Magenta Max v Go5G Plus

When you read the comparison of the Magenta Max and Go5G Plus plans, they appear to be the same except for the JUMP! vs New in Two. I did see a disclaimer that the autopay would discount will be changing. Anyone want to shed some light on that? Also, when I logged into my account, it said I have to call to get the price for Go5G. Why? I don’t want to talk to customer service or be oversold on some nonsense I don’t want or need. Give me the price, let me do the research and make a self-informed decision.

Help Settling a Debt Collection

I got a final notice for my bill on April, 2022. Finally my account got turned over to a collection agency and my debt kept being built because I was going through a financial situation. My debt got sent to Convergent Outsourcing, Inc. and then I continued not paying and it got sent to I.C. System Inc. I was wondering if I can go to directly TMobile to pay for this debt. I got sent a letter from I.C. System Inc back in November, 2022 and well it's June, 2023 so I wanted to settle this debt immediately! I need a new phone and I want to open an account with TMobile immediately. I have all the bill documents with my account number and the collection debt letters to help assist with information about my debt. I just want to know once I settle this debt can I open a new account ASAP? I really wanted to get a new iphone.

I ported out all my numbers and no longer have my PIN.  The online account has been deactivated as well.Customer Service can’t even email me my final bill?How can I access the final bill?

How to get a copy of your Equipment Installment Plan?

Does anyone else have a problem getting Documents from T-Mobile Support, Stores or Business Experts?On May 26th I purchased a new iPad with a discount of $230 if I put it on 24 payments.  The store couldn’t send me the electronic documents I esigned that day.  3 people in the store, and 2 others over the phone looked at it.  Final out come, give it 24 -48 hours for everything to be available online and because it was a business purchase I should call the “Business Experts” on Monday. [T-Mobile Email and Text Paragraph]“  Thanks for being part of T-Mobile! T-Mobile Data Usage When On Home WiFi

Looking at my data usage on my plan and notice that it shows data usage when my phone is on my home wifi network? Is T-Mobile counting this data usage against my account even though it’s through my home internet provider?

My Tmobile account got sent over to a collection agency and i was wondering, if i pay the collection agency off in full will i be able to get my Tmobile cellular service back on? How long will it take after i pay the collection agency to get Tmobile service back on my phone?

Tmobile problems on my return of phone

I have been with Nextel since 1997, then it changed to Dprint and now Tmobile. So 23 years they have had my business account.  I sent one of my business phones that was in warranty by UPS to Tmobile at 13704 Independence parkway,  Fort Worth,  Texas  76177 and received confirmation from UPS that it had been delivered on January 9th.  T-MOBILE 3 days later charges me $1256.50 saying they did receive it.  Them after numerous phone calls to customer service the story changed.  They said they could have gotten it but the scan part wasn't readable and they needed more time.  7 days later I called again. They kept assuring me that the problem would be resolved. I was transferred to supervisors and more supervisors and today  was the last straw.  They basically called me a liar and said I have till the 13th of February to pay my bill or they will suspend all my lines.  I can't believe this is happening.  I don't how to get  a hold of someone in corporate to help me.  These customer service wo

How do I get a copy of my phone conversation with T-Mobile?

I would like to know how do I get a copy of my phone conversation with T-Mobile?I was miss led by saleswoman in T-mobile store. When I called customer service they did a 3 way call with the store and sales rep I delt with. I would like to get a transcript or copy of conversation as evidence she lied to us. I thought car salesmen were bad, T-mobile is right up there with them

TMobile “Free” Third Line

When I first joined T-Mobile about a year ago I ported over two phone numbers from Verizon and was offered a free third line. I took it and forgot all about it. My bill was always around 150shFast forward a year I ended up taking a good deal for new phones from AT&T and ported these numbers over. I thought I was good and I just got an auto pay for 120.00 from TMobile. I called and they are still showing the 3rd line as active. However they could not give me any information over the phone as I do not know my account pin.They told me I’d have to go to my local retail store for assistance. Has anyone had a similar issue? Idk if that was just a final bill or if they are charging me for the third line..idek the number for the line as it was never used.

Am I the only person concerned about the T-Mobile Price Increase??

So I have a magenta plan and a few weeks ago I got that nice text telling me price will increase. What really drove me nuts about it was how it was worded I cant remember the exact wording down to letter but it pretty much went like “For the First time in 10 years we have to raise the prices, Your plan will increase x amount”First off you know how insulting that is @T-Mobile?  You tell every one you will never raise the prices, then turn around and do it and brag about how it has been 10 years? Really?  You said you would do not do it so it does not matter 10, 20 ,30 40, 50 years latter  is nothing to brag about it.  ID rather you sent a text saying sorry but we had to increase your plan or please take note plan prices are going up vs your saying well it has been 10 years.  When you say you wont do something then you just do not do it..My issue is a little more depth I qualified for the promotion if you raised the prices I can leave your service worry free and no bills have to be paid

T-Mobile Business Internet is worse that their home Internet.

