Hello,I know someone who is trying to setup multiple SyncUp Drive's (8 of them) for the hotspot, but only want to use their 1 cell phone to set them all up.When they setup the 1st sync up drive from their phone and work on the 2nd one, it says this number has already been registered. How can they setup all 8 device hotspots on sync up drive from her 1 phone?
I have had SyncUP drive for a little while now it’s always had little hiccups and it wasn’t a big deal to me but now I am continuously getting a low battery notification, and that my battery is in critical condition. I had my battery tested and there is NOTHING wrong with it, after ready a bunch of comments about others having this same issue I am 100% convinced that it is syncup drive causing this problem. I won’t be using this device anymore and I will not recommend it to anyone I know.
I used to be able to access all websites from my laptop via hotspot, but lately I can't access some websites (amazon, ebay, etc). Has anyone reported this?Phone: iPhone SEPlan: T-mobile OneLaptop OS: Windows 7Web browser: Firefox or ChromeI can access many sites (such as yahoo), but not others. When I can't access (for example, amazon.com), I get "We can’t connect to the server at www.amazon.com" on firefox or "This site can't be reached" on chrome. I can access amazon from my phone directly. I can also access amazon through my laptop (same laptop) via wifi at home. Please let me know if you need additional information.
Hi, I was just sent a 4g LTE cellspot from T-Mobile to help with the low cell signal that I have in my home. It seems pretty easy to set up, however, when I went to my modem (which I have via Spectrum), I saw that there was only one ethernet port and this was taken up with my router. Now, on my router there are a number of ethernet ports that are designated as "LAN" ports, but there is only one yellow "WAN" port. Can I plug the Cellspot into one of the LAN ethernet ports on my router, or do I need to buy an ethernet switch or something so that I can more or less multiply the number of WAN ports on my modem? I am completely new to this so any advice will be most appreciated. Thanks!
I recently installed a sync up drive in my car, and am having the following issues:1. It stopped reporting trip data shortly after the first couple days.2. I get frequent disturbance notifications especially when I'm driving the car.3. The GPS location for where the car is parked is frequently off by several blocks. It seems to report a traffic light, or intersection stop some distance away from where the car is actually parked.4. Hotspot seems to be working ok.Contacted tech support which reset the device remotely. Worked for a day or so, and then the above issues reappeared. The only way I can get it to work properly is to unplug, and replug the device after several minutes before I start the car. It then works for a few hours, and then the issues reappear. Is this a buggy device? What's the fix?Thank you!
, i have the 4g lte cellspot and i connected it to my internet, when i connect my tablet to my wifi it says its offline. is it the cellspot eating up my signal? am not sure how cellspot works, but how can i use my wifi at home to watch nextflix from my tv or tablet and still have the 4g connected, without using hotspot from my phone to hotspot the tablet or tv, actually using my wifi prior to connectong the cellspot. Also i have to say i have a survelliance system that uses my home wifi, but its no longer working after i connected the 4g cellspot, can i just disconnect the cellspot cablet from the wifi ethernet port when i want to use the internet at home, or would that cause a problem, i ask because i kinda tried to, for a little bit, but *i was still offline when connected my wifi and my phone lagged when loading a page on its regular mobile data, got scared that ive messed it up, so i plugged the ethernet cable from 4g cellspot back into the wifi modem. Any help would be appreciate
I have an unlocked M1 Nighthawk that has been working great On “tmobile” till yesterday. Service went out and the orange light of doom came on. Contacted the indi provider that told me “They” meaning tmobile, was/is doing upgrades in my area and the indi provider could not service me. They promptly turned my service off saying I would get a refund. I figuered I would go straight to the source and just get tmobile prepaid direct. Enter my SIM number and get an error that “this sim is already in use”. No joke, thats why I hit the bring my own device page.....any way to use my SIM that was working fine on Thursday with direct prepaid and cut out the middleman? My kids have a week of school left and I do t want to wait for a new SIM in the mail.
I have a brand new 4GLTE CellSpot and its not working. The power light is flashing green and the internet light is flashing orange. I have plugged the yellow Ethernet cord into the yellow WAN port and it is plugged into my Ethernet modem. I have contacted my ISP and they have opened up UDP ports 123, 500 and 4500 and they have placed the CellSpot into the DMZ. What am i doing wrong?
When I first used SyncUp it showed "driving behavior" like starting/stopping fast, etc. But since then I can't find it on the app anymore. Where can I find it or did the app get updated and it got removed?Secondly, can you use SyncUp to get discounts with auto insurers including Progressive?
Hello: I have an iPhone that I have used to hotspot my MacBook. I recently got a second phone that also supports hot spotting. I used DIGITS to share my old number with the second phone. The second phone worked as a hotspot for about 20 minutes, then the hotspot stopped working and despite multiple reboots etc it no longer works. Is there a way to get the hotspot working on both devices so I don't have to always bring my iPhone with me if I need to hotspot?
Here are the details. I have gone through every troubleshooting step on this device. The power light continues to flash green and he internet light flashes orange. Nothing else. I have rebooted all systems. I have verified the UDP ports are open. I have the IP address of the device in a DMZ. I have confirmed with my ISP the modem is on bridge mode and at the appropriate speeds. Looking for some specific technical assistance on where to go now, or perhaps this device is malfunctioning.

I have two SyncUp drives. I've had problems in the past getting complete history reports. Now having problems with both vehicles. Called support. Both times, my call was dropped after I was put on hold. Second support person took my phone # so he could call me back but it has been 1/2 hour so I'm not holding my breath.Tried another angle. Found the mojio support page.https://www.moj.io/support/https://www.moj.io/support/ They gave a different support #. 877-764-0909 Tried that. Apparently mojio is not keeping that page updated because that phone # has nothing to do with SyncUp.Is there a way I can have an online discussion with a SyncUp support person? Or an email discussion? The only reason I have SyncUps is for the trip history and it is very discouraging when it does not work correctly and the phone support is way less than adequate.
