How do I give my child my old phone with her SIM card?

I have put her SIM card in my old phone, but the phone still retains all of my stuff and won't call out or text. How do I make this switch? I'm assuming that I need to factory restart the phone, and I was going to do that today. But, I thought I'd ask first so I don't flub something up...…The old phone is a OnePlus 7T

Unresolved billing issue

I have spoken with 3 supervisors over the past few months in an effort to resolve a billing issue and each time the person admits the error is with Tmobile and assures me the problem has been taken care of.  How do I go to the next level to see if there’s anyone who actually knows how to handle the issue? I’ve been with Tmobile for years but I’m ready to switch providers!

t-mobile does not care any more.

t-mobile does not care any more. I have been with this company for 17 years. I have a phone that does not work properly and asked them to give an upgrade phone that does the daily calls and apps ….they giving me hard time, after many days and hours on the phone, their manager who is extremely unaware of promotions or options, say you have to pay over $600 for a phone, or wait until chrismas , may be there is a promo at that time, or just go with another company!!! Is that what T mobile does about 17 years loyalty?. we asked them...even tried to reach the CEO….the answer was : we do not care!!!conclution: perhaps tell everyone about this experience and pack our bags to leave and go with another company who is more decent than T mobile.

Extended International Travel - Parking T-Mo Number

My daughter will be in Japan for 11 months (study abroad) starting in August. The last time she did this three years ago, we kept on her T-Mo service until after she had arrived in Japan and obtained local phone service, number and SIM. After that, we ported out her number to a VOIP service and then about a week before she returned, we ported it back to T-Mobile and reactivated her line. This saved a lot of money compared to leaving her line “active” with T-Mobile. The VOIP service we used cost less than a dollar a month. Is there now a parking service with T-Mo? Our goals are simply (1) to save her number for eventual re-use, and (2) to save money. If T-Mo had something that cost five bucks a month (or less) just to turn off her line, but keep her number safe, I’d do that versus the hassle of porting-in and porting-out.We’ll be grateful for any and all suggestions.

Upgrade Support Charge JoD

Imgur: The most awesome images on the InternetJust pre-ordered the Galaxy S8 with Jump on Demand and the lady on the phone kept telling me about a 20 dollar fee for the sim card and shipping. Told her I thought it was free overnight shipping. She said there was. Told her I didn't need the SIM card and she had me hold on a minute. Told me I'd be charged the 20 bucks when it was ready to ship, but that she'd credit it back and I wouldn't need to call back to get that credit. Anyone have more info on this?

Looks like T-mobile will only offer promotions for Magenta Max customers?

Beginning last year, just about every single promotion for T-mobile requires you to add a new line (usually on Magenta Max), Or add any new line, or bogo, or you have to be on a Magenta Max plan.Meaning if you are an existing customer not adding a new line, aren’t interested in buying 2 devices, and aren’t on a Magenta Max plan, your options are basically to pay full price for any device upgrades you may want.I stopped paying attention to T-mobile promotions for potential device upgrades because just about every one of them now requires you to be on a Magenta Max plan and won’t be upgrading any devices through T-mobile for this reason. Even for Black Friday last year (and I would assume this year) the promos were all either BOGO, adding a new line or require Magenta Max, there were literally NO offers for existing customers not on a Magenta Max plan.Unlike when the S21 came out, I was able to trade in my S10+ for $800 off a new S21 Ultra even through I was NOT on a Magenta Max plan and

DEAR tmobile long-time customer retention service supervisor,I have been with tmobile since 2006 and its only this time that I've never felt so stolen from ever, my blood sucked up dry by all this unwelcome, unauthorized, exhorbitant charges I've put up with for a couple years now. if you have people in your company hired to retain customers, please have them contact me and explain why I should not cancel my service and just move to a competitor. I need someone with enough power and clout to make decisions upon hearing my demands and make a difference in my account. I miss Sprint!! Sprint should've bought T-Mobile out!

Why does it take so loooooooooooong for anything to load with this service, especially pictures?  5G???? I don’t think so.  I used to bounce around with Sprint with ease, this takes FOREVER!!!!

I strarted my free trail in Test Drive® device. Tmobile customer service agent Jen told it is completely free. But Tmobile enrolled me in its home internet service without my permission and charged me $55. I spent an hour calling Tmobile's customer service, but no one answered.

Unable to process my credit or debit cards

On 18 July I attempted to contact T-Mobile (1-800) to set-up eSIM service for two of my phones. I am relocating from overseas and need the service and eSIMS to be activated by the time I arrive in the U.S on or about 28 July. The “expert” was very helpful but was not able to process two of my credit cards with Chase Bank and my debit card with Navy Federal Credit Union. I have verified with both institutions and there are now issues with accounts being locked or placed on hold.   I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone with the “expert” and had to pay international direct dial rates. This has been an extremely frustrating process since I have confirmed multiple times that my credit and debit cards are not the problem. Please advise.

Filed a claim but the replacement phone is old LG phone not the same phone I have.

I’m being shipped an LG Velvet phone as a replacement for my current Moto 5G ACE.LG no longer makes phones though. My screen is cracked but otherwise still fully functioning. Am I stuck with the LG phone?

Trade in Promo credit for upgrade

I’m looking to upgrade one of my lines and get an $800 promotional credit for my trade in, but when you call in they tell me thats wrong and its only $400 even after showing them what i am being offered. I called customer care on friday and this offer is still being shown to me on monday.

Hello! Yesterday, randomly, my phone stopped sending MMS messages in the middle of a conversation. I haven't been able to send since. I have the Samsung galaxy S20. I was with sprint until it merged with t-mobile. Help? Thank you!