Hello all. I have been testing out the Home Internet and the Business Internet through T-Mobile. I started with the Home Internet, but I could not run my server because of the port forwarding issue. I have done research on the business Internet and found that if I switch to the business Internet that would be better because I could get a static IP and I can use my router for the port forwarding. To make a long story short I received an inseego fx2000 and pulled less on this device than I did with the home internet. The Inseego is very low quality and has small internal antennas. The antenna ports on the back of the Inseego do not work with the frequencies of T-mobile so there are no ways we can get a better connection to the tower. I’m 1.2 miles away from my tower and with T-Mobiles free devices only give me on a good day 250 mg on download and 9 mg on an upload. Most of the time I get 150 mg download and 5mg upload. I also tried the cradle point device and saw it cost $35.00 a month e

Changing autopay payment method

Hello, About 2-3 months ago I changed the autopay payment method in my T-mobile account from one method to another, from a checking account to a credit card. The system shows that my new method is the DEFAULT method of payment. However, the autopay is pulling out of the checking account that was originally used. It just happened again today. The credit card method is the DEFAULT method of payment, yet T-Mobile is only withdrawing from the old account. My old account is a closed down business for which I need to keep it open for another couple months, but it’s not right for the debits to come from that business anymore. This is a very big problem! While I wait for an answer, I am going to DELETE the old method of payment. We’ll see how that goes.

T-Mobile Won't Take Credit Cards Anymore! 😡 🤳🏻

We have used T-Mobile as our cell provider for many years and have our account auto pay monthly on a credit card. Today we got a text that T-Mobile will no longer offer its $10 per month savings when you auto pay unless you remove your credit card and pay by electronic check or debit card. Auto pay benefits T-Mobile the most, letting it get timely monthly payments and avoiding the big cost of chasing delinquent payments. We use our United Airlines Visa to auto pay now, which also is a partner with T-Mobile. Besides complaining to T-Mobile, I will complain to United Airlines, who wants me to use my credit card. This is a TERRIBLE business decision, T-Mobile. My business takes credit cards and does not penalize its customers. Who is with me in complaining to T-Mobile?

So when getting on a flight that has t mobile you can choose from the 1hr session or the 4 full free flight sessions. My question is when does the 4 session reset? Is it every billing cycle or every year?

Sent to Collections

I had TMobile for many many years. I was a loyal paying customer. I left T-Mobile in December when I got married and joined my husband’s account. I tried to login for a final bill but my account had not more access immediately. I never received an email or phone call. My last bill went to a very very old address and was forwarded to me. I paid the bill with Tmobile.I am not purchasing a home after a divorce and was told this shows up on my credit report because I was sent to collections! This is the only hit on my credit report in 20+ years and is dropping my score by 60-80 points! I would love to have this removed or to receive a letter of deletion for this on my credit report.  How can I go about fixing this?

i’m being charged a non-return fee of $220 for a router that I returned and I have proof of returning

So frustrated. In 2022. A salesman at T-Mobile talked me into adding the Internet router device that T-Mobile offers. It did not work out well for me. I kept it a short time and then I called and canceled and told them I’d like to send it back. T Mobile sent me a mailing label to print through email. it goes back through UPS. I still have a copy of it. I have the tracking number it was returned. It was received months ago on and I’m wondering my why my cell phone bill is higher than I expected it to be and I should’ve caught on right away, but I didn’t. I was still being charged for the service of the router that I canceled and returned . I called and complain and now I make sure I’m canceled ,a little time goes by and all of a sudden I receive a text message telling me that I’m being charged a non-return fee for the router! The same router that I returned several months ago. $220! I called customer service I’m on the phone over an hour. I get nowhere. They say they’re going to investi

After asking ChatGPT 3.5, Microsoft copilot, and Google Bard to compare the ‘Google Fi Wireless Simply Unlimited plan’ to ‘T-Mobile Magenta 1.0 Plan’ and determine which one is better for a family of 7 porting their own telephone numbers and bringing their existing cell phones. Balance Forward?

I payed $100 instead of $50 for may on accident. And saw that the balance was -50. So I thought it was cool and I just won't have to pay it next month? Now it says 0 again and that it will charge me on the 17th next month and it says I have a Balance forward of $50? What does that mean?
