive and decided to take it out, and test again. The error cleared up as soon as I started the truck and the steering was fine. To test it again I turned it off and plugged the SyncDrive back in, as soon as I started it the issue returned and I was unable to move the steering wheel again. I have been using SyncDrive in the truck for over a year now without issue.I have removed the SyncDrive from my truck and everything is functioning perfectly now. I will not be putting it back in, had this failure occurred while driving or while my wife was using the truck this could
Is anyone else running the SyncUp having an issue where it illuminates the dash ABS warning light? I’m running a 2003 Toyota RAV4. Whenever the car is stopped with the SyncUp device installed, the ABS warning light flashes. Removing the SyncUp causes the flashing to stop. Brakes were just checked, no issues there. Nothing set in the DTC.
I ordered a Coolpad Surf with SIM kit , looking forward to having solid internet on the train. However:1] I can't activate it. I connect to the device with my Mac, and it prompts me to activate my device with a screen with T-Mobile Connect Me at u.web2go.com and a Get Started button. Clicking on that waits a minute and then just gives me the same error. I have full bars. I am able to login to the built in admin console just fine. I tried multiple wireless devices.2] I go looking for help and tried to find my order. I click on the link in my email confirmation (see below) and ti doesn't recognize my order! In fact, the order number I copy and paste in give me an error saying the order doesn't exist.Order Status Lookup Page 3] Then I tried to login and it says it doesn't recognize my email. I tried to create a new account and it says my email is already taken!I have wasted two hours searching for clues on how to resolve. All I see are similar horror stories about Support askin
Today my SyncUp drive device stopped issuing IP addresses. I have an Android based car stereo and my OnePlus 6T and neither can complete connecting. It times out Obtaining IP address. I unplugged it and plugged it back in but no change. According to the SyncUp app on my phone TMobile has no trouble identifying my vehicle and it's location. Thanks.
I have a SyncUP drive and installed the app as well but it does not show the total data usage and neither the router config page (192.168.0.1), so how can I keep track of the total data usage? also, with SyncUP drive phone number I couldn't setup an account as verification PIN goes to the syncup drive number and there isn't a way to retrieve it. This restricts me from viewing my monthly bill, data usage/cap for the month and to reach out T-Mobile CSR through chat. Is there a solution to it?
I got a SyncUP2 on a prepaid account on 5/22/19 it worked flawless for the first month. After the service ran up I added another month by call customer service. Well the payment posted and I got a confirmation email but it never made it onto the device. A week later I went to the t-mobile store and even with the confirmation number they could not find the paymen so I added another month through them. Said the account was active and device should be workin. Well it’s not. I unplugged the device for a week and still says it’s connected. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I added a plan to the account and it’s still not workin. Tried updating the app. still not workin. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Still not working. How has the device been unhooked from the vehicle for over a week and it still says it’s connected and won’t let me remove the vehicle from the app because it says it needs to be disconnected. Well I have the device in my hand with the car literally 75miles away and it still
I just moved to a new timezone and still need to use my in home 4GLTE Cell spot. Problem is that when devices are connected to it they show in my old timezone. When not connected the show the correct timezone. The install/setup does not have any options to getting to the internal setup of the cellspot in order to update. I have done a reset and reboot of the cellspot and nothing has changed. I also updated firmware on the router it is connected to.
Something very strange is going on with the mobile hotspot network that I use to connect my laptop to the 'net.My phone claims that, over the past week, my mobile hotspot network used well over 5 GB of data. This is despite the fact that:- I didn't watch any videos (not even a short clip) via mobile hotspot during this time, and didn't stream more than a few minutes of audio- I have Java turned off for most web pages on my browser- The SSID of my mobile hotspot network is private and PW protected, so others can't easily siphon my dataPretty much all I did using my mobile hotspot during this time was text-based (occasionally image-based) web research.Am I missing something, or is it fair to conclude that there's some type of bug (or other flaw) in the ”meter” that's counting up my data usage? Thanks
I purchased a SyncUP DRIVE 2 primarily for the wifi access so I could check on my dog using a security cam, then I found out the wifi requires the ignition to be on, defeating the purpose. Is there a way to allow the wifi to temporarily activate when there is a disturbance notification so I might briefly check the camera rather than continually going outside to physically check on the status of my dog? Or perhaps I can request this type of feature be developed? It seems pointless to receive several disturbance notifications over the course of an hour with no ability to quickly determine if the dog triggered the alert, or if someone is trying to enter the vehicle through windows cracked open for ventilation.
Want to eliminate and consolidate services. Would like to/need to add a hotspot/internet streaming device in order to watch YouTube TV on my home smart TV(s). What is required to do this and can I extend the signal to other portions of my home that are out of range?
